Literally everything wrong. Ordered for delivery: Paid extra for flour tortillas and all I got was corn. Ordered queso fundido with chorizo and what I got was melares cheese what spilt all over the other items and no chorizo (which I got charged for) Fries were still frozen. Not cold, actually frozen Tacos are dry, no lime was included and I asked for salsa and got nothing.

The service provided was less than acceptable. The waiter did not attend to his customers as he should have. Did not inform me that certain meals such as soups were spicy and hot. The food served was cold , not even warm. I did not finish my meal I left it . I do not recommend this restaurant. The quality there use to be outstanding,! But under new management it has declined.

I edited my review because i got food poisoning we ate there about 3 hours ago… got back from Walmart and i started getting heat flashes and started throwing up uncontrollably the food… we did not eat anything after since we were so full… my wife had tacos y had flautas so please be aware of not getting the batch of flautas i did. I dont think you need a licture of what came up… but aside of that everything was ok

My mom and I visited from AZ and saw this restraunt came in to buy breakfast burritos. The individual that took our order was horrific. She was blatantly rude to every individual she spoke with. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but she was horrible.

Horrible food. Barely touched the food and got charged full price. Fish soup had three pieces of fish and the beans were cold. The fish tacos tasted like they scooped the shrimp from a shrimp cocktail and slapped it on some cold corn tortillas. Won’t be back.

Congratulations for making the worst enmoladas I have ever had. COLD and no cheese. I hate when they simply pour sauce on top. Very dry. Forgot the onions The Modelo beer that I ordered was Skunky. I had to get someone every time to find my waitress who was more interested in talking to the cook Than paying attention to her customers. I was there to celebrate my birthday and left with a feeling of regret.

This restaurant used to be good. I don't know if they changed owners but I know they changed cook and waiters and waitresses the food taste nasty and it's always cold it's time to change to a new ciros. The food taste like it's spoiled and no savory taste just just plain nasty food. No more for us.🤮🤮🤮

I personally didn't like the food or the presentation. My family enjoys this place. I ordered the corn dog meal for my grand daughter, and it was raw, still frozen. The fries were oily not even crunchy. Waitress asked if we wanted another one or they could substitute it for a side. They bring us a side of rice for the baby. Good try for fixing the issue but definitely not for me.

I had high hopes for this restaurant specially under “new” management. This was the last time I will UBER from this restaurant. There’s something always missing in our order. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Love this place for the flautas! I have been coming here with my family for years, and now I take my own family. Really good authentic Mexican food, but the flautas with vinegar are the best! Service is quick and friendly.

TODAY SERVICE & FOOD WERE VERY GOOD.

When take out is said to be done in 20 minutes and they said they would bring it to your table and it never shows up til 30 min later I think customer service or waitress needs to have more respect and keep her word and if they want a tip learn to be a better waitress

If it's later hours,be very specific on your orders, they seem too exhausted from a long days working, parts of your menu order may be missing/ forgotten. For instance carne asada was missing the bacon completely.

Food was delicious, very good prices and the service was fast and courteous.

A reliable, Neighborhood icon for affordable, traditional Mexican food. Nothing fancy. Service was better than would be reasonably expected. If you're in a hurry for lunch, this is a place for a well portioned, fast, average lunch. Breakfast meal had overcooked eggs and undercooked bacon and hashbrown s. May try again at some point.

Disappointing "Comida Corrida". The starting bowl of beef soup (caldo) was bland and worst of all had a strange smell. Main course had two, (not three) enchiladas, small lettuce salad, and a spoon full of beans. No way did I pay $14 for that. Would not come back.

Had their caldo de albondigas. The Mrs. had the caldo de pollo. Mine was magnificent. Perfect size meatballs, veggies all uniform. Broth was tasty. My wife’s comment was that hers had “too much chicken.” Service was on point. Montana location has Friday night 🎤 ( en español) Dinner and a show…

Tripas burrito was mostly dry gristle. The flautas were super hard and the meat dry.worst food ever. On the bright side the lemonade was so so and service was ok. Won't go back

First and last time there! All three of us ordered different things and we hated the food....so gross. Worst Mexican food restaurant I've been to since moving south.

Parillada was horrible, meat dry and tough, queso fundido was cold and curdy, waitress only came around once! Complete waste of money and time!

What can I say, long are the days when you came to Ciros for excellent flautas or a comida corrida. The place has changed alot, from their food to their customer service. But please don't get me wrong, if you are hungry for some good old fashioned Mexican food and want to be full for not a lot of money, then try Ciros. Great variety menu.

The staff is young and the restaurant is poorly maintained in regards to cleanliness. I think that this Cafe should have staff at the door seating guests at tables because otherwise you're giving the opportunity to the young staff to act indifferent to you coming inside and essentially ignore you, because they assume you're a regular. Another pair of guests came in after us and were also confused as to what the seating ritual was and for whatever reason, were tended to before me and my mom were. We were already skeptical about staying here based off of how dirty the restaurant looked. Since we were not tended to right away, we had more time to find a different place to go to so we left right away. The food left over on the tables didn't look impressive anyway so I doubt we'll be trying to return again.

Food was great as always and ,the Goergeouse little brunette with beautiful eyes makes every trip memorable. 😍

The tripitas I've had there twice have been deliciously crispy. Also the beans and rice are quite tasty. Give it a try.
