Completely unorganized and negligent. Arrived and seated with high hopes as we love to support locally owned business. As we sat and waited to place our drink orders from the wine menu, it quickly became evident that no one was going to wait on us. We made eye contact with many servers to gain attention but all quickly looked away and didn't even render a word. After about 15mins we got up and proceeded to leave. This now gained their attention as our intended server met us at the door but still failed to say anything! After calling to complain we found out that our incompetent waitress is also the manager! What an embarrassment to have this person run your operation.

First of all, the food isn't bad here. They have a nice marinara, a tasty Caesar dressing, and tasty meatballs. The calamari was unusually rubbery, the meat sauce was too sweet, the salad was drenched in Caesar dressing, and the pasta was overcooked. Our server had a very dry personality that bordered on unfriendly and stand-offish. My main issue and reason for the low review is the fact the owners/managers/chef were not wearing masks, nor were some of the servers. I understand that we are in Texas where there are no rules, but it makes a bold statement that they don't care and that their comfort/beliefs are more important than keeping people safe. Perhaps they do Covid tests every day or every other day, but how is anyone supposed to know that or feel at ease? The website doesn't even have a mention of safety precautions.

For the southwest of the USA, this authentic Italian restaurant was super. Started w the Caprese salad, traditional sliced tomatoes w sliced mozzarella and fresh basil. The balsamic was spectacular. Would have added thinly sliced red onion. Pastas we’re delicious and the sauce tasted homemade. Bread was not homemade Italian but it was good garlic bread. The side salads were delicious. Will visit the NE one soon!

Recently decided to try out this local restaurant and I was quite excited to try it. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. To start on a positive note, the place is clean and very home-like, it's definitely a great Italian restaurant atmosphere, and service was fantastic, our server didn't skip a refill and was quick to recommend her own favorite dishes, all very appreciated, service here is one of the best I've seen in El Paso. The costumers there also seemed like regulars, this added to the great atmosphere they have. Unfortunately the food tells another story, it wasn't all that good. My chicken was wet almost and the taste itself wasn't great. The service is on point so I would be interested in trying the restaurant out again in the future to see if food has improved.

We waited 30 mins to get our salads, but only because we got a different waiter to come to our table. Our initial waiter never came back to check on us or serve us our food, he was busy with other tables. We then learned there was a party of 35 there. I would have preferred they say they are closed for private event or warn us before spending 90 mins there. We opted to take our dessert home and realized it comes with a thirty cent charge for it to go. We picked the wrong night, but hey its our ten-year anniversary.

I am a huge lasagna lover!!! My girlfriend and I were on the westside of town shopping and came across this little restaurant hidden just off the freeway... I'm glad that we stopped here because it is the best Italian food I have ever tried here in the El Paso area... Walking in is like walking into Italy.... I do not know how it feels, but I assume this is what it feels like... Relaxing atmosphere, perfect service and the food is BUON CIBO!!!

I really enjoy having dinner or lunch here. The food, thus far has been very tasty and well proportioned. The price is a little steep for the quality of the food, but I do enjoy the outside dining area and fresh grapes that grow in the patio. It’s a nice, relaxing environment, but the space is mature in terms of age and quite small. Overall it’s a great place to have a family meal.

Quaint and cozy little Italian place. Music was a little loud but I get they were trying to create an atmosphere. Good selection of classic Italian dishes on the menu. The minestrone soup is AWESOME! If you go for lunch you can get an unlimited soup/salad deal for $9 which I highly recommend. We also got the chicken scallopini, which was reportedly very good as well. Bruschetta app was solid but didn’t rock my world. Get the minestrone. Good spacing of tables for COVID and they also have a shaded patio area if you’re in to that kind of thing.

This one is bigger than the central location but the atmosphere is still homey. Our waitress was very accurate and made sure we were good whenever we were able to flag her down. I had the chicken angelo which was very delicious. The tiramisu was more like a cake than the regular version but was just ok not spectacular. Definitely would go again.

Another must-go Italian restaurant in El Paso, a homemade style cuisine, everything we ordered was perfect. Started with Caprese and house salad, not just the vegetables were fresh but what's really amazing is their sauces, totally go with each dish. Followed by meatballs, Shrimp scallopini Florentine, and Italian combination pizza, you know what, I was really impressed. What a wonderful meal after a golf game 😁

We drove across town from the Eastside to enjoy this delicious food. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pizzas we had were the Spicy Blonde and the Combination and they were fantastic. The pasta dishes are good-sized and tasty. The tortellini and manicotti were really good. We cannot wait for our next trip back.

Absolutely wonderful food. A little pricey..but ... The portion sizes are huge....so splitting a plate is possible. The meatball appetizer is delicious. I completely recommend it! Salads are fresh and large ..just ask for more dressing. Great atmosphere inside and out. Very casual, but the food is top notch!

Placed a catering order for pick up to take to my parents 66th wedding anniversary celebration. When I went to pick up the order I was told it wasn't ready and I would have to wait about 20 mins. (actual wait was 30 mins) The staff didn't know the details of the order either. Needless to say I arrived late to a house full of people waiting to eat. I was also very disappointed that the food ended up being burnt as well. .

Nice quiet place, the food portions are large and have good taste the only down side is that it took take forever to get our appetizer and even longer to get our meal.

Took my mom here for her 82nd and absolutely loved it. Our waitress Samantha was spot on, very attentive and excellent customer service. Food was piping hot and incredibly delicious. My mom fell in love as soon as she heard they served Lambrusco wine. Definitely coming back for more mouth watering dishes.

Wow! What an amazing place for an evening with delicious and generous Italian dishes. The antipasto salads and green chili lasagna are my favorites. Also, fantastic cheesecake. Excellent service and warm, relaxed, yet refined ambiance add the perfect touch for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend when in El Paso!

Best authentic Italian food in El Paso! All the times we have been here the customer service is excellent. Very well trained staff who are knowledgeable on the food items and helpful in deciding what to order. The owner and manager, Rosanne, is attentive to her customers needs and cordially welcomes each one. She personally goes to each table and asks how their dinner experience is Truly makes customers feel like they are family. Love this place and highly recommend it!

I started eating here in 1972. The baked spaghetti with cheese is the best. The owners daughter was a waitress, and she is now the owner and still waiting on tables.

3 out of 7 orders were wrong, waiter even argued what was ordered was not on the menu. Manager argued what was served was correct when it didn't even matc h the description on the menu. Ordered something else which was finally served way after the rest of the party had finished their food. Very disappointing Not going to recommend it.

It’s just ok. I have eaten here off an on over the years and something changed. I was disappointed this time. Price was fair. Portions were generous but it was so so as far as taste and Italian. I will eat here again maybe they had an off night.

Loved the food, the Italian Combination pizza was great! Pretty busy place, it wasn't 4pm and we had a 10 min wait. For me it was worth it.

The food was very good and hot bread kept coming out of the oven for us. They're wine is not great buy it does the job. It's a very small restaurant but it's worth a visit.

This is definitely the place to be for casual to romantic... This family owned and run restaurant is by far outstanding... My fiance and I went last night for a casual dinner and were served promptly and with a smile. The owners grandson is extremely keen to details and came by our table to see how we were doing. My dish was good but at little off for my taste... He quickly said he would take care of it and within minutes brought me back a brand new plate, not taking away the one I was eating, he stood by to see if it was up to par and it was Perfect... this attention to detail and his guests will definitely bring me and my tribe back... Thank you!!!

The service was great. Our waiter was hard at work waiting so many tables, for that I’d give that man 5 stars. But the food just did not hit. If you have never tried The Italian Kitchen, drive yourself down to the Pershing location, please. Just give it a try, you’ll understand the difference. Recommendations: The Eggplant Parmigiana

For the first time coming here I was not impressed at all. For the Baked meatballs appetizer, meatballs were dry, cold in the middle, tasted frozen. Andres pizza, toppings falling out of the dough, soggy, bland. Chicken piccata, pasta was good actually, it was well seasoned and cooked properly, chicken breast dry though.

We hadn't been there in a long time. It was a great experience. The food was great, especially the fried zucchini! Our waitress was very attentive as well. We will return for sure!

The service in the beginning was good received our drinks and appetizers timely. But the table we were seated was near dishes coming in out. Then the refills slowed down and my partner was not able to order his wine. When I received the fettuccine plate there was a lack of sauce and flavor. The server stopped checking in on us but I had asked for sauce to add and did not get it. By the time my partner finished his plate the server remembered the sauce. I was ready to go.
