This is the first BBQ spot I've been to in El Paso, not too shabby. I loved the Mac & cheese and the coleslaw, I enjoyed them more than the brisket and beef rib. The brisket didn't pass the eye test, looked a little dry, but still tasted OK. The beef rib was decent and the BBQ sauce was not impressive. The service was great, our waiter was pleasant and attentive. I enjoyed the sports-bar-like atmosphere overall, just would like more spacious seating. Decent experience overall.

The ribs are spectacular. I also really liked the sausage. The brisket was a bit dry and lacked salt, but the delicious barbecue sauce fixed that. Sides are okay, nothing special. The combo platter with three types of meat and two sides is perfect for sharing. If I were to order a main dish for myself, it would be the rip platter. The cobbler for dessert is unremarkable. Pretty good value for money.

The food may not be THE BEST but it's pretty good. The prices are ok. The best thing about this place is the EXCELLENT service! I've been twice and I've liked it very much. The ribs are DELICIOUS! Will definitely keep going.

We stopped in here for lunch today and it was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and we were warmly greeted when we walked in and promptly given a table. The decor is eclectic, funky, and fun. It’s one of those fun “local” places. My friend and I both had the Rib Hut Sampler Platter. The ribs were meaty, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Their BBQ sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had. I had the fried okra as a side, and everyone MUST try the “Green Chili Mac and Cheese” …. Oh my GOD that was amazing. Check this place out for great food in a cozy, friendly atmosphere

If you’re in the mood for some good ribs and an ice cold beer, this is a good option. The service was very fast and our waiter was very friendly. The food: We got their family package which was around $35, and it came with ribs (we upgraded the selection), Mac and cheese (exchanged for Cole Slaw), rolls, beans, potato salad, bbq sauce and onions and jalapeños. It was more than enough food for our family of 4. The ribs were meaty and tender, and the bbq sauce was nice and tangy. The rolls were fresh, the Mac and Cheese was creamy and delicious, the beans and potato salad were also a hit with my family. They do offer sandwiches, chicken, and healthier options. They also offer some wines, about 5 beers on draft and a larger selection in bottles or cans. The atmosphere is relaxed, kinda dim inside but the decor is rustic, what you would expect at a bbq joint. As I stated before, the service was fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. Give it a try!

Definitely not worth it. Got the beef rib plate, and this is now officially the 2nd worst BBQ I have ever had and close to being the worst. The meat had no flavor, I mean no taste of seasoning or any smoke. The meat was tough as hell to get off the bone. I am surprised I didn't loose a tooth. Not a single clean bite off the ribs. Some how I even had 1 onion ring that was tough.... The Mac and cheese is just ehh and so was the BBQ sauce. Even the guy at the next table is telling his wife he might as well just starve and he order the beef rib plate too. They have it down as a Rib Hut favorite in the menu, not sure why cause that should be taken off the menu as bad as it was. Not sure if any of there other food is good, but based off this experience I won't be back to try any.

The food is excellent and servings are enormous! This is the first place my out of town family wants to go when they visit us in Texas. Definitely a must-try if you are a fan of BBQ and ribs. They have specials on Wednesday nights still, but you'll want to go every time the craving hits.

Would definitely recommend to stop by and try their specials. Awesome place very clean and friendly. Will definitely bring my family to eat out. I was craving my beef ribs so bad, but they are burned out and meatless. Baby back ribs were also dry over cooked. Thank you so much Billy Hayes to take care of this issue that happened on 11/23, I really appreciate your promptly response and quality of customer service. I am adding a second picture of the great beef ribs that I got today 11/28. You can tell the difference!!! Thank you again.

It was ok at best. I ordered the Brisket Sandwhich a la Gringa and instead got a platter of brisket. The brisket was mostly fat and not very tasty. The person with me ordered ribs, they were tough and stuck to the bone. No real flavor unless you drown the meat in the BBQ sauce. Salad only had a slice of tomato and cucumber, I wasn't impressed. Overall not a bad experience, but could have been a lot better.

Love Rib Hut, an El.Paso institution for as long as I can remember. Outstanding everything - beef, pork, chicken, turkey. The sides are generous and delicious. Overall, as they always say at Rib Hut, "you can't beat their meat!"

The best BBQ we've had in a long time. The staff was so friendly. Ruben was the best, he had recommendations for us that proved to be excellent. The new host (I forgot her name, I believe Madison) was also very kind and attentive. Definitely recommend this place. Though they were absolutely slammed post UTEP WIN!!! they were still prompt and gave us outstanding service. We will be back.

Amazing. Brisket and ribs. The Ester spud was delicious too. They also gave us a free dessert- apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. Will definitely come back!

I thought I would try a new place for bbq. Went and got the sidewinders and the appetizer bbq mixer half order, I also got a side of mac and cheese. The meat taste old and like dirty water... the mac and cheese is very bland. The sidewinder would be good if they didn't taste like old grease. The sausage is the only thing g thats really good. Im quite shocked that the ratings on this place were so high. I would not recommend trying this place. They do give you alot of food but honestly quantity over quality. I sat at the bar and had gotten my order to go. The whole time I listened to the guy behind the bar asking to leave to go to the gym as there were no customers. He kept begging to, I should have taken this as a red flag. Definitely not worth the $37 i spent.

One of the few places you can get Ribs and celebrate the outstanding choices your nephew and neicey make. Early High School Graduation and soon to be UTEP Graduate. Life's good, the food was great, Kaleb was great.. Family Friday is priceless!

Recently placed an order via Uber eats and there were a couple of things wrong with the sides. First, we missed a side which it usually happens with these type of delivery services. Human error. But then the green chili bacon Mac had an overwhelming smoke taste. No the good kind. But a burnt grease kind. Up to the point the flavor was completely gone. Not sure what happened, this is usually my favorite side but this time something happened in the kitchen. Either the food got exposed to burnt food or the grease the used for the bacon was too old. Disappointing experience.

I'm always trying new restaurant, especially locally owned ones. I'm ashamed to say I've never been here. I've passed by it may times but never stopped to eat. I got the Sourdough Burger and it was delicious. The bread was a little to big for me, but that's just me. The fries and meat were cooked well. I'll definitely be coming back.. Service was awesome too.

I can't comment on the atmosphere or service of the team because I ordered Rib Hut via Doordash, but I can comment on the food. I ordered the Billy Burger (mac n cheese & bacon) and Sweet Potato Fries. What arrived was a Billy Burger and a side of mac n cheese, so that was a bit of a bummer. However, the burger and the mac n cheese were really good. The Burger was HUGE, too big actually to eat without making a whole mess. The vegetables were fresh, the burger was fresh, and the side of mac was good despite not being what I had ordered. Overall, I'd say this was a good take out option for the area.

They have the best ribs I have ever had! I got the beef ribs and they are massive and full of meat! The BBQ is incredible. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese, baked potato, and fries with steak seasoning. Definitely will be back soon! Must stop in El Paso! Service is absolutely amazing! So nice and food comes out quick and perfect!

Was told I shouldn’t pass through El Paso without stopping here, so I did! The food was delicious, and it was exactly what I hoped Texas BBQ would be. The staff was super nice. I wish I lived closer!
