This is one of my favorite places to go to when I want the best wings ever. It's also a great location to take people who have never been to El Paso to have a fun experience. You actually get to eat in an old train cart and the whole experience of people walking by, you really feel like you're on a train. 😂 I highly recommend getting the wings!! They are amazing. The guacamole is fantastic and so are the onion rings and fries. You really can't order anything bad here. There will be a wait, as this place is popular!

Visited 2/9/23 arrived approx 3:40 pm. Entered and was greeted and seated pretty promptly. Seated at a very small table right by the server station (managable) for two. *Appetizer: Ordered full order (10) double dip wings with 2 ranch *Entree: Pastrami sandwich && Track One Burger (no additional toppings) -Wings came out quickly and were hot in temperature and had lots of crunch, very good (last time I came, the wings were soggy). Love the ranch! *If you haven't tried the double dip wings - you are missing out - make sure you do!!!* -Pastrami sandwich, the cheese pulled, and the pastrami was an ample portion. Fries were good. -Track one burger bun was very soft. Ordered "medium" temperature, and the burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were good. Bartender/Server Holly was very attentive and always kept my drink filled (raspberry tea - try it if you haven't). Did not drink alcohol/beer, but there is a bar, and drinks are available. I've visited Track One previously and haven't had the customer service/ experience like I had today. The food was hot and tasted good & Holly was great. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend!!

One of my favorite, u ique, hidden spots. I try to hit it whenever I'm in town. Built out of several train cars, hence the name. I get the double dipped wings- honey and hot wings sauce. It's a little sweet for me, so I get extra-hot on the side for dipping. Wings are good size, super crispy, but not over cooked. Can't go wrong... Service is always consistently good.

Returned back home and when in Rome you have to go to THE Place that makes that ONE thing. In this case, the Best wings in El Paso, Texas are located at Track One. This place is located next to a wide street and the parking is horrible. The restaurant is small so that brings in a new problem which is seating. If you go in a large group, it's not very comfortable but the food. Wife and I ordered the Double Dipped wings, chicken nachos and fries. Look this is a Fat Guy Alert..the wings are huge and full of flavor and nothing but an A+. The chicken nachos blended well but wife didn't like the chicken. The fries who cares we were into the wings. Look beside small rest rooms, small seating area and horrible parking, the food is great with the emphasis on the Double Dip wings. The price $40 for two but well worth it. Nothing like this exists in North Dallas.

Got to try this spot before I left town, had been recommended by several friends. The double dipped wings we extra crispy, the sauce was sweet and tasted good, but normally I prefer spicy hot 🌶 sauce. Cute little setup, unique.

I 100% Recommend Track One! You have to get the DOUBLE DIPPED WINGS or try Half Double dipped and Half Lemon pepper. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is so good! When in El Paso, TX you have to go and try it!

Food is delicious as always. Cooks, you guys rock! Your two extremely rude and unhappy male hostess are the worst. Yes I understand you can’t sit incomplete parties but don’t tell us two different stories and be rude about it. ZERO customer service. Placed to go order instead. When my group of three was complete, I asked if we could sit down to eat since the food was ready for pickup, was told I would be charged an extra 18% gratuity. I definitely don’t mind tipping when it’s earned, not to be treated as if they don’t ever want to have us come back to consume. Shoot, if I had sad down I would of probably had Ordered drinks and food for the other person who had never tried your food. I love your food but your employees are definitely not making it worth us going through the hassle of attitude and unprofessional customer service. The lady and gentleman who were taking care of the to go orders were good and had their system going. The other two little kids, they need to find another job if they hate it there so much.

Checked this place out for the first time recently and wow! This restaurant is incredible. Parking is a little tight but as you walk up, you'll see the old train cars all connected. Inside you'll be greeted by friendly servers and escorted to your table as you observe all of the train memorabilia on the walls. I sat with my friends at the bar and they recommended the wings...I was so impressed! The wings are considered "douple dipped" and I'm not sure if that means double breaded or double layered with hot sauce, then honey...but what I do know is that these wings are in my top 5, mouthwatering pure deliciousness! Local brews are available on site at the bar along with very helpful staff. Can't wait to go back here again! Highly recommended.

Food was great! Double dipped wings with a side of Buffalo sauce were great. Shared a buffalo chicken sandwich with my son and did not disappoint. Gave 4 stars because our waitress took forever to come back. We wanted another drink, but by the time she came around, we just asked for water and the check. Other than that, great food!

This place was picturesque. I also loved the food. I orderd the double dipped honey wings and the beef nachos. I have to say the wings were the best that I have had since my wifes honey hotsauce wings. I highley recommend the wings. The Nachos were a little cold and not seasoned. I dont not recommend them. If you are there make sure you take photos of the building

Lives up to the recommendation I received. Pretty cool little rail-car ambience. Seems tight from the entrance but a wide amount of seating space. Sat @ the bar and it was great. About a 15min wait to get in @ 6:30pm. Some local beers available in cans + the double-dipped wings were solid. 10 wings is a massive portion as the wings are big and meaty. Salsa in the chips & salsa packs a punch.

This restaurant named Track One, is somewhat of a historic place. The restaurant's dining seating areas, are inside of an actual box cart from a train. It is very unique and different from others. We went on a Tuesday, and surprisingly enough, there was no waiting list, that's strange because there usually is. We always like to sit at the bar section. Like any other restaurant, they handed us the menu, and like usual I read through the whole menu. But once the waitress comes to take our order, I find myself ordering the same thing every time, never fails, the double dipped chicken wings. These wings are sooooo effing good, that you too will get hooked. They truly are finger licking good. Also ordered side of onion rings and cold Bud Light. The best part, the price is nice. The service was fair, could be better, but other waitresses around filled the void. Overall, great night two thumbs up. This place is popular, very popular, so pick your day and time wisely, otherwise, expect to wait a while.

It was packed but I enjoyed it very much! The wings were great! Not too much breading but just the right amount. Chips n queso was good too. Server was amazing. Atmosphere is cool, eating on a train is nice.

Wife brought home wings and raved about their nachos. I’m not a big wing person but their wings are delicious. She ate inside and was very impressed with their precautions during the pandemic. We’ll definitely return!

THE FOOD!! Wow!! Delicious. I asked for their famous wings, if you like a little sweet, you will love them. Also, we had their appetizer, spankys spud chips! Wow! Also delicious. Their chili cheese fries had a special taste to them. We love this place. The only thing we did not like was the Philly Cheese steak. It lacked taste. It was first time there, we will come back for takeout. If you are claustrophobic, I highly recommend you just to order takeout. The space is extremely small. Some may get a cozy feeling, others might get anxiety. We like the theme but it was too small for me.

I loved it! A friendly environment where people meet just to have friendly conversations, eat, drink and for relaxation after a working Friday. We ordered our drinks. We selected an appetizer and our entrees came. So we had a great dinner. Listened to some music and I enjoyed every minute of it. It brought back memories. Awesome evening.

They really have the best wings in El Paso. Everything was delicious, hamburgers are good but not the best. Everyone was very nice to us and helpful. There was a lot of people so we had to be on the waiting list for about an hour so make sure you keep that in mind.

Great food, good wings. It was highly recomended 15 years ago and finally was able to get. The downer is the wait to get a seat. People would come and leave because it was too long. One family came in and brought in two other families.

First off customer service at this place is incredible. The host had an amazing patience for my questions and extremely friendly, so was my server. The food is always on point nice and crispy chips on the nachos. Crispy fries and amazing crispy wings. I think the prices are really good for the portion sizes. Just expect to wait to be seated.

10 Stars for those Double Dip wings! Man they were good, could have been slightly hotter they’re more sweet than heat. Burgers were fantastic and well cooked! Can’t tell you how satisfying it is to order a burger med and get it med. Seasoned fries were good but came out cold. Cool atmosphere, you’re eating in a train car. Would return.

I recently visited the restaurant with a friend and tried a few items. The double-dipped wings were a highlight, with a sweet and crispy exterior and tender, juicy chicken inside. They're definitely a must-try for any wing lover. The Philly nachos were decent, with a good amount of meat but a lot of cheese, making them a good option for cheese lovers. The flavor of the nachos was mild due to the significant amount of cheese, however. Unfortunately, the chili bowl was bland and lacked flavor, so I wouldn't recommend it. For dessert, I tried the brownie ice cream, which was pleasantly good. The brownie was rich and warm, but the serving size was small compared to the ice cream scoop given. My friend tried the chocolate chip ice cream, which was a popular selection, but I felt that the chocolate chip cookie was undercooked and didn't appreciate the flavor as much. Overall, I would recommend the wings and nachos, but suggest skipping the chili bowl and being mindful of the portion sizes for dessert.

Went for my son's birthday as he wanted to taste the best wings in El Paso. There was a long wait and no where to really wait at. Once seated the atmosphere was good. Waitress was probably too busy because we couldn't ask for things. Food was decent wings were much bigger than i was used to. Nachos were good. Ordered more than i needed not knowing the portion sizes so had take home.

VERY COOL RESTAURANT! The vibe and atmosphere of this place is amazing. The DOUBLE DIPPED WINGS are Ok. I was hoping the hot sauce they mix the double dip sauce with would have been hotter. Overall, if you’re looking for a fun place to hangout with decent food, Track One is your place.

It had been a while since I visited Track one and oh what a pleasant experience. We had the excellent Nachos, cheeseburger and double dip wings. Simply delicious. Our waitress was very quick and attentive, she came by numerous times asking if we needed anything. The ambience is cozy and very comfortable. Needless to say I will be back very soon to try other delicious entries because the menu is plentyful. Come and enjoy great food and a cold beer or spirit of your choice, you will not regret it.

The double dipped wings - great taste. The chicken quesadilla (loaded with cheese) is good. The French fries - extra crunch - taste good. Couldn't eat it all. Leftovers - more delicious.

Track One is a staple in our town. Top 3 places for wings. You can never go wrong with Double Dip wings. The rest of the menu is very tasty as well. The restaurant is actual Train Rail Cars attach to each other. That's something i've always enjoyed about it. The service falters at times. However, kindly look past that if it does, and just enjoy your experience. Worth it...

Waiting for a table like 30 minutes.. Long time but it's reasonable in this time of pandemic , the service was great , the food was awesome like always , so just only the bad think I saw that time, was how to clean ?? Please manager or owner, improve this way to clean be more strong with your employees in this way. More detail more precise and efficient in this way.. Hope for next time I could see this point better way.. Ok.

Double dipped wings are delicious! Ranch is a good portion. I love ramch with my wings so I ordered a couple extra and definitely didn't need them. The one it comes with was more than enough for 10 wings.

Received over cooked wings that was dry and hard. Owner said that it is their policy to not correct the orders even if I returned it back to the establishment. If you go to Track One to eat, check ✔ your order before leaving or you will be stuck with food you won't eat and enjoy.

If you like to play Russian Roulette with your food and receive something that was completely NOT what you ordered then this is the place to go! Store policy: if the food is placed on your table then you must pay for it, even if it is NOT what you ordered. Such a policy is an outright violation of Texas' Business & Commerce Code Sect. 17.41 et. seq., better known as Deceptive Trade Practice Act (DTPA): at least provisions (5),(9), and of course good ol' no. 24 of 17.46 therein. A store policy of this sort not only frustrates and confuses customers, making them not want to return; but is grounds for trebling the damages for the cost of the food someone did not even order. I would NOT recommend going here, unless of course you want a good DTPA case; if so, after the meal give the likes of Saul Goodman a call and get that $$$ back x3 and the attorney gets Attorney's fees; oh and you can go after not only the business, but the owner(s) and servers personally too. :D

My first time going to this place was great! I will never complain about the overly large nachos I received. The wings were probably the best I’ve had ( and that is included wing stop— which I thought I loved!). The decor was really unique and a great idea. I know that have this concept in Germany and glad to see it here! I hate that it’s in the East side of town and at least a 39 min drive. The only one thing I did have an issue with is that I was seat really close to the entrance and everyone passed by my table. I have a thing with whiffs of random B.O passing by. I think next time I visit I will definitely to take out! But either why they have my attention! I will be taking a drive well worth it!
