Very nice n clean place. Food was very good. Beer was a lil flat and had a old taste maybe just need to check kegs date. Got a 3 star because of service was very slow, had to wave her down few times just to get a refill on our drinks.

This is a wait to be seated kind of place. You have to park and walk to get to it, and you pay your server when done. They hand toss their dough, and the pizza was very flavorful. There is plenty of sauce on it, which I think makes a pizza. Very cool atmosphere, we really liked the wine bottle lights, very cool. 2 thumbs up on this place!

Food was really good! Portions were a good size for the price paid. Loved the atmosphere of the place, very warm feel. I ordered the Caesar Salad with a 16” pepperoni and sausage wood burned pizza! Server was friendly and attentive! Would recommend you go at a time when they aren’t as busy as rush lunch hour though as there is a bit more of a wait during this time. All in all pretty happy with my visit & would recommend :)

we were driving around the outlets trying to eat somewhere new and we decided to come here. definitely worth it! we came around 11 so it was still early and there was no wait but as soon as we got our food the place definitely started filling up. we got the DON pizza and it was definitely the best choice for meat lovers. we also asked what salad was on the sweeter side and we got a SPINACH SALAD and it was perfect! unlike other restaurants there was enough dressing we didn’t have to ask for more and it was sooo good we’re definitely coming back! oh and they offer military discount as well!

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria- I highly recommend this fine eating establishment! I will go back for sure to enjoy a lovely meal, you can count on that. I loved the sizes of the pizza, they were fabulous. A beautiful restaurant for a date, or a night out with the family! I love oven brick pizza & I seriously have no complaints at all about this restaurant! The decor is beautiful, the restrooms are clean, the whole restaurant is clean as well. I enjoyed my time so much, this restaurant is unforgettable, cannot wait to go back! Staff is incredible, come & taste there pizza, check this off your bucket list for sure! 5 stars!

Amazing pizza. I ordered the white pizza with ricotta, onions, meatballs, prosciutto, sundried tomatoes. Hands down best pizza in El Paso. Ask for Valerie, took great care of me and made excellent recommendations. I’ll be back.

I got my order to go it was pretty busy, but the ambiance was alright nice for a weekend night out!! I got the Mediterranean salad and it was so delish!!! Very fresh and the portions are very good. For the pizza I got the pesto and regular cheese. I was not a fan of the regular cheese it was primarily tomato sauce and barely cheese. The pizza here is thin crust which can be a hit or miss. I probably will only return for the salad but not the pizza.

I always come to this place for pizza, and it never disappoints until this last time. The service was horrible. The waitress just showed up for our drinks and the pizza and disappeared. We asked another waitress to bring what we needed and she said that it wasn't her area so we needed to wait for our waitress. The food is always good, but we found a hair on one of the pizzas. I have been coming here in the last few years and never had an issue. I hope they get better with the service and be more careful with the food handling.

This place is GANGSTER! From the Bruschetta Trio app to the recommended Mille Gradi wine and The Don- meaty pizza pie, this place did NOT disappoint. Our server was top notch and the atmosphere was both intimate in the corners and more casual in the open. Nice place for a date night, or for a beer and a pie with buddies like i did ( i had wine?), taking note. I will be back! Enjoy friends!

$33 for a large pizza that was sloppy and cold.$15 for a single salad and it took over an hour. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere unless you like half a$$ pizza

Been wanting to come here with the family and the place did not disappoint! Waited approximately 45 minutes to be seated and expected to wait for a while. Food takes a bit to get, but it is expected and if you order a salad (Mediterranean in the picture) and a small appetizer, you will be fine by the time the pizza arrives. Ordered a pepperoni with jalapenos pizza and "The Don" pizza (in the picture). Very tasty toppings and it is an all meats pizza. If you want great pizza, then you need to go there!

Really good food! We went for lunch an there was no wait. Pizza was fabulous crispy, maybe because it was done in a fire oven. Good atmosphere! Classy. Price was pricey, but it was worth it to have lunch with my daughter.

Pleasantly surprised! We’ve been twice now and we’ll keep going back! Our first trip we have the prosciutto and arugula pizza = fantastic!! Also we tried the house salad and again I was surprised at how good it was. Recently we stopped in and had the Pesto Pizza. Again, awesome! I was afraid that there would be too much pesto, but it was delicious. It’s a cool spot and everything is nice and clean. We’ll be back again.

Placed an order through Door Dash for 2 pizzas ($60+). Received 1 pizza and a bunch of excuses (not our fault...) from the manager, no helpful resolution. Will not order from this place again.

So I feel uniquely qualified to write this review because i've eaten at the original Grimaldi's in Brooklyn, another location in Queens, and now at this location in El Paso, Texas. The wild thing is, this pie isn't very different from the others. I actually preferred this location to the one in Queens. We ordered "The Don" (which is basically their meat lovers pie) and a Margherita Pie. Figured a pretty standard way to be able to tell if this would stand up to Brooklyn's location. So, this isn't Brooklyn, but that's okay. You can't expect to get a pizza thousands of miles away and expect it to be the same. It is however, very good, and SO much better than we expected to find in El Paso. The Don has lots of meat and a great flavor. The Margherita is exactly what you'd expect to get when you order one. The crust on both was thin and crunchy which I love, and the sauce to cheese ratio is on point. If i'm ever back in El Paso and craving pizza, no doubt where i'll be getting it from.

It was meh. Nothing unique or special. The pizza was good but overpriced. You're paying for the name and environment more than anything else.

The bruschetta were simply delicious, the house salad was very crisp and also delicious. The Brooklyn Bridge pizza was amazing in texture and taste as well as the veggie pizza w/o cheese!! Jordan did an amazing job serving our group of seven. A great place for family and friends!

Good food. Seating did not take long however, we waited 20 min for the waiter to approach us take our drink order and notify us that our waitress was very busy. Also it took another 10 min to place food order. I was well aware that staff was busy but it felt more like we were being ignored. I'll definitely not go back when it's busy/packed.

Clean restaurant, servers are kind, pizza and ingredients were high quality (try the Don)

  • 4/5 Dylan N. 1 year ago on Google
Overall this place was really good. It feels a bit packed because the tables are all so close together, but I think that might be to preserve the ambiance of an Italian pizza restaurant. Staff were a bit busy so we were left alone for longer than we would like but it's whatever, busy is busy. Food tasted great and almost met expectations in line with our wait time of about 45 minutes. Either come a bit earlier from dinner or when you actually want to eat or you'll probably be waiting longer than you want for some pizza.

Update: Spoke to Julian about the issue and he was more than happy to accommodate us. Pizza was delicious the second time around. Thank you! Last picture is the second pizza. A little disappointed. This is my go to spot for good quality pizza. Pizza was undercooked. Cheese seemed rubbery. Pizza was still really warm when I attempted to grab a slice. All the toppings came right off the bread. Even after putting it back in the oven, the texture of the dough just wasn't right.

We went on a Saturday night and there was an 1hr 45 minute wait, so we opted to sit at the bar. Service was awesome! Pizza made fresh. Came out hot and tasteful. We also ordered a salad (Mediterranean), please note serving size is plentiful. Two people at off this order and as seen on the picture we had leftovers. Sorry, we ate the pizza so fast I didn't get a picture:) Our server (John) was attentive and took great care of us, thank you!!!!!

Thin New York style brick oven baked pizza. I ordered a small 12 inch pizza. I requested it well-done giving the undercarriage zero flop and crunch on every single bite. Came on Thursday night with a party of 8. We had to wait an hour to be seated, as expected for a larger party. The pepperoni is unique. Small little suckers, but packed full of delicious flavor.

Absolutely loved the food here. The salad (not pictured) was the best Mediterranean salad I've ever had. The pizzas were delicious as well. Not sure what they were as to our party ordered them but well worth it. This is by far the best pizza place I've had in El Paso. I will note the pizzas are thin crust. The only issue I had is the table placements are very close. The people behind me kept bumping my chair. But I highly recommend this place.

In town for work and the wood fire pizza called my name with its thin crust and delicious toppings. Had half a Don and half a Brooklyn in the 12 inch....LFG! Delicious highly recommend for any size group.

Parking is limited but was lucky enough to get a spot right up front. Upon entering, there is a New York theme with cut wine bottles as lighting. An interesting look. The hostess was prompt in acknowledging and alerting the staff of our to-go order. We ordered an additional tiramisu. We were given our order and were leaving when we realized they had not given our calzone. We had to go back to let them know. They apologized and was corrected immediately. The thin pizza crust was crisp with a robust sauce. The taste was amazing. The tiramisu was delicious and not overpowered by a coffee taste. I would go back to dine in to fully experience the atmosphere.

This is the best pizza I have ever eaten. It is thin and the cheese is amazing. All the ingredients are fresh and the customer service is great. Banana and coconut caramel cheesecake are yummy ?. It is a great place with amazing food. It is a must visit place for delicious pizza.

Although we waited a while for the hostess to appear to seat us (it was pretty empty), it was a welcoming environment. The building is well kept and the restaurant is clean. The pizza was a little charred but good and the menu is pretty straightforward. It was our first visit and they were very kind to offer a complimentary dessert. Overall, it was a great experience.

After the movies, naturally comes a pizza stop ,so it was time to try Grimaldis. I had heard so much about it . I first ordered my beer, draft double chocolate craft beer. It was impressive, a great choice to go with "the Don " pizza an 18 inch full of meats -pepperoni, Italian sausage, and beef. So delicious. The wait staff was attentive. More than one person was waiting on us. The dining experience was totally first rate. A little pricey but worth it. Can hardly wait to go again. ?

More like 2.5 stars. Ordered a few pizzas, a calzone, and a large salad as takeout. We were there waiting for 15 minutes when they came out they were barely warm at best. Charred. But warm. They did not have the salad ready. Cold salad and I had to wait some more for it to come out. Forward 12 minutes and I’m home. The pizza is stone cold, and the “crispy crust” was tough and leathery. There were a lot of burnt bits. Clean your oven. Toppings were good but very sparse. The salad was tasty and the calzone was very good. Overall, it was not worth the trip, wait in the heat, or the 100$ price tag. It’s pizza. You’re overthinking it.

The pizza was delicious but their bruschetta was heavily covered in garlic and oil leaving that taste in your mouth and very difficult to get rid of till you get to your toothbrush and mouthwash. Service was great and our waiter was very on top of everything making sure we didn't want for anything.

  • 1/5 Sylvia H. 3 years ago on Google
The pizza was absolutely delicious and traditional but they are not generous with the toppings I paid 5 dollars for prochioto it hardly had any it had very little mushrooms and the bell peppers were cut very small and very few pepperoni was small .I paid 52 dollars I'm not sure if I will order again

Food was great. A little pricey for the pizza but it was worth it. The wait was a bit long though. Appetizers came quickly, within 10min after ordering it. Pizza was about 30-40min wait. Good atmosphere, they are practicing social distancing as we all should be.

  • 3/5 Daniel P. 3 years ago on Google
Ordered two pizzas and two cheesecakes to go last week. When I went to pick up my food at the time of pick up. The pizza wasn’t even that hot, not to mention the female on the to go side didn’t give me my cheesecakes. Which I had to go back and get once I arrived home. An when I went back they were sitting on the counter of bar from earlier. They should really look over the receipt, before handing you your food. Giving three stars out of five because my previous experience before this one was a lot better with Door Dash.

I hadn't been there in a very long time , but I knew what to expect in the food, yesterday's visit was disappointing due to the fact that the men's restroom smelled of urine, In a normal situation i do realize there will be a smell, but this was way to the extreme it was a surprise to me being the the pizza isn't cheap and one would expect the restroom to be spotless, more now then ever , i hope this is addressed soon because that kinda of ruined my visit. 06-22-2020?

  • 2/5 Rosa C. 3 years ago on Google
Ordered through Uber Eats and when the pizza arrived it was cold. The crust was burned which gave a weird taste to the pizza. I kept having to wipe the charcoal off my hands from handling the pizza. Whoever cut the pizza had issues with the cutter because the slices were all irregular. This place was highly recommended but I doubt we'll ever order from here again. Way too expensive for what we got.
