Cute place. From the outside it doesn’t look welcoming but once you’re inside the place is cute and cozy. The service was good and so was the food. They offer their entire menu all day long. My husband had the chicken and waffles with a coffee for breakfast and I had the salty sailor which is fish and chips. The prices are slightly high for El Paso but it’s a good place.

I have been to many restaurants and I have to say this is one of my new favorites. My only complaint is it is not easy to find but luckily I called and the staff left the restaurant to find me and bring my wife and I in. The atmosphere has a earthy nature, warm feeling to it and depending on seating great views of the streets. The food is absolutely what it looks like if you see any pictures online and FRESH! Amazing flavors. Not your traditional dishes you can go out and get at every other place. The entire menu is open at any time of the day so you can get brunch for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. My biggest GREEN FLAG for this place is the customer service. I asked for honey mustard and they didn’t have it, so my waitress asked me if I would like her to make some for me. The waitress MADE ME HONEY MUSTARD! She absolutely did not have to but she wanted to make a great impression and she did just that! Will be going back!

Usually we just take our orders to go, but decided to give it a chance and eat in this time. The wait was about 30 minutes due to a very small space, but it seemed to go fairly fast. Because this is a very popular spot, I would recommend setting up a tent outside for folks to wait in the shade. Service was great, but due to a limited amount of servers on hand and the sheer amount of folks, we only saw our server a hand full of times. Food was great and would highly recommend either the pancakes or burger! Fries are delicious too!

This was my first time visiting. The food was really good, and the drinks/coffee was amazing. Our server was Eduardo and he was awesome! They were pretty busy but he still made sure we were taken care of and frequently checked in. I would highly recommend checking out this cafe! Thank you for your amazing service as well.

I definitely recommend making a reservation because this place gets packed and for a good reason. The Chicken and waffles was on point and the honey feta fries......yes please again and again. Atmosphere is very nice earthy.

Cuban was bland pork, the lemon bar smells and tastes like refrigerator needed cleaning or deodorizer, chilaquiles needed spicy or flavor, avocado toast was really good. For $30 person with water as a drink, I expected better. It took almost an hr to seat , ust seat not take orders, party of 14.

Great brunch spot with a unique take on traditional entrees. Loved the chicken and waffles, would definitely reorder! The Londoner is an all around type of breakfast with hash browns, eggs, toast, sausage and bacon. Tried the salt & honey fries and they are so good it is a must try! Tried the mocha and their house latte, both were good. Parking was plentiful and service was great. Highly recommend!

Just okay. The wait time was sooo long, probably waited around 1.5-2hrs to be seated. The food looks amazing but didn't taste as amazing as it looked. There wasn't really much flavor in the chicken & waffles. The best food item I've had here were the salt & honey fries. The mint lemonade was a bit too sour so I barely had any. Our waiter was great though.

Lovely place, not a fan of the waiting times. If planning to bring a big family I can see that being the only issue as they're not much of a waiting area. The food is great and the presentation is lovely. I had the London Fog Latte, Brunch Across the Board or Abroad? Balvarian Pancakes. The place has an authentic coffee house feel. Great brunch place to take a friend to chat and catch up with.

This has been around my tenth time here and it never disappoints. I had the chicken and waffles and they are definitely not your typical chicken and waffles. The chicken is a perfect combination of sweet, spicy and crisped deliciousness. The waffles, spiced with paprika, oregano and celery salt, among other things, were a savory compliment to the chicken. We also tried possibly the best avocado toast in the city along with their trademark Salt+Honey fries. Loved it.... Can't wait to see the new location!

I tried out this place because it has good reviews and the food looks amazing. As much as I wanted to like the food I didn’t, the food is way too overpriced for the quality.most of the good food is served on certain days, I wanted to try the crepes but they only serve them on certain days, and they didn’t have any soup of the day, on top of that our server wasn’t very attentive. I won’t be going back

Excellent service & yummy food, even for vegetarian. I sat at the bar, our server Ed is very friendly! He keeps the bar area very neat & clean. Amazing job! I tried the midnight express, i strongly recommend it, full of flavor! I know this place is always busy, if u like to try it out but do not want the long wait, try to come around 2pm Sunday. Definitely coming back

Great place, I loved it. It was a nice vibrant crowd with a great mix of people. I only had coffee but it was great. Would definitely give the food a try next time. I just dropped in casually waiting for my tires from the shop across the street. I already had breakfast. The place is worth going back to.

Amazing ! We waited about 45 minutes but totally worth it. First off, everything we preferred was great. Secondly, Solomon was our server and he was amazing ! Friendly and patient. We had a lot of diet restrictions and special requests and he was soooo accommodating! Thank you for being patient ! Will definitely come back (and request Solomon)… I enjoyed the espresso flight but the Panna is my favorite (I ordered one to go). It came back less than warm and Solomon fixed it with no problems 🥰 I’m only allowed one cheat meal a week but i would definitely cash it in on this place again !

Any coffee or tea you select here is quality and perfectly balanced. When in doubt, try the Salt & Honey latte, I’m in love with its savory twist. The menu has a great variety of options to choose from. If you’re a meat lover I recommend The Londoner. I had the East Coast Bagel and the cured salmon was so fresh and tasty (gluten free) option available. Please order the salt & honey fries, you won’t regret it…my tastebuds feast every single time. Also, never skip on the pastries! They are freshly made on the daily. This local place is an absolute fav, except it’s always busy. Be ready to wait at least 15 min. to be seated and due to the high volume, you can expect a slow service.

This is a quaint little place in the historic part of El Paso full of character! I loved the atmosphere! The service was wonderful; Diana was attentive and gave great Food suggestions. I had the chicken and waffles which were savory along with the salt and honey price. And a salt and honey hot latte period. The chicken and waffles. We're good, the waffles were savory not sweet. The spicy honey or spicy syrup. That was really good. The waffle Waffles were great The chicken was in strips They weren't the best. They were just okay. The salt and honey fries were or tossed and salt and honey, which made them soggy. I requested a little more sea salt which brought out the flavor a little more. The sea salt & Honey latte was a winner! I would definitely go back there were a lot of interesting items on the menu.💪🏾💪🏾😉

The atmosphere of mellow, the food excellent and the wait staff welcoming and cheerful. It's a small establishment and I went around lunch time so there was a 20 minute wait, which is to be expected around that time for any restaurant. I encourage anyone to go and experience the delicious items on the menu. The honey fries were my favorite! I ordered the Brisket Torta with a side of asparagus and it was delicious!

Spectacular! our food was delicious and the Restaurant Manager was the sweetest lady. I did take my own home made salsa because I like it on my tacos and they don't make it here. Hopefully they will soon and if they do I know it will be amazing 👏

It’s giving ATX vibes ✨ We’ve been coming here since they opened! Highly recommend trying to get here early for breakfast, or there will be a long waiting line. We don’t mind the new location, but parking can be tricky if it’s slammed. I usually order the Londoner but every now and then I’ll get the chicken and waffles or the falafel. Everything here is 10/10, you can’t go wrong!

Avocado toast had rock hard avocado on it. Told the waitress no seeds on the toast they put some salt seasoning with seeds told her and they still charged for the hard avocado. Cuban was good not amazing. Waitress was in a hurry to leave or something and wanted us to hurry and order Receipt has an order processing fee before even paying with a card or cash, seems shady to me.

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast and brunch. I always get honest recommendations from our server, I love the vibes and the new location is incredible. I loved the chilaquiles (a new item on their menu) it has an authentic home made red Chile taste that is worth trying.

Loved every bit of this place! My wife and I have come by Salt + Honey for coffee but didn't quite have enough time for breakfast. Everything we saw looked so good from the plates that passed by, so we decided we would come back. Glad we made it back for breakfast as everything was a delight. The coffee (both times) was great. Have had their house coffee, cappuccino, and Salt + Honey Latte; all are delicious choices! Paired with our drinks, we had the Baklava Pancakes (some dessert for breakfast) and the Midnight Express as our savory choice. Both were so good. I recommend getting a not so sweet drink with those pancakes as they are quite sweet, the cappuccino worked wonderfully. Overall great experience!

A wonderful experience was had with my family here at Salt and Honey! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! All the food was flavorful and tasty! I believe it was called the golden tea latte and it was an Uber tasty fall drink! Not a bit of disappointment on anything. I highly recommend this joint for all. I hope the next visit is just as awesome.

Karla our server made our brunch a delight. Her warm demeanor welcomed us instantly. The food portions were large and satisfying. The coffee was hot and just right. A refreshing experience!

  • 5/5 Dana G. 7 months ago on Google
The place is cute. They could use a bigger sign out front as we missed it the first time trying to find it. We had a long wait time but could order a coffee beforehand, but we couldn't wait at the bar, and there wasn't room to wait inside so we sat in the car for 40 minutes. I think that was the most frustrating part. But once we got a table and food, it was really good, ice coffee was delicious. I really liked the inside of the restaurant. The server was kind and attentive. I got quite a lot of food & coffee for the cost I would've paid elsewhere, and I feel the quality was better than other local brunch options.

Salt + Honey has a very cozy and welcoming environment that is sure to make you enjoy your visit. I've been here a couple of times and in all honesty there hasn't been a single time where the food and beverages haven't absolutely delicious. My only comment would be that their Espresso Flight (picture attached) is a little too sweet for my taste, but then again it was my first time ordering it and didn't really know how those came prepared. Even then all three espresso drinks were amazing. A good place to meet with friends, have a date or even just have a cup or coffee and read a book.

We visited the new location for the first time, marking our third visit overall. While I'm not particularly fond of their coffee, I'm uncertain whether it's their choice of coffee beans or their espresso machine. However, what truly impressed me was their cold brew; it's absolutely fantastic. I hope they can improve their coffee experience. We stopped by on Halloween morning, and the experience was superb. The service was exceptional; our server was attentive, and the other staff members frequently checked on our table. Such outstanding service is quite rare to come by in El Paso, and I truly appreciated it. I hope they maintain this level of service, as they could set a great example for the industry. This time, we tried their signature chicken and waffles, the Londoner breakfast, and a kids' plate, which wasn't on the menu but was kindly recommended by our server. The food was delicious, earning it a perfect 10/10. The new location boasts a beautiful interior design and decor, and the surrounding area shows promise for further development. Will definitely be coming back!

As soon as I walked into the Salad and Honey restaurant, I knew it was going to be a crowded experience. The place was packed with people, and my friend and I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes to be seated. Despite the crowds, I was excited to try out the food that I had heard so much about. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment once the food arrived. My salad was bland and unappetizing, and the portion size was so small that I was left feeling hungry after just a few bites. My friend's dish wasn't any better - it was equally unremarkable and not worth the high price we had paid. As we looked around the restaurant, we noticed that many other diners seemed to be having a similar experience. Everyone was crowded together, trying to make the best of the lackluster food and cramped atmosphere. It was clear that the restaurant was popular, but it was also clear that there were some serious flaws in the dining experience. As we paid the bill and left the restaurant, my friend and I both agreed that the food could have been much better. With some improvements to the menu and portion sizes, Salad and Honey could become a top-notch dining destination. For now, though, it seems that the restaurant is simply trading on its popularity rather than delivering a truly enjoyable experience for its customers.

Very tasty and intriguingly delicious food. I love their food and drink combinations. Definitely something to check out in El Paso, as it is truly a hidden gem, specially since it's locally owned. I had the Londener, Sydneysider, and London Fog. The London Fog was recommended by the server and I absolutely loved it. I also liked the decor and atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this restaurant and will be visiting again in the near future.

Absolutely delicious! Great service AMD the staff was very friendly. I had a mint lemonade that was perfect and definitely made in house. The Black Friday sandwich was sooooo good, the fries were perfect, and they even had ranch for me to dip my fries. My husband had an iced coffee AMD the avocado toast. He loved everything about his brunch. Thank you guys so much for a great meal.

Their service was good. However... I tried the Baklava Pancakes and a latte. The Pancakes were too gummy and sticky, both items dangerously sweet. This was my second or third time there, and my last. Their social media pages look great and have many followers, but it's sad to discover the food's low quality and high prices. Once again I fell victim to Food Marketing.

I went there for breakfast and it was worth it. I got the midnight express and the flight of espresso. Everything was really good. It’s a busy place and the wait can take awhile as it is a small place. It is a cool little setting with nice decor. Would love to go back.

Everything was really tasty. My husband and I tried their espressos flight. All of them were good. I was really surprised at how delicious the fries were with feta and honey. Also, our server was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be going back to try other items from the menu.

Friendly staff, and efficient despite how busy it was. The food was delicious - I had a salt and honey latte, which surpassed my expectations and a burger. Also great. It was a light and bright cafe, tastefully decorated and it didn't feel overcrowded even though every seat was taken. Don't have any criticisms or negative feedback. I will definitely be back!

Great little breakfast spot! We got there around 10:30am on a Friday and had to wait for about maybe 10 to 15 minutes. The waiting area was comfortable but It did feel crowded at the same time. The food was fast and amazingly good!!! I ordered the Londoner and my husband ordered The Huevona sandwich. Both really large plates that I had to take some to go! Our waitress had exceptional customer service and was extremely friendly! Will most likely be going back!

Small trendy brunch/bakery. Offers brunch plates that have a Mediterranean twist, and some great takes on traditional cafe staples. Of course various coffee options, and good selection of fresh pastries. Do not forget to try their signature, salt+honey fries. During our visit we had exceptional, friendly, attentive service.

Delicious and savory! Fun pairings and unexpected blends create a delicious and delightful experience. The decor and atmosphere are quaint and intimate. The staff were excellent. This was my first time at Salt + Honey Bakery. A representative for a company brought me here for a work lunch. We were greeted immediately and got sat within a few minutes. Our server seemed overwhelmed but he was efficient. The food menu had some unique items that all sounded amazing. The food was brought out in a timely manner. I tried the bagel with smoked salmon, capers, and cream cheese. Also tried the highly recommended salt + honey coffee. It was delicious! I made the mistake of adding sugar to the coffee before trying it. It's sweet and perfect as it is. The bakery items all looked delicious as well. We shared a baklava. It had a unique and fragrant smell/taste of rose. I highly recommend this place if you are looking into trying something local and different.

My first visit! I had been drooling for weeks over the photos on Facebook. The no contact service was FANTASTIC!!! They called me with a question on the order. This I appreciated as most restaurants assume they understand. I ordered the burger. Fantastic!!! Cooked to perfection. And the Cobb salad was absolute heaven. Lots of chicken for the price. Great food!! Great prices!!! Great service. A keeper!!! I'll definitely be putting Salt + Honey Bakery Cafe in my top 3!!!!
