Food was soooo delicious, service was impeccable, the atmosphere and environment was very welcoming and warm and pricing was not that expensive at all. We did not have to wait for a table. Restroom was clean and immaculate. Will definitely return to this location again on the future.

This place has amazing service!! They were so kind! We brought our service dog and our waiter Taylor, was so kind to him! He brought our dog out food and water! They were very sweet to our table and recommend really well!! All the employees are very sweet, we forgot our water bowl and they cleaned it and brought it to us!! Very kind and respectful, love the staff :)

This restaurant has the dirtiest restrooms we have ever seen. There were soiled paper towels in the men’s urinals and flies everywhere!!!! The cook didn’t have a hair net and the drink glasses had lipstick residue. The health department should pay a visit to this location. The only positive was the waitress service.

Food was awesome. The strawberry banana pancakes had real bananas in them. Soooo good.

It sucks when you have to make a wise decision on where to go eat on your birthday, I bought a “monster” burger & it had no flavor? When you pay $12 plus for a burger you expect something better than the “ordinary “ also my patient ordered a Philly cheese stake and said it tasted “dry”??? Also the silverware was dirty

This morning, I was craving 🥞 so headed down to IHOP and purchased a (3) Short Stack (Senior Price) at $5.79. They were Super delicious! Also, IHOP has $5.00 meals and up after 3:00 p.m. daily. ✔ out their full menu online!

COVID has changed the restaurant services. No more coffee pots, tabisco bottles or honey bottles. Waiter was not interested and service was bad, maybe he needed to get some shut eyes.

We got seated fairly quickly which is always a plus. Our food came out pretty quick too, which is amazing. But our server would do a slight eye roll, she was attentive at first and then didn't see her for some time. Overall good experience, better than our last visit.

Louie our waiter was exceptional. Many times asking if the food was good, asking if we needed more coffee or water. Food came out fast. I enjoyed every bite.

There were people seated a few minutes after us, got their beverages before anyone ever came to take our drink order. I ordered the new pancake tacos as by the picture they looked small, oh my I was so wrong there was so much food. I just wanted a small amount as I can't eat that much.

My husband and I were there last Saturday morning we had a layover to go to NY! The girl that help us was so nice, never had a waiter at IHOP that so nice like her.(super short hair girl, tall) thank you They gave us our food fast and it was good. Specifically the eggs No funny egg flavor.

Waitress was very polite. She was great. The food was good. Normal wait time for this location. My only complaint is the restrooms always smell and the place needs an update. It feels dirty.

Norma was a great server! She kept our coffee and water full, our table free of dirty dishes and suggested the perfect meal for me that was vegetarian. Go in and see Norma for ultimate service! We will be back to see her!

Ordered online from this location and these were my “strawberries and cream” crepes lol Not even a hint of cream, just empty gross dough and strawberry sauce. <3 yummy

Just ordered delivery from here and very disappointed. The Patty Melt had meat on only one half of the sandwich and maybe 3 tablespoons of Mac and Cheese. The hamburger was good but not even a handful of fries. Very disappointed. Will not order again, food is nothing like what their commercials show.

This is your typical IHOP restaurant. Clean… Great pancakes… and who can live without that amazing strawberry syrup!? This place gets ridiculously packed on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so expect a good 30+ minutes wait on those days. Most other days expect a table almost immediately.

Ihop is our best choice for late dinner. Our server is nice. Food is good. My baby likes to eat here, he talk about this restaurant everyday because it’s in front of our building. Seen we are working at the Bubble Tea 🧋 shop in the back of this ihop, we always come here ❤️😁

I hardly ever go here because it is always busy. The waitress that attended us was superb. While the food was good the waitress was the reason I would go back. Awesome customer service.

I went at 3:30am and had the spinach/mushroom omelet. It was delicious!!. Pretty big too. I'll definitely go back again if or when I can't sleep. Server was great too.

Was eating with a friend after work tonight at like 3:30am and there was only two guys. They were great! Polite, as efficient as they could even though there was a decent amount of ppl, and I just wanted to commend them. Even though they were so short staffed they still made it work and got everyone taken care of.

Came in with a party of 7. Was told it was a 45 minute wait. We agreed and waited. Just watched a party of 15 come in after us and be seated first. When I asked why, the hostess said they were bigger and needed to be seated first. When we were finally seated, we saw they had an empty banquet room in the back. Apparently it's more about the money than customer service here. There was a considerable amount of dust and dirt on the furniture between the booths. Our server did the best she could considering how busy she was. The food was good. Our issue was with the management and organization of the restaurant.

Silverware was dirty coffee was warm not hot I would of preferred hot fresh coffee, no creamers available either. Asked for medium rare t-bone got a well done steak. The food was almost cold. There was no napkins. No soap or paper towels in bathroom. Service was not good and it wasn't even busy.

Everything was perfect! Best IHOP ever! Compliments to the chef!

IHOP is just a simple breakfast/lunch restaurant that never disappoints. Their food is always great and their service is attentive and caring. I don't have to go into much detail cause it's IHOP, but good food for cheap price. Would always suggest

My wife & I got here mid morning and it was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table. Brenda our server was outstanding. She was very friendly & was on top of everything. The waffles are the best i never had & the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was delicious. Great experience. We will definitely return.

Hector the general manager was great. When the restaurant was busy, he was out there seating customers and helping the host & hostess. He kept a smile on his face, greeted customer's and took them to the table. He checked on customers to make sure that they were satisfied. Leese our server was also very good; she was very busy, but she kept smiling and checking on her table. We were very happy and full when we left. Thank you, Hector, and Leese.

It was busy but the staff was friendly and helpful and quick. We were seated right away. Got my free birthday pancakes 🥞 Our server, I think her name was Tina, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Made my day, with her smile and birthday wishes. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.

I went to eat with a group of friends and somebody at the table claimed what I had ordered and I was never served anything. Then by chance another person I knew was eating at the restaurant and paid for my plate, but they ended up not charging the person that ate my food in front of me...... Thanks for nothing; literally

I always get the Spinach & Mushroom omelette and my husband and I went to dine in at 2 am and this time I received an unappetizing omelette. The tomatoes weren’t diced and it didn’t had the yellow sauce on top. It also lacked mushrooms and spinach. Also the waitress with short hair wanted to take our order and my husband and I didn’t got menus to begin with. She also didn’t give us utensils when she gave us our food and had to wait for her to come back to ask if we could get forks.

Absolutely sad just sad I pay the same as a customer would dining in and this is what I get a double whammy I guess if you want good food you have to dine in . I suggest you just keep on truckin and go somewhere else if your ordering to go

I ate here for lunch. The staff were courteous and very diligent with taking my order as well as bringing the order to me quickly. The dining room is clean and the atmosphere is quiet. I would recommend this location.

Made a pick up order for my work lunch break. Ordered Big Steak Omelet no cheese, just as it says on the receipt. Get back to work to see cheese all over and in the omelet. Tried calling 3 times. First time I could just hear the background noise. I kept yelling hello. Then it hung up. Second time waiting on hold for 9 and a half minutes then it hung up. 3rd time on hold 13 min 36sec before it hung up on me. So not only did I get an omelet I can't eat but I can't even get a hold of someone to rectify it.
