Ordered 2 pizzas and both came out burnt. Had no real problem exchanging one. We were so hungry we just ate one burnt one. (pic included) The ingredients used were tasty and worth the price. Just a little too crispy for my taste. The vegan pizza looked and tasted way better round 2 (pic included)

This place is awesome. Simple, cozy, clean and very welcoming. Great selection of craft beer, and the food is beautifully crafted. The meat and cheese plate is beautifully served on a chopblock and is very filling. Also this place opens until 2AM almost everyday. The pizzas are cooked to perfection in a brick oven and very satisfying. Good thing is that in St. Augustine's Pizza, unlike other brick pizza places, the pizza doesn't take long to be prepared and you literally see it coming out of the oven. Pizzas are 10" and you can also customize it to your liking. The craft beer selection is very good. They have a beer flight sampler which is great to try all the craft beer on tap. The ambiance is very relaxed and has great chillout music. As far as the service, it's top notch. Our waitress catered to our table in an excelent manner and was very nice and welcoming to my family and me. This is hands down, the BEST brick oven pizza place in the El Paso area. I will visit again.

I am a foodie & love to try diff places. Looked forward to trying St Augustine after seeing the yummy pics on IG. I was incredibly disappointed. Sat at the bar which lets you kind of take a peak at the kitchen. If you examine the place, it’s very raunchy & just not kept clean. The counter top in front of the bar was dusty with an old fan directly hitting you, which was odd. I ordered a margherita pizza (my fav). It was small, had very little mozzarella cheese and the basil was a crisp. The tomato basil soup was literally watered down pizza sauce. My bf ordered a Cesar Salad with chicken. They tore apart a chicken wing to add as the chicken on the salad. If you want an amazing Margherita pizza, go to 1/8 on Piedras. This place is not Authentic. The service was fine but the food was not good. I will not go back unfortunately. I am not one to bash but I hope it can take this constructive criticism with being more mindful of what is served & the environment.

This is the second time we go to St. Augustine's. Both experiences were awesome. The service is very sweet and friendly, we are always greeted when we come in and thanked when we leave. A small token, but a very welcome one. The staff is very knowledgeable about the beers they have and if they don't have what you want, they know just what to recommend that is similar. The beer selection is nice and always rotating, to help facilitate the discovery of new beers to try. The menus are really nicely put together and have also varied from the two times we went. The menu is always evolving, which is a good sign that the customer is always kept in mind and their input is always welcome. The pizza is very flavorful and well portioned. The crust is beautifully crunchy, and has that perfect charred taste you would expect from a brick oven pizza. The menu varies from the usual standby (pepperoni) to some pretty exotic items. And yes, they have a vegan pizza. We haven't dared to try the Chapulin pizza, yet! But we will definitely have it on our next visit! This place is worth coming back to time and time again, and we plan to do just that. Plus, BONUS!! They are open until 2am!! So you can go watch a movie, get pizza and beer and kick it late!

I personally like the food, but took my family in for a meal and none of them could handle the smell and smokiness of the place. So took the food to go( which took almost 30 minutes while slow). The cheese calzone had red sauce in it which one of the boys couldn't eat, so had to find something else for him. Ruined my night and the one kid won't eat the overpriced food I bought.

the Artisan Pizza here is really tasty and you really cant go wrong pairing it w a nice craft beer. St Augustine quotes here and there, in a nice part of the East Side w lots of options and St Augustine really stands out amongst them all.

Overall the place is good. The quality of the food is good and the taste follows it. However, there are a few things that can be improved on. 1. It took over an hour for our food to come out for 3 personal pizza's. Each pizza came out at different times and we couldn't eat together. 2. There are multiple beers available on tap however each beer we asked for was out or was not available. 3. The service was fine but still there was a delay in water refills and again the pizza time was just ridiculous. There were only two parties in the entire restaurant and you can tell the employees were just screwing around in the back. Will we come back? Yes but if the time to get a pizza is the same then that will be sad because it is really good.

The pizza was really good the wine was good too! I felt a little neglected by the staff. Update: gave this place a second try since the first time I was part of a large group. Sadly the service was worse than the first time. The waitress kept trying to take my plate while I was still eating and they don't tell you they are charging for every ice tea refill. Probably won't be visiting this place again. There are better places around here for great food and service.

Food order was wrong, paid for a dantes inferno, two pepperoni pizzas with ham, and wings with ranch. I got 3 pepperoni pizzas and RAW wings with no ranch. Extremely disappointed. Called 3 times to no answer and one of the times call got picked up and hung up immediately. Not sure what’s worse the fact that the wings were raw, order was wrong, or the fact that they don’t pick up the phone. $50 some dollars down the drain

This place is just perfect for an evening out. The pizza is delicious, you can taste every ingredient on the pizza and its baked perfectly. The area is clean, and customer service is on point! There is a bit of a wait but you won’t notice with the delicious beer and cozy mood. It’s officially my favorite spot for pizza and beer.

Love love LOVE this place. I’m always greeted by the owner when he’s around. The ambience is perfectly lit for a night out, the music is always on point, and the food! All the pizzas I’ve tried (and there’s been many) have a delicious unique and sometimes Smokey flavor. Pair your fav pizza with a local craft beer and a chill environment and you’ve got yourself an extremely satisfying experience.

Perfect date night place! We loved the music, the coziness, and the light menu. The wood oven baked pizza was great, wine and beer selection were good and service was great. Looking forward to going back again!

The Dante’s sauce was pretty good heat. It builds slow, so be careful! The habanero ranch was out of bounds! It had a mellow heat and really captured the fruitiness of the habanero with a milder heat. The atmosphere at this place is great and they really take care of costumer. I highly recommend!

Not meant for family, too small of a pizza, price and space. More like a kick back with friends and have a hand made pizza atmosphere.

They serve personal pizzas all moderately priced. I came here with family and we all seemed to get different menus. Some had the beer selection others didn't and they have wings which weren't on the menu. Nevertheless, the wings were the highlight of the dinner and were very delicious. I ordered the garden pesto pizza and it was great. Would recommend for sure.

Food is FANTASTIC. Unique and delicious pizzas full of flavor. They do have draft beer but in my experience the taps are a little finicky so some days they don't work very well, but they always have new and interesting cans and bottles. Go here for sure if you are down for a delicious unique pizza 🍕.

I have high standards for pizza as its my favorite meal but st.agustines has lived up to everything someone would want in an establishment. The pizzas are never burnt and are always done rapidly. I've been here about ten times and every time the pizza is done from 5-15 mins. There's always two people which I'm guessing own the establishment so they take pride in doing everything of good quality. The pizzas are smaller but they fill you up. I'm someone who can eat almost an extra large and I can still get satisfied with this personal pizza. Today they forgot to add my basil and instead of just giving it to me to put on top they apologized and made me a good amount of pesto which is basil mixed with garlic or oil and warmed it up for me. Awesome service only thing is that it is costly up to twelve dollars but for me personally it's worth it.

Save your money and your time, don’t go here. The pizza was like a kids meal at $15 for an 8 inch pizza. Took forever even though I was the only one in there. No service the whole time. No drinks because the fountains were broken so nothing to drink but water. The bathroom was nasty, no soap, and no lights. This place will not last.

Just ordered Uber Eats And I received two pizzas that were not very good. Margarita pizza which was very dry, little mozzarella, and about 1 basil leaf. Both pizzas were very dry, like a round cracker. They were also personal size pizzas and I paid $40. I know I ordered on Uber but $40 for 2 personal, un satisfactory pizzas I feel was such a waste of money.

I went to have dinner there recently. They tried to sell us a cheap bottle of wine for $50. They only had one server, and the pizza crust was so hard, it was as if I was biting into cardboard. I ordered a chicken, spinach Alfredo pizza and it was horrible. The one I are from Cici's Pizza was much better, and it isn't even considered an artisan restaurant like St. Augustine claims to be. My dinner bill ended up being $90, and I should've gone to Peter Piper Pizza as the pizza would've tasted much better from there. Do yourselves a favor and eat somewhere else!

I recently went for the first time and it was amazing! I had the All in All and the Dante Pizza ( I don’t remember the exact name) but it was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I prefer thin crust pizza but this wasn’t too thin or flimsy, it was perfect! Must try!

The best personal pizzas in El Paso. I tried the Dantes Inferno extra spicy and my husband tried the Al Pastor and were both delicious. Staff is extremely nice and always recommend me great options. Definitely our to go to pizza place. They are also offering delivery and takeout.

Great atmosphere with lively music and welcoming decorations. The pizzas are served hot and fresh; they even have a vegan option! I tried the grasshopper pizza and loved it. If you're a art fanatic, you can also buy some of the paintings they have displayed. Roberto was very friendly and even told us they were going to have live music on Sunday! I will definitely come back and I am planning to bring some friends with me. I think I can safely say this is my favorite pizza place in El Paso.

Bland pizza, lousy service, frozen beer, and a cold restaurant. After reading the reviews, I took my chances with my family to eat at the restaurant tonight. The pizza was tasteless, small, and expensive for what you got. How does someone mess up on Margarita Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza? At last, someone has done the impossible and made a more bland pizza than Little Caesars. But this is an artisan pizza, so my expectations were high! Sadly I left with very little to go off. The waitress did not give me or my wife water when we walked in and ordered. It took 15 minutes just to get a warm glass of water with no ice. I had to walk up to the bar for a Rogue beer, but the beer was frozen and flat, and I love Rogue too :(. On top of all that, we were freezing because the heater was shut-off, and it was 40 degrees outside. It would be a great coffee shop because of the atmosphere but not a pizza restaurant worth going too.

Great Naples style pizza. Reminds me of Italy. Space between the toppings so you can actually taste the cheese and crust. Excellent local beer on draft (Deadbeach and El Paso Brewing). Reasonable price. Pistachio gellato was great for dessert. Server was very attentive and asked multiple times if we needed anything. Will go again.

We ordered the La Bella Vida, Dante's Inferno, and Tacos al Carbon pizzas. All very tasty and made well, just a bit burnt but ok. Pricey for the size of pizza but that could be overlooked. However, service and comfort for any restaurant is on the list for my reviews. The place was quaint and I liked the simplicity of it all. It was a cold rainy day so pizza was perfect for lunch. But it was just too cold in the restaurant and it was not comfortable. The staff of 2 were wearing long sleeve pullovers zipped up to the to the neck. Service was a happy one but not efficient and the wait was too long for just water. This place just needs to fix the service and the atmosphere of the place. Worth a visit but consider take out if it is a cold day.

The 1st time we came it was great today it was ok. We ordered the pastor pizza it was ok they forot the pineapple and the dough was hard, the temptation was good. I was disappointed it doesn't help that when they take your order the cooks or workers on the left were having some cold ones and get up and go to the kitchen. Go figure.

I took my family here to celebrate one of their birthdays and we absolutely loved it! It has a very private atmosphere and nice modern decor! The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and recommended us to try the Dantes inferno pizza, and one of the beers that was kind of hoppy.... I’m glad we listened to them they were both delicious! We also tried the brunch pizza with an egg in top, perfect for people who are still craving breakfast. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and for sure come back soon!

Delicious food and attentive staff. Great music taste, too! The dough is to die for.

  • 1/5 Van J. 3 years ago on Google
Expected more of an artisan pizza. This was mediocre at best. Nothing like real Italian pizza. The dough seemed like it didn't rise, so it was very thick. Garlic bread was a blubb of dough with a tablespoon of garlic on top. The create your own pizza was missing the arugula I had ordered and paid 1.50 extra for. The beer growler had dirt under the cap. We ordered online and were told the pickup would be ready between 715-730. Got there at 725 and were told it would be another 10 minutes. At 750 we were told 1 more minute. 10 more minutes later we finally got our stuff. For the over 30 minutes delay we were given a bottle of Moscato. The place was empty besides 1 person, so obviously not busy.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery and only received two. Told the delivery driver there should have been three pizzas and he just shrugged and left. Didn’t get his name. The two pizzas we got were cold as they were delivered over 30 minutes past the stated delivery time. They also had some black stuff on the crust that stained our lips. Big waste of $50. Not sure how this place has over four stars. Won’t ever order from here again.
