Great experience. One waitress was aware, that my table had not been waited for since the time we arrived (about 5 min). The bartender, Beth, stepped in and waited on us. Awesome hiring by management. Great representation of Chili's. That's when you know the company hires experienced, or demonstrates a highly efficient, trained employee. A +. The Triple Dipper was secondary to the hospitality, my friend and I received.

The customer service there was great! Huge shout out to the waitress who had an injury on her hand and she still was fast and friendly. I ordered the ribeye steak and it was cooked to my liking! The food was delicious and will go back there again in the future.

Had a wonderful lunch with my parents today. We didn't have to wait long and out food was brought out quickly and delicious. Our waitress was awesome and amazing, she had great customer service skills and attended to our needs..

These have to be the worst ribs in town. I usually dont come to chilis for ribs, i did back in the day, i liked them before. I ended up at another chilis a month ago, the one on Lee Treviño. Ribs were great like i remembered them. Nice experience. I ended up today at this place, and decided to get them here, huge mistake. The ribs were extremely dry, beef jerky dry. I told the waiter, she grabbed the manager i showed him, and after seeing what i was showing, all he asked was "what can i do for you?". Seriously. I told them to replace them, he said ok and walked away. 10 mins or so later he brings in another plate, well at the beginning they looked much better. When i ate more, i realized they were exactly like the ones i returned. (See pictures below or above). I didnt complain anymore , decided to ask for the check to leave. Not expecting anything free, that's not what my complaint was about, but i didnt even get anything deducted from the bill for this, maybe if i would have complained about the second ones i could have gotten something taken off , im not in here to get things free so paid and left. Anyway, never coming back to this restaurant, and to be honest i dont think ill ever order ribs at chilis lol. Thanks

I was told I would receive a full refund for the the raw burger and cold food. That did not happen. Unsatisfied with the lack of handling this matter.

Samantha at the bar was really good at going over the gluten free menu for my boss. I was very unfamiliar with gluten free options and my boss is very allergic to gluten. Samantha had my back and made me look very considerate. High five! Great Margaritas ! Everything else was ok.

This Chili's is awesome. Close to work, granted during lunch it will be packed but they do their best to seat you and get you out asap. We usually order right away since we know what we want. Great service and fast. Food is delicious and freshly made. Clean restaurant, which I like a lot. I visited their other location on Lee Trevino and that place is a dump. Come to this location, you will not be disappointed. Sorry, no pics but trust me the lunch deals in the week are great, also you have to try their street corn! For a corporate joint that street corn is up there with some of the Mexican street corn vendors.

Our waitress was friendly, attentive and patient. I rated chilis a five star because it is consistent and you will always get great service and the same kind of food here. Their food isn’t high quality but it’s affordable and you get what you pay. The food isn’t too bad. It’s satisfying but not amazing. Drinks are always good and restaurant is always clean. You never have to wait too long to be seated.

For an empty day service was really rough. Mac and cheese compared as advertise were way less of what you would pay for and raw. Pretty much was a scam.

Returning after a few years. 2pm on a Monday not bad at all. Just passing by flipped a coin, and chilis won. Great service, and food was cooked very well. No complaints.

Last month when we picked up our order the food was great & it was fresh. This time however the buffalo chicken was gross and old, the southwest eggrolls were soggy & the inside was sludgy, i also recieved an old cup of ranch where the top exploded off because it was rotten. The only good thing were the friend pickles. Really tired of disappointing food here in El Paso. NO QUALITY ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND.

Was told 5 to 10 min wait even though there was almost no one here. When I asked why, was told, because of to go orders. As far as I know being sat down has jack to do with to go orders. How about you tell the truth and say we don't have enough servers, which was obvious. Finally got seated after 20 min, wasn't given a child's menu for our 3y/o, so had to go retrieve that from the kid at the front. When we finally had our order taken, food came out fairly quickly amd was typical for Chilis... nothing special, same as always.

I really enjoyed the food! I had the Alex burger and it was delicious. Our waitress was really kind and attentive. I appreciate with my heart that they do not play reggaeton music. I definitely recommend this place. I will be back for sure.

pretty terrible. was told no wait time. ended up sitting at a table right away, but waited 30 minutes for 1 quesadilla and like 6 tbsp of rice on the side. rice was not even cooked fully and the quesadilla had so little filling it was just.. terrible in general. will not be coming back

The server was great the food isn't the same. Nachos were dry and not very tasty, the (fettuccine) chicken ? Had some kind of seasoning on it couldn't finish it was upsetting the stomach they did change it out to no seasoning and the chicken was a little raw gave a dessert for the inconvenience. So they did make it right.

Had a good dinner here with my wife on father's day, unfortunately they made my steak well done, not medium rare as requested and the service did take a long time, especially ordering drinks from the bar. We had to ask where our drinks were after about 10 minutes of waiting, multiple times. It's also clear they microwave their plates of food.

Hostess was completely unfriendly and unwilling to seat 2! People. "Because there were no tables and 30 minute wait!?" Asked to be seated at bar for quicker service. Was denied to my face despite there being 4 tables available and over half the tables in the restaurant floor completely empty. THEN two women and a kid walk in 10 MINUTES AFTER ME AND MY FATHER. They immediately were seated IN THE BAR AREA WHERE I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT WE WERE ALLOWED TO SIT and once again we were thrown to the side to wait! At least 3 tables could have sat the party of 6 standing next to us. They received NO help at all either! Was HOPING to have a nive BIRTHDAY DINNER WITH ME FATHER BUT JUST KEPT GETTING EXCUSES FOR SEATING! NEVER coming back to this location. OBVIOUSLY the staff was too lazy to open up more tables for the dinner crowd essentially confining everyone to the front of the house. I wish I hand four hands to give this place 4 thumbs down. Do you're self a favor and find another chili's or better a classier restaurant!

We went to the one on Buffalo Soldier for lunch today and good service but they were out of burgers and absolutely NO soup at all. They stated that it was due to not having their truck show up again. Looks like we will find a new spot for our lunches.

Super delicious Lunch Combo - Boneless Wings w/fries and side salad. Very filling. Great price $9. Great service. My friend got the 3 for $10.99 Combo. Looked appetizing as well. What l did not like was that the waitress kept my friend's and my change. Is that management's or waitress' choice? That is not right. Although I was tempted not to leave a tip, l did leave it.

This location is always the best! We usually sit at the bar and all the bartenders are always helpful on drink choices. Our food always comes out correct here also! Even when I have to place to go orders the chicken is still just as juicy. And kudos to the managers for always helping out their staff.

Ordered the Ribeye. Had to send it back. It was way overcooked, was clearly two different colors for some reason, and was the thinnest $20 steak I ever saw. And the broccoli tasted musty.

Went to watch the Bronco and Chefs game and ordered their 3 for $10.99 special. I had the salsa and chips and chicken, bacon quesadilla. I upgraded to a draft beer. It was all enjoyable.

This place added a new menu, and it was so delicious! I tried their 3 item smoked menu. I picked the brisket quesadilla(with a nice kick to them), half rack of ribs (regular BBQ sauce), street corn done up nicely, fries, and the mango habanero glazed chicken stripes which came with a slice of toasted bread. So so good!!!

I have a Four Star because of the Great Waitress we had. She had our entire Team by herself how our Food definitely a 2 star for some odd reason the Pasta noodles wasn't done then the Alfredo was cold. We had to send it back.

Daughter's birthday on a Monday awesome service food was on point Thankful dad !!!!

The hostess is always super friendly and welcoming. She makes us smile and laugh. Our server tonight was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs, stayed on top of everything. We noticed she was an excellent team player. The food was delicious. My husband got the 10oz steak and I got the Margarita Chicken, excellent. We've gone several times and each experience has been spot on. Cleanliness of the restaurant is extremely well. It can be seen that all the employees there take true pride in what they do and where they work. Management is doing really well in keeping their employees happy. Happy staff equals Happy customers. Again thank you to the staff of Chili's for always making our experience great.

Good food in good portions that were not overwhelming. The burger and chicken sandwich are large and tasty. A good portion of fries but not huge (thankfully).

Great time @ Chili's, did have a question on how they seat you? They ask for name and #, then send you outside to wait for social distancing. But when your called in they seat you right next to people disregarding all social distancing??? Other than that food was great, service was outstanding and fast. Thank you.
