Service was horrible. The waitresses and bartenders were too busy flirting to take care of all their customers. I had the unfortunate experience of deejaying there and having the owner and his booking agent avoid me when it came time to collect my check. Very disappointed with the way they run their business.

Had a few Jack-n-Coke and some supreme nachas! I mean nachos haha. The ambience is very nice and the service is top notch!

They weren't very busy and we couldn't get service. When we finally got our beer, instead of asking if there was anything we needed, the server took off. We were hoping to order food, but waited so long for any service, we decided to leave. All the server could say was that you're supposed to go to the bar and order because they're bartenders not waitresses. It was my first time there. How were we supposed to know that?

The food here is always good, service is excellent. We had a great time with the Vikings watch group.

The atmosphere looked great. The service was terrible. I waited 50 mins for burger and fries. I kept asking and they brought the wrong food item. The waiter blamed the other waitress for not putting it in. When I asked the waitress she blamed the cook. Poor responsibility. Will not come back.

Service was very slow due to having only 2 waitresses and one bartender working during the football games leading into my Dallas Cowboys game that started @ 2:30pm.

11am-7pm daily special of Bud and bud light longnecks 2 each. They have maybe 4-5 beer draft selections out of 20 something displayed. Liquor served as well. Friendly bartenders.

Cold drinks on a hot day. Today I just happened upon them seeing tents for a charity fundraiser event featuring award winning chili chefs boiling it up for a great cause.

Great service. Mike was very attentive and friendly. I appreciate that they decorate for the holiday, in this case, Halloween. Prices were reasonable and I like that the place was clean, including the bathroom.

Not my kinda bar but service is good and they have a good selection of beer I gave four stars because sometimes staff can ignore you

Highly recommend the chicken chicharrones and the Chips and queso. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in El Paso.

The food here was real good, and there's a good selection of drinks that I had not seen before. You can play your own music there and when I was there, a lot of people were playing music so the variety was entertaining to hear.

I want to like this place because if it’s close proximity to where i do business, as well as the offering of some decent food and drink specials. But the last few times that we have gone, on Tuesday specifically ($1 tacos), the service no matter what time of the day is terrible! We have attrmpted for lunch mostly, then yesterday for a quick dinner. Went last night to try and order some drinks and tacos, server took our order, initially ordered non alcoholic drinks to quench the thirst, but after she took our order she never came back to see if we needed anything. After about 40 min of waiting on an order of 12 mini tacos (mind you we were sitting at the bar and had a direct view if the kitchen), seeing the cook on his phone, drinking a land shark, i asked her as she rushed bye if our order had been put in. She just said, “its being made.” Again, no attentiveness to see if we were going to order anything else, and the cook in no hurry to get the order done, still sipping and texting away. The tacos are good, but not that good. Walked out, called in an order to go at Paulinas Billiards in the valley on the way home. Better tasting, better service 100%… hot fresh tacos and cold drinks ASAP. Never again for Jacks.
