So. I ordered right now. Please tell me why the nachos look depressing? I would never order these again. And really 24$ for this barbacoa? Please do not come to this restaurant. Everything was less than 1 star. I spent over 94$ on this order. And everything was disgusting. I've never had a problem before. So I'm guessing me employees? Or chefs for this time around? Not sure. But I'll recommend the tacotote by the outlets on transmountain. Now that's worth the food and money. This location. Please stay away.

Biggest disappointment in El Paso. I spent $15 for two tacos, a side of refried beans, and a drink (plus tip). I got the sirloin upon the cashier's recommendation. But there was a lot of fat and gristle in the steak. The tortillas were cold. And the beans didn't really have much flavor. People were relatively friendly, and the place was clean. But it is nowhere near worth the money.

They ignore both my calls. Answered and hung up on one of them. I order the food and they are so rude they were like sign receipt when I was trying to take a picture for favors. And they were like do you want sauces or not all rude. Worse business so far

Wonderful hot food.. taste was awesome. Salsa bar was neatly stocked along with the fountain area. Employees bussing tables and the place was very clean. I will most definitely be back

Taco Tote always puts out great tasting food. They're a little on the pricey side, but they always deliver on the flavor. The restaurant was clean and had well spaced out tables. Their Panchos plate is big enough to split between 2 people, btw.

The Place is straight up up dirty guys 😕 There's a bunch of young people working there and Unprofessional I wouldn't recommend to anybody Only if you want to go and waste your money for a little bit of 👎

Sirloin for two. Came out cold. Asked for a fresh cooked sirloin and they brought me out the same old meat on a sizzling skillet. Do not recommend patronizing this business.

First time here today. Place was clean. Service was good. Got my food and came to hotel. Food smelled great but my order was wrong. Got two fajita tacos instead of one fajita and one chicken. Other than that, food was freaking delicious. The red salsa is on point! Next time I come to el Paso, will definitely hit this place up again.

Their food is good, no lie. What costed them their star was not their service because they surprisingly have been pretty good about their service lately, rather their price and the wait. I used to not be so fond of their service or their quality but they have come around! We ordered and were told that the chicken would take roughly 15-20 minutes to make so we said that would be fine. 45 minutes later, I am still stuck at the table with my number. I went up to the preparation stand where an employee that delivers the food is usually standing and asked them if there was an update for our order. They apologized for the wait as we finally received our meal within minutes. It was good but the price for two people has gotten crazy expensive. I wouldn’t consider this your classic sit-down dining, rather more casual and self-serve. I enjoy taco totes flavors, but $26 for two individuals to eat tacos is pretty pricey. Great job recovering taco tote! I say A for effort but definitely a C for affordability for what it is.

Hi, I had a great experience here about a week ago, it was March 21st, unfortunately I left a jacket there and I live about 5 hours away. Is there anyway for me to get this back? Been a regular of the south of the border based franchise due to its authentic style tacos and meats. Have a big family get the family meal with almost a lb of your choice of meat, 4 sides, tortillas, and 4 drinks all included. Included in any visit is access to a cart that includes different varieties of salsas, shredded salad for tacos, cucumbers,limes to help build the perfect taco. Usually a 4 star experience but this visit earned a star less due to meat being served cold but in all fairness the staff took it back and reserved a new fresh serving sizzling on the plate.

I'm not reviewing the food but the service. I came in the restaurant right at opening at 11am to order a to go order. I ordered with several people behind me hoping to get my order sooner. Well 47 minutes later my order was finally ready. I do a lot of lunches for my customers so I will probably not use them again.

It’s disheartening to have to leave a one star because typically their tacos are pretty good. Today not so much. There was a large metal bracket inside one of our tacos. The beans were under cooked and not as tasteful as they normally are. Very disappointed.

I am not one to go out to eat but I wanted to have a farewell meal with my mom only to not do so. We never received our food. We literally just came here to sit on their booth for almost an hour. We left without any food and out of money as well (refund 5-7 days). There was no apology or accountability; just some dismissive remarks (cashier)"well order 46 is not here" and (manager) " I sent order 46 a while ago" it sounded as if they were insinuating that we wanted extra free food. We were patient but almost an hour seemed a little too long for fast food. Initially when approached with the situation, I wanted my order to go because I wasn't sure if it was just forgotten on the counter then we changed our mind to want to cancel the order instead. When asked if that was it, if they were just going to send us on our way (no apology, no estimated time, no reason for the delay) they acted like it was our fault that we didn't get our order "we were going to give you your order but you wanted your money back" well duh we are not waiting another hour for 2 tacos a side and nachos. Never coming back. This is a reminder of why I rather cook my food which is what I ended up doing after leaving.

Still amazing beef tacos, great tortillas and delicious hot sauces!!
