Rafas Burritos is responsible for at least 3 lbs of my overweighted-ness! The years have been good to El Paso due to this place. I love the oversized Burritos and the Chili Relleno, also some of the best bean Burritos in El Paso. The only downside to Rafas is the parking lot. Very busy, very small, and not easy to get into it out of.

Rip off! I ordered a carne asada big burrito and it was like 80% tortilla. I also ordered a large lengua that wasn’t much either. You got me this time Rafas. But I am not ever going back. $20 bucks worth of burritos- most expensive tortillas ever!

Pro: • The burritos are huge. And tasty. It’s a bargain for what you get. • The service is super fast. Even though it was busy, we all got our burritos in < 5 min. Con: • The burritos aren’t the most flavorful. They’re good, but not amazing.

This place is definitely the best deal on burritos in El Paso. $3.50 for a normal burrito and $7.50 for a burrito the size of your forearm. I particularlly love their asado de puerco. It's slow cooked pork in a chipotle sauce. One of my favorite places.

The $8 burritos are ridiculously hefty. The lengua was pretty bland, but a lot of food for the value. The carne asada 🤢... I asked for a bunch of salsas for 2 of these big burritos and he was hesitant to give me a 3rd! Place across the street is better imo

Went to the Rafas located on Northloop during lunch and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 asada super burritos, the pieces of asada seemed like it was just fat, the burrito had more beans than anything else and no flavor. I asked for salsa on the side and did not get it. I also ordered fries on the side and they were horrible soggy fries that just tasted like old frying oil. First and last time I go.

Large burrito was huge! I got the steak fajita and it was almost too much.

$4 for a *delicious* and flavorful burrito I probably could have eaten in two meals or shared with someone. I can only imagine the size of the $6.50 option. Parking may be a bit tight, but totally worth it.

One of the biggest burritos I've ever had that is also one of the tastiest! Seriously their tortillas are so fluffy and delicious. It's not just hype, this place delivers!

Food is great, but I didn't feel comfortable with the cashier she was rushing me and acting like she didn't want to explain anything to me, so I just got my burrito and left

It took a little longer than expected. My burrito was a little wet as well but the flavor was good. I was surprised at how big the "small" burritos were. I definitely want to try other guidados!

Great food and authentic flavor made me wonder if my mom was in the kitchen cooking. The flour tortillas for the burritos were PERFECT! Homemade, nothing bought from a vendor and heated up, no. These tortillas are made in the kitchen. Everything on the menu is delish. Fast service, kind server, she made us feel like we walked into her home and was serving us at her kitchen table. Everything was just great!

A hidden gem that could be a huge tourist spot if they marketed it. Heard about these massive arm sizes burritos from coworkers. One of their "grande" burritos could feed 2-4 people. They are THAT big. They're bigger than a baby. My hubby felt there should be a display burritos out, lol. I got a picadillo burrito with beans and cheese, and it tasted almost exactly like a chimichamga (not spicy just the way I like it). I was surprised how little they charged for so much burrito even though it tasted amazing with such a soft giant tortilla.

Chili relleno burrito is fantastic. This small restaurant has some great food. Highly recommend this place. Fast, hot, delicious.

For under $5 I can get a bean and cheese burrito with incredible ingredients and fast service. It's my favorite burrito in the city. The "chico" (small) is probably a couple pounds of food and more than enough. If you go for the regular/large, you will get an absurd amount of food. TIP: it's often easier to park along the side street of the restaurant. The parking lot is small and confusing.

I've never been to Mexico but this felt authentic to me. The tortillas were really fresh and thick and fluffy. We had a custom vegetarian breakfast burrito which was delicious. They also give you complimentary chips and salsa while you wait for your food. There was also a guitar player which added a nice touch to the ambience. It ended up being really cheap too, they only charged us five bucks for a burrito that contained eggs cheese potatoes peppers and onions.

I went on a Saturday morning and they didn't have any more barbacoa at 12 pm. I know it's probably very popular but they should make more and not have to write on their white board that there is no more. The waitress was nice. This place needs to move somewhere else already, it's way too crowded and there is no parking for everyone. I am pretty sure the employees get tired of being so cramped in there.

Uodate: Came back, with extra time to spare. Its 9:12 am but showed they're closed with 7 to 4 hours of operation posted. I called,, no answer.. I called the number online,, someone answered and said they should be open. Good burritos, but if you're on your way to work in the morning, this is not the ideal place to stop. Twice now, I stopped and it took 20 minutes or more for me to get my food and leave. The first time I just drove off before I ordered. Today, there was 2 vehicles in front of me, one of which was already at the window when I drove up along with another truck ahead of me. When I finally got to order and pay, they asked me to move up a bit. It took them 15 minutes to bring out my burrito that I had already paid for so I couldn't just leave. I ended up getting to work a few minutes late because of it. So if you want their food, leave yourself an extra 20 minutes MINIMUM on your way to work.

The food is delicious . They close at 4 but more like 3 because they will not have nothing and big nasty attitudes. So get there before 3.

Over priced for what we got, even though it was the super burritos. I don't mind paying for more for something when it's good, but they were far from good. I hate not getting what I ordered. Don't waste your time and money.

Rude front desk guy was talking on the phone when two orders were just sitting on the counter asked if I can get my food then gave me a wrong order.went back to get a refund and he made it seem like it was my fault saying that they called out Sylvia didn't bother to make sure it was the correct order smh I guess customer isn't always right here ...made me feel like it was my fault for them giving me the wrong order!!! Customer service is trash and I won't be going back and I will tell my people how bad they were and made me feel.

I asked for hominy only no meat and the cashier was just rude about it, I don’t know if they did this on purpose they obviously gave me more meat and a lot of bone on the menudo my kids don’t eat that, really disappointed I tried calling the restaurant a couple of times and no answer.

I thought quality of food was awesome. I ordered a quesadilla and it was the size of 2 Taco Bell quesadillas. That tortilla was fresh and homemade. It was delicious. I would’ve taken a picture but it was too late, I ate it up. Word of advice though, it helps to preorder via phone or grub hub so you don’t have to wait so long. Expect to park in outside street if it’s lunch hour too. Only gave 4 stars cause the parking sucks.

The "small" burritos are larger than most burritos at other places, and the "large" is huge! We tried bean & cheese, barbacoa, picadillo, and colorado, and all were great, but the colorado was our favorite!
