I wish I could say my trip here was a success. the store owner down the road sent me here and said it was going to be the best food ever. well when I ordered my food I had high hopes. I ordered the beef gyro and a Kofta plate. they first gave me a chicken wrap and not beef. then they gave me a beef wrap drenched in "tahini" sauce that it was basically soup. 3rd times a charm on the sandwich. the lady at the counter was very rude and rolled her eyes when my food wasn't right.. then i guess she though i would know what she was saying and began to complain about me when i asked for the manager. they manager was really nice about the whole ordeal and even threw in some baklava for my trouble.. (its definitely mass produced and stale so I suggest you skip out on that).well I get home and go to try my kofta and to my disappointment its raw. after everything I still had hope this place would be good. but raw food is a no for me. I give it two stars because the owner was nice

It was our first time here. We tried several options off the menu. We started with the grape leaves which were absolutely delicious and the Spicy Hummus with pita bread, its my new favorite 😋. Next we ordered the Shish Kafta, chicken and beef swarma with the rice. All 3 were amazing and their sauces really elevated the flavors. I'm looking forward to visiting again. The employees were very nice and the restaurant as well as restrooms were very clean.

The food was great! However the wait staff didn't check on us once during the meal. I thought they were just busy. When I turned around they were all three behind the register either looking at their phones or visiting with each other. We had ordered hummus and never got that. But we weren't charged for that. We had to go and ask for the check and for a box because no one was going come by to ask us if we needed anything. It seemed the wait staff was not interested in seeking our return business. Luckily there are other Mediterranean restaurants in El Paso that have much better service than Nour.

Great lil place to eat. Dinner date. Tasty, tangy and garlicky. The food was served fresh and hot. The bread was soft. Meat was yummy and tasty. But the French fries were served fresh and hot. Customer service was great and attentive. Not pricey at all. 🖤🤘🏼

Best Mediterranean restaurant in El Paso. Their complementary Nour sauce and the pita is as always awesome. Update: Best Falafel in El Paso, TX so far. Mixed shawarma is a better choice. Most recently we tried their Mixed grill platter and chicken shawarma. Both item was delicious compared to other Mediterranean restaurant in El Paso. Reasonable price for Halal food. Their soup was taste like Bangladeshi daal vuna 🙃 and well seasoned, the chicken was very juicy and not dry at all. Beef shish kebab was well cooked and not oily. Their staffs are friendly. This place was excellent! And overall not that big. Authentic Halal Mediterranean food in El Paso Texas. Lots of free parking available. Overall we love this restaurant and recommended for Halal food lovers.

Very friendly and menu knowledgeable staff. Nour sauce and the pita was amazing. Had the chicken entree with the lentil soup. The soup was very tasty and well seasoned, the chicken was very juicy and not dry at all. Was recommended and not I will add this to my weekly places to eat.

Service was fast and server was great. Small place, though, with about five tables. Pita bread was soft and chewy. I could've eaten just that and it's green dip and left satisfied. Mixed Shawarma had plenty of meat.

The food is very good here. Service lacks a little, could just be the young lady who helped me this morning. I would return and eat here again.

Bought takeout via GrubHub on a Saturday night and were not impressed. They forgot our two orders of fries. We paid $17 each for two meat platters and were given barely any rice which was cold and clumpy. They gave us half-filled cups of lentil soup that were lukewarm. The gyro barely had any tzatziki sauce. They didn’t give us any utensils in the bag. When we called about the missing fries, they only offered store credit, but we’re only passing through for the night.

A nice, cozy, and tasty place to get some great Mediterranean food! The shawarma chicken and salad were both tasty, and the food quantity was perfect. Many places end up serving excessive rice or bread, but this was just how I wanted it! Look forward to eating here again during my next road trip!

We were told by a friend about Nour and had to try it. The service and the food was ok, nothing really to write home about. What was good though, the fried okra. No, like the best in El Paso good! The frozen mint lemonade has so much potential, but ultimately a jet down. Every straw full you get a lemon seed, if they strained the seeds out it would triple the delight. The pita was good and the gyro is as well. Humus was very plain as were the grape leaves. I wish them the best, but it is not worth the trip from the Northeast.

Went for a work function and accidentally forgot our leftovers. Came back for lunch the following day and it was just as excellent the second time, there were no leftovers to forget! Highly recommend the baklava!

What a pleasant experience! Nour was suggested to me by a man at the Jerusalem market down the street. I had the stuffed grape leaves and mixed Shawarma. Everything was perfect. Service was Excellent.

Really good Mediterranean food. The turkish coffee was not up to par at all which is a shame and that's why I gave 4 stars. The pita bread and the sauce it came with was the best thing I had. The lentil soup was okay, I wouldn't order it again though. The hummus is good, we also ordered falafel, gyro, and shrimp kebab with a side salad. Everything tasted good. The place was quiet, clean, and charming. The service was decent too.

This place was excellent! I just love the Lebanese/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern flair of this wonderful establishment! The sights and especially all the wonderful aromas. Everything tasted extremely delicious! Nothing was over or under seasoned. I decided to get the customary hummus and fried vegetables as starters and the beef Shawarma as the entree. They were all top notch! Try this place out if you want something different and exciting!

Loved this place. The food was fresh and flavorful and the service was great. Will definitely be back. We had the tabbouli, spicy hummus, lamb chops, and Greek salad with chicken shish kebab. Everything was delicious. The lamb was cooked perfectly. The pita was soft and warm. The mint lemonade was also to die for.

Soooo good!! I got a chicken schwarma sandwich (made with flatbread) it was so darn good. It has pickles, a yogurt dressing, and amazing Smokey chicken made with spices. 10/10 and I ordered rice on the side + spicy hummus. Rice is buttery and flavorful, hummus is so GOOD!!! I went with my husband and we will be coming back. I didn’t get pictures, but they’re great portions in my opinion!

Great place for delicious Lebanese food. Lunch time is better than dinner. I am a fairly regular customer and in my experience the chef during lunch makes the tasty dishes. Same dishes at dinner is not up to the mark.

I haven't had excellent Mediterranean food in about 10 years. I didn't know about this place until now. My wife and I had the Hummus appetizer. I chose the gyro sandwich with lentil soup. My wife on the other hand had the Chicken shawarma with fries. Both meals were outstanding in both taste & presentation. The owner, Gus, was very helpful in answering my questions about their catering menu. We highly recommend Nour Mediterranean Cafe and we ourselves will be returning very soon.

Authentic atmosphere and the food was very tasty although the lentil soup was a touch bland. The veggie combo was delicious - great falafel! The mint lemonade and potatoes harra were also standout dishes. Service was attentive and friendly - will definitely go back!

Our dinners were good, but not as great as I thought it would be. The pita bread and their dip were great. The lentil soup was tasty, but lentils were mashed. The chicken schwarma was ok. Hummus and tabouli were good. Great service. Not very full.

Order took more long than expected, and I got my sandwich with my gyro literally burned!! And not even enough, also, I needed to come back because the lady forgot another sandwich and a rice on my order. Really sad about this experience.

This was my first time ordering from Nour, but I was drawn to it because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, the pita bread absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and was inedible. The lentil soup had no flavor. The green dipping sauce was tasty. Will not be returning.

I've been here two times already and the food is always excellent! The waitresses are super nice and awesome! Always a great experience. I got the gyro today and it's amazing! I love the side salads and the pita bread is always so warm and inviting! So far I haven't found one thing I don't like. Will be visiting once a month if I can :) keep up the great work!

Great chicken shawarma and good lamb khafka. It’s a bit more expensive than I’d really like to pay. I actually prefer the Nour Express on the east side as it’s more reasonably priced and easier to try different things.

Take the Lebanese from your page. Your Fatouch had 2 pieces of cucumber in it and 4 big pieces of tomato. It’s a house salad full of lettuce disguised as a Fatouch! The grape leaves (meshi) served as cold as frozen food.

Holy moly this is amazing!!! I ordered the Chicken Shawarma with some rice, a side of hummus, and a honey smoothie. The rice was well seasoned with a great texture. The chicken Shawarma was super filling! The hummus and pita were good, pretty standard but still fresh. But the honey smoothie!! I really enjoyed that one a lot. Super refreshing and not overly sweet. Everything was well seasoned! I ordered from favor so I cant say much about the service but I cant wait to eat in person once we're allowed to! Highly recommend!!

We ordered food 5 dishes through Grubhub app. But no delivery even with Grubhub only pickup. Got that. We picked up food came back home found only 4 dishes. Called them back about missing dish. They replied they ran out of that dish. Surprisingly Never mentioned during delivery. Food quality boneless chicken dish Chickens are burnt and dry like anything. Had to throw that food. Overall all other dishes we tried was very dry including rice that come with the dish. Could have done better.
