Second time here. No matter how you order your burger (ordered medium), they seem to only cook them well done. Their sign says well done and juicy. Though we asked and they confirmed medium it was well done and dry. You better like American "cheese" or Swiss because that is all they have. For a burger place, they should have a bigger selection is cheese and should certainly be able to cook a burger to order. If that's the best they can do, they are just fry cooks. Staff is neutral at best. A big part of their menu are milkshakes and ice cream, however this day they could only make vanilla. I ordered chocolate but they were out. How do you run out when there is a grocery store at every corner that sells Hershey's? My wife went into the women's restroom and the changing table was dirty with baby poop. I know some pig of a customer left it that way but restaurants must keep their restrooms clean. Most of the tables were dirty and they weren't busy at all - no excuse for that. I saw them wiping down the tables with a dirty rag. Get a bucket of bleach water and clean those sticky tables. Without some major improvements, we won't be back. Go half a block to Holy Grail and get a burger the way you want it with a much better staff.

I ordered just a salad & was very disappointed! this salad (a simple caesar salad with no chicken or meat whatsoever) was almost $9! Not only was it expensive, but it wasn’t very tasty. The salad came out with the burgers, & the rest of my table’s order was unusually staggered. The biggest problem I had was the lettuce; besides being poorly plated, with pieces of lettuce stuck to the side of the bowl & tray, the lettuce was limp & tasteless, & all I could taste was the dressing. However, the rest of my table all ordered burgers & if I decide to return I’ll stay away from the salads.

I have visited this restaurant during different times and days over the past several months. When you first walk in you order what you want and they give you a number to take to whatever table you wish to sit at. You pay at the end. I think it's a bit overpriced for pretty much everything and you have to pay extra for each topping you want. I have not once had a bad experience in the taste of food. I can not say about the quality meat but most people I bring say it's average and you can get better burgers somewhere else. The place has always been clean. I tend to agree that the service is a bit on the slower side regardless of time and day. Yes they do put sugar on their fries... At the end of the meal they usually give you a sample of their ice cream which tastes amazing!

Definetly a 10. This place will change your mindset of what a good burger is. The texture, the cleaniness, the savory sauces and spices, it all adds up to an amazing flavor. Chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, BURGERS its all good, your family will not be dissapointed. And what's a good burger with out a great attitude to go with. Employees all over the top, assisting you in different ways no other restaurant does. Prices are adaptable you will not regret spending your money on their burgers!!!💛

Horrible service. After being a multiple time return customer here at indecent burger I have taken down the original 5 star rating to 2 stars. I do not recommend this place for take out or for large groups or any time where you are in a rush. Below this review in quotations is my original review. Horrible service I tried to call 4 times to make a to go order. One time the front desk picked up and put me on hold for 6 mins and then hung the phone up. Extremely frustrating. So I walked in and made my order. It took forever and a day to get my order in. I then ordered a beer to wait for the order to be cooked. I waited 10 mins just for them to give me a beer on tap. Then I waited for forever for my order to be cooked. I attribute all of this to lazy staff. Only the front desk girl was working and maybe a cook. This is a horrible experience. I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever. Yes the food is good but the service is so bad it is horrendous. “Independent Burger was a great experience with tasty food. The venue is nice as it has a deck/patio with games. The food is awful, the meat is low quality, and the rest of the ingredients are just not that good. Shakes are good. Service is horrible, we were a group of five people and automatically got charged 18% gratuity (I understand some places have that policy for "large" groups). They only had two more customers on a Monday night, so we expected decent service at least. The waitress took really long to check on us or bring us the check. She also miscalculated our check. She definitely did not deserve that 18% gratuity.

Delicious place with good atmosphere and good service. First time going there and they were very informative on how it all works and they also gave me very good recommendations on beer and burgers. I, of course, gravitated to the burger that had green chilies on it and was no disappointed. Great place to go with friends and family, very chill environment. Also had Django playing on their TV and that was a bonus! Haha

Came with friends for dinner; we all loved our burgers and found the staff super friendly. There's a crisply professional yet relaxed and casual atmosphere which sits somewhere between Restaurant, Bar and Cafe. Highly recommend for small groups or alone unannounced, also seemed a great fit for larger groups provided you reserve in advance. The burgers themselves seemed freshly prepared with excellent ingredients- their reputation for incredible meat patties was not disappointed.

Very nice, friendly atmosphere. Live music on Friday nights, but not so loud you can't have a normal conversation with your friends, which is a nice change to other places in El Paso. Very good food but strictly a burger menu, nothing other than that. Decent beer selection. Overall, a nice relaxing place to grab a nice meal and drink without breaking the bank.
