Fantastic food! Excellent customer service! Thank you Whataburger!

Rudest customer service ever. I just dont have the words to explain how bad the service was. I order a salad, drink, and fries. Cashier had me repeat my order 3 times. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru for my food to only get half my order. They said salads aren't sold as meals. So? Im not allowed to buy a drink and fries separate ? They just decide on their own that I can't have my complete order? The manager had a very bad attitude because she called me b* under her breath like I wouldn't hear it but I did. Whataburger needs to announce that they have rules that you can't buy fries and soda with salad because apparently nobody does that here. People were really upset that i tried to do that. They got me the rest of my order that I paid for but only filled my drink and fries half way. I didnt want to argue anymore so paid extra and left. This is why I dont go as often as I used to because my order is never right and I get charged for large sizes but given smaller size. Also they never willing correct mistakes. I wont be going back anytime soon.

Every table was dirty, about a total of 4 actual tables being used by customers. Floor behind counter looked as if it been dirty since morning shift. Kid associates, ignoring customers, I stood in line for 5 minutes before girl actually saw me to take my order, then made it look like she was doing me the favor. The other day saw place was closed for improvements. Does that mean they will be hiring a new staff who know what customer service actually means?

THE BURGER WAS COLD AND FRIES TASTE LIKE THEY WERE MADE A DAY BEFORE BUT ITS A Good PLACE TO EAT JUST NEEDS TO CHECK ON THAT .

I ordered via the mobile app and yet, they are just now preparing my order. What’s the point of ordering from the app if I’m still in this line waiting? On top of that, the two managers have time to start getting loud with the chatting while I’m still waiting.

I've yet to be disappointed at any of the restaurants. No matter where they are located. New Mexico or Texas. Service always great. Food always fresh and hot. Staff friendly and courteous. Interior exterior clean.

We had a great break at this location. Their burgers and chicken sandwich, fries and drinks were delicious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Strongly recommend this place.

the Dbl whataburger was very good.Took them A Long time to make it. they have several employees just standing around chatting and looking confused. try another location.

Whataburger has a vegetarian option that allows us people that do not eat meet enjoy their food.

Place was busy, like most locations. Got my order within 15 minutes which I thought was good considering. Burger was great fries were stale, but when I told the lady in the front she offered to replace them. Got the onion rings that were ready so no wait. Over all good experience.

Tastes like home

I have been to Whataburger for more years than most people who read this have been alive. For most of those years they were my favorite. But the last 5 to 10 years they have declined. The size has decreased and so has quality. My hatch green Chile burger had very little chile and was dry. Nothing but a few pieces of chile, two burger patties and a piece of cheese. Not worth the price. But the fries were excellent and perfectly salted. They also gave us no napkins.

Got the Whatachicken Meal for my son, and Onion Rings for myself. He Absolutely Loved it! Not being from here, we took a chance that paid Ten Fold! I now understand why there's always a line here! Brava!

Staff was very nice. I had never tried Whataburger & I was hungry so I decided why not. It did the job but I didn't find anything to write home about. Burger was flavorless, fries were hot & fresh, banana pudding shake was good.

Have always had good service and food. Quick stop. Easy access from Montana and I-10.

As a Californian I hear the debate between whataburger and in n out alot. The fries weren't too bad very fresh and crispy a tad too salty but were good. The burger was awful. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was not appetizing at all. Too much mustard. Lettuce was wilted, bacon was almost nonexistent. Decent size but poor quality even for fast food imo. Perhaps it was just the location I was at. But I probably won't eat there again.

Second time using the drive thru at this location and parts of my order were missing both times. Most recently I ordered a chicken strip meal and it was missing fries and toast. Seems like a pretty obvious error that shouldn't be missed by anyone doing their job. I get maybe being busy and it slipping through, but I was literally the only one in the drive thru.

Did the survey and went to get my free burger asked to sub the fries for onion rings but was told I couldn’t do it even though I had done it many times before ….not cool.

Whataburger, what is there to say? The food is made to order, if you want avocados they have them. Double cheese they have it, jalapenos they have them. Great food, the coke is always the correct mixture and the sweet tea is delicious. Staff are more than friendly and always ready to help. Clean, spacious and the bathrooms are always clean. Thank you!!!

Went to drive thru and the manager waited on us. We had to explain our order 4 times and she still got it wrong.she was rude and impolite.and even spoke to her in Spanish but to no avail. Then it took over 15 minutes to get our order.We had coupon for a free chili cheese burger meal just buy medium drink and fries but still charged us for the burger. Explained in full with coupon and only wanted to refund $5 when it was $ 8.49 finally refunded after dispute.

The service was slow. Slow response time at the speaker box so I moved up. The representative was having issues with a guy in an AUDI. Manager should have taken over.

Kudos to the people in charge here, very clean and fast service. Definetly can say without a shadow of a doubt this is the best Whataburger in El Paso area.

Ok so I popped my cherry 🍒 it being my first time eating Whataburger and I'm an In-and-Out guy being from California but this place has it beat it's better if I'm being honest.

So I decide to order my order whatasize and I should have just ordered small fries if I knew that they weren't going to whatasize my fries. This wasn't whatasize this was more like whatafuck. Ridiculous

This location was near an event we attended at at Joseph's so we stopped. The food was good as Whataburger always is but this location was super slow. We waited 25 minutes for three chicken tender meals. We joked "well, at least we can say we didn't get fast food tonight." It was not at all busy so I didn't know what that was about. The store seemed clean and the employees were friendly and polite. But 25 minutes! That's the reason for the 3 stars. So if you're craving whataburger, and aren't in a hurry, stop by.

The Spicy chicken sandwich was very good staff friendly and the place was clean.

Good, helpful staff. Decent food. Could do with being a dollar or two less expensive but it is the only place open during graveyard, so it all evens out.

Still and always El Paso’s best fast food burger joint! This is our favorite location because of the management but all stores are excellent! Way better than McDonald’s!

Whataburger is always delicious. Perfectly cooked made to order burgers. I had a mouth watering double patty Whataburger with double cheese, jalapeños, extra tomato, extra pickle, extra raw onions, and grilled onions. Whataburger will literally give you the burger just like you want it. So damn good

Sorta hard to complain about Whataburger as a whole, great hamburger joint. But, this location in particular is probably the worst one I’ve been to. From not being able to understand them half the time, getting an attitude, and my favorite, giving me the wrong order (see attached picture). I would give one star but the hamburgers are good. I would give more stores but some of the employees are just not that bright.

Service was slow. Yes they were a bit busy but they had 10 workers inside working, they looked all scrambled...not organized. Food was alright. Length of wait was long for what I ordered, one burger and one salad. Salad wasn't fresh.

Just what I needed today a good juicy hamburger my way was the best

Finally got to try this place and I enjoyed it. Burgers are juicy. The medium drink is extremely large. Customer service was great and prompt. The staff kept up with the cleanliness of the dining area. I prefer that Whataburger over the party melt.

Normally I drive in and drive out but now I’ve been asked by 3 different people what my order was. Very rudely telling me to pull up and every time I answered with no that’s not my order I received a horrible attitude in response. I’ll drive farther next time to get better service.

They're usually good in getting the orders correct. Not today. I ordered a #2 (dbl meat) however, when I arrived home it was a single! I was even charged for the dbl. Did not drive back....too far. I also made the mistake of not checking the order before leaving the drive thru.
