First time here. Fantastic Menu at Kaedama. Food and drinks are outstanding. They give you great portions for the price. The only thing we didn't like is having to pay for metered parking next to the restaurant. That was very unexpected.

Excellent service and great food! Had such a good experience with my brother. We were served right away and were checked on often. While the place is small, so I would say order to go if you can’t get a table! Here’s some photos of what we ordered. I ordered the Saucy Noods which comes with no broth and I chose shrimp! I don’t recall my brother’s dish tho.

Small inside. Outdoor seating. Good service...most of the time. Hot Babe wasn't that hot, even at level 3. Chachu was a bit firm. Plenty of flavors and texture. Thicc Boi had plenty of meat but don't order Gyozas for apps because those are in Thicc Boi already. Meats in broth were tender. Gyozas had crisp shell and juicy meat. Both have the 12-hr soy sauce broth. Didn't like it both times. Might be the soy sauce because the 12-hr broth is fine. Eggs yolks had perfect liquidity.

Absolutely fantastic! 💯 We ordered the seaweed salad, crab salad, pork buns, a spicy tuna burrito and the Tonkotsu Ramen! It was all delicious and came out so quickly! But please don't sleep on the buns, they are so ridiculously good!

I went with my husband. To celebrate my anniversary for my wedding. And I was surprised how nice the food was. Simply fast, delicious, cute, good service and refill of your tea. Was so satisfied to eat in that Japanese food restaurant! The place is small but the quality high. This is the reason of my 4 stars. I will love they to put another restaurant by my house! I’m going to go back for sure!

Great food, if ya like Ramen, or other types of noodle soup. Small place, had to wait about 15 min for a table on a Friday. Service isn't bad, but when you sit outside and need something, it's a little hard to get their attention. A pleasant surprise was that if you just have broth left they'll bring you more noodles. The only catch is ya gotta eat them there. Will come back here.

Food was absolutely delicious. We had Hot Babe (spicy level 2), Thicc Boi and Pork Gyozas. The spicy level was enough to get a kick with good flavor but not overly hot. Will be back to try more of the menu, would recommend! Also, they package very well for to-go/delivery. Package broth separate to mix on your own when you eat (as seen in photo below).

We were looking for a good ramen shop and everyone suggest Kaedema. It is a quaint little restaurant. Service was good, food was delicious, and portions were quite large for the price point. Really thought it was awesome they offered extra noodles at no extra charge. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

The sushi burritos are another level. Filling and taste great. Just take it easy on the service sauce as it is on the salty side. Adorable little restaurant for a friendly lunch or a quick bite. Staff is friendly and attentive.

The food was good as usual but the girl who was at the door telling us the wait times was rude. She was not friendly at all and acted like we were bothering her. After we finally got seated outside, we witnessed her slam two tables together and slam the chairs around to accommodate 4 people. Then a couple complained about their meal and when our waitress tried to tell her she responded to her very rudely and it was all just very unprofessional and uncomfortable while we were trying to enjoy a family dinner.

Really good ramen! The place is tiny, but even so, we surprisingly didn't have to wait to be seated! I had the sauced noodles (no broth) and my partner had the birria ramen, and both were good, though the birria could have used some lime. Service was a little slow at times, and we were seated outside so it was really hot - but we had a good time, and really enjoyed it!

Great ramen stop if that's what you're searching for. Space is small, so ordering to go might be the better option during peak hours. Menu has a small selection, but so far we are impressed. Personally, I'm not a big ramen person, and even I found a bowl I liked. I got the curry ramen, which was similar to Vietnamese green curry, and it was delicious!

I would say you go there for atmosphere than anything, and that's the only reason. Bun weren't very soft but bit tough in certain bites. Gyozas's soy sauce though did have a good kick that matched it. So that was the positive. Ramen egg was cold, flavor was average and nothing out of the ordinary, and noodle and broth wasn't made in house if I had to guess.

Had to wait about an hour and a half just to get seated. Hostess girl was very rude. Very small place, the food was quick. Had the birria ramen and it was tasty just not enough birria sadly. Parking kinda sucks. Also do not park at the bank or your car will be towed.

LOVE Kaedama since their food truck days! Their dumplings are very delicious, their edamame, and their side snack, for which you can choose a protein and toppings. Their prices have stayed consistent, and they have a funny voicemail that places you on a waitlist to be willingly abducted by aliens :) Orders can be placed online, and it is usually packed, so plan ahead

Their dessert is better than their ramen. All of their ramen was too greasy & salty to the point you couldn't taste the pork in the broth. But it's hands down the best yuzu cheesecake I've ever had. I would've never imagined a chocolate marbled matcha cake tasting so perfect as if the two flavors were destined to be together. The texture of the pork buns were fluffy like clouds.

A good friend of mine took me here today and it did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service is phenomenal. It's tucked away downtown and the restaurant itself has a cool vibe. You can dine inside or opt to eat on the covered patio. Highly recommend for the Ramen lover!

So good! Hit the spot on a cold day. Went on a Monday evening the estimated wait time was 45 minutes to eat inside, they called us in after 20 minutes, was definitely worth the wait. Food was ready quick took about 10 minutes for 4 bowls. Yum, will be back!

First time in this place. We got there 2 minutes before opening and there were already 5 people waiting to be seated. Our waiter was so helpful providing suggestions and his service was excellent. Ramen was so good, probably the best I ever had!! A shame we will not be in town anytime soon, if we were this would be our favorite ramen place by far.

Coming from California, I'm always a little cautious about eating these types of dishes in El Paso but this did not disappoint. We had the Pork Gyoza and Edemame as well and was delicious. The Hot Babe was just right in spiciness and was super flavourful. Had some strawberry and mango mochi ice cream to go, mango was bomb! Totally coming back again.

Awesome hole in the wall Japanese restaurant. The place is small and was crowded. Still, I was seated and served promptly. The food was really tasty and exceeded my expectations. Inexpensive compared the quality. Waiter was very attentive. One of those places you'll want to bring your friends to.

Lovely ramen shop! Food is delicious and service is wonderful! Would recommend blinds or curtains on the windows bc the sun was in my eyes the whole time. Some of the songs in the restaurant were a bit distracting too, kind of too high pitch for the ears. But other than that it's a great place!

Went with family. Although the place is small , it is really clean and the employees are extremely nice towards the customers. They serve pretty quick and food is really good. Recommend the dip ramen.
