Had a great experience at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. I order the green chicken lasagna and it has become my favorite dish, it will not disappoint you at all.. My kids had the small pizza and I was impressed on how great it was.. As a matter of fact, we went back again just to order the pizza..

Very disappointed this last time around. To be fair I’ll go over what we ordered. Two pizzas came out great. The skillet was not bad but low on the marinara sauce. The chicken parmigiana was raw. Yes raw. If it was a steak it would have been cooked rare. We eat out a lot, as we enjoy going out as a family. But this was very disappointing. Took photos so I’ll see if I can submit them. Two stars because the pizzas were done right.

So first off the food was amazing. I rated 4 star because our service was not great. The waiter seemed annoyed to be there. She very rarely checked on us where we were sitting with empty cups for a large amount of time. It took forever to even get the check because it seemed like she just dissapeared.

When you order a family platter and pay 10 dollars extra for shrimp you would think the shrimp would be consistent and more than 6 pieces! I ordered 2 family platters at 31.99 a piece extra 4.00 charge for Alfredo and 10.00 for shrimp only to have 6-8 pieces (3 large and 3-5 small shrimp)! Was very disappointed when they brought out our pasta with a little bit of sauce on one of them! For the price I paid I would have rather bought the stuff and made my own pasta at home!

This is my Birthday Weekend. I have been to this Restaurant several times but this is by far one of my best experiences. The food and service is amazing. Wonderful atmosphere. Our Waiter (Omar) was professional and made us feel at home. Very warm and friendly. Awesome Person.

The place was dusty and smelled like sewage when we walked in. That should have been our first warning to turn around and leave, but we had driven 50 miles just to eat there. The service was good but the food was not. My fiancé asked for his pizza to be cooked well done. It was not well done, the pepperoni was still soft and the green peppers were still hard. The noodles in my grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo were hard, the chicken was just GROSS. Chicken seemed as if it was old. The sauce tasted mushroom based and was just not good. We paid $53 to enjoy the bread.

Sunday lunch food.. was good not better than olive garden. Got the seafood pasta and the calamari had alot of tentacles. Service was good but slow for a slow day. Will go to another place next time i feel like pasta

We went for father's day and it wasn't full, no waiting line. The place needs a huge upgrade, not really clean and the carpet floor smells. They give bread w a nice oil.We ordered 1 Kid's pizza, 1 Cesar salad with added shimp, Jonny's combo with House salad, and create your own spaguetti w/sausage & salad. First, after 10 mins, they served the salads, then around 20 mins later they served the dinner salad (I do not recommend it, super simple, something you can make at home), then 30 mins after ordering, the kid's pizza arrived, and around 50 mins later after ordering, the spaguetti and the Jonny's combo was delivered. Lastly, the lasagna that comes with the combo was over and they offered the green lasagna instead, disgusting, literally is a green enchilada with pasta instead of tortilla🤢, not very italian.

We got two calzones, as you can see it was not cooked thru. It’s all raw and it took them about an hour to get the order out.

Their place are very pricey the food is good and if you can afford it then more power to you you can dress relaxed or dress to dress up for those special moments. Plenty of hurricane discounts for veterans right across from Sunland Park Mall which is located on the west side of El Paso if you're diabetic you need to be careful I have to eat too much pasta that's what they serve a lot of sorry for being honest that's what I noticed and I am diabetic so I had to find something else to eat

The food was inedible. the eggplant was hard (like it was old). Sauce and cheese were put on top but not cooked together. The cheese wasn't even melted. The sauce was so spicy we couldn't eat it. The entire meal went right in the garbage.

Thank you Carinos for ruining my birthday dinner to myself today. I paid $50 for bad food and bad service. The only thing that was good were the mozarella sticks. Other than that the Cesar salad was salty, the chicken parm was over cooked and the noodles tasted horrible. And I didn’t even touch the other portion. No point during my horrible meal did the manger come over to see if everything was he was in the corner chit chatting with a cook which explains why the food tasted like they just put it in the microwave.

Great service, food is good, just the cleanliness wasn't what I expected, and the bread was a brick, good taste but hard as a rock

The restaurant has been one of my family’s favorites for years. Recently came for dinner and it was amazing! Food and apps came out fast and everything tasted very good. Our server, Omar, was super kind, funny, and attentive. My family and I enjoyed the food, ambience, and dessert.

This is a known national chain known for their good Italian food however this location specifically needs a major renovation. Food and service were ok but atmosphere was not what I expected. The place had a musty carpet smell and there was dust everywhere.

Nothing against Whataburger because it is my favorite burger place for fast food, but they do a better job than Carino's. They are fast and their ingredients used for the dishes tasted and felt like processed frozen food. The chicken was dry and tough. The sauce was ok but had an oily taste. The margarita pizza was not good. Crust had no flavor, way too much sauce, too little basil not much cheese, thick sliced tomatoes. Place appeared to be clean. They followed COVID-19, regulations. Nice waiter. Their standards dropped significantly. That is why I compared them to a fast food restaurant. I would expect this quality at Whataburger. Not here. I an not sure if I will go back. Very disappointed. I did not say anything because I wanted to eat without having this negative communication with the restaurant.
