This place is so much fun! It’s a great place to have some fun with family and friends. It is quite pricey but it’s half off on Tuesdays. Also First Responders and Military get 10% off the bays. They have special bags and clubs for kids, just ask the from desk. The seating areas are heated when it’s cold. They are also spacious so although you are playing next to other people you never feel cramped. The food is good, my kids enjoyed the burgers and I love their queso blanco. It’s so delicious and satisfying. A far as drinks go, their mixed drinks are ok but overpriced so I usually stick to beer. They have some special drink that is supposedly big enough for two to share but that’s a lie. It’s the size of a regular drink and the take home glass is cheap and ugly and not worth the $20. Save your money. If you are new, you are going to have to pay I believe $5 for a membership. It’s a one time fee. All in all, I really enjoy this place. My family and friends agree.

Not a place to go if you do not want to spend a lot of money. You will spend minimum $100+. However, absolutely worth it. The golf games are fun, the food is great, a lot of alcoholic drink variety. Great place to go with friends and family. The architecture is amazing and very very different. Especially here in El Paso. Great place, great service.

It's a cool venue in a cool scenic setting. Had a great time here. I was here for a business gathering. My company catered food which was pretty delicious. We had a fajita bar. The cookies were pretty delicious as well. Service was a bit of a miss as I felt the management could be identified by red polos and seemed cold and inhospitable. They also seemed rushed to get us out as well. I also asked for water and never received it after numerous attempts. They have a nice bar sitting area inside as well. I recommend it for a one time visit, but I'm sure over time the novelty will wear off. In some ways it already had for people like myself that have been around areas that have Topgolf

**Again this place never fails no matter what state or location. They seem to definitely have the right idea for service and location choices. With a few like that who would want to leave! It's not just for golfers, it's for family's and people who have no athlete abilities at all. It's truly is a great place to spend sometime with family and friends. Entertaining for everyone, the view is great and the later it gets the better the view gets. The field lights up and sometimes the it starts going crazy with the music being played. Very cool that they are synced. Food is delicious, it's well priced and comes out pretty quickly and hot. The drinks are great and pretty fun to try. For Golfing purpose they have a different game for everyone, if your really good go ahead and try the more harder games involving hitting certain targets. But either way the most common game is Top score. If you are lefty just let the server know and they will bring you a set of lefty clubs NO CHARGE.

1.I went to the restroom and when I came back my food was gone!I wasnt even finished with it!I guess the waitress was in a hurry to clean up the table. 2.We ordered a bucket of ice and the waitress came back with a bucket of beer 3.Our time expired and the manager told us we can finish our drinks in the bar and he didnt offer us a table or anything we had to stand by the window to finish our drinks because the bartender ignored us when we asked where can we sit down This place is nothing like it was before!The workers are very rude.I plan to never come back.

Sense of urgency on the a venue like this requires is extremely low. Employees don't care about the customers experience. They just do it cause it's their job but take no pride in it. I waited a long time for a bay. Hope you go out of business soon.

It was our first time going, so it was a bit awkward getting familiar with the setup. Overall we had a lot of fun for a bunch of beginners. The food was good, and the view of the mountains was the best part. We will definitely go again.

My boyfriend and I had such a great time. It was clean and the food was really good!! I enjoyed the lemon pepper boneless wings! The service wasn’t the best. I do think the servers could do more rounds of checking in on people because we did have to wait awhile for our server to arrive so we could pay our tab. We went on weekend day so it wasn’t too busy either.

Someone was thinking when they made this place. What a great place to have a party or get together with the guys/gals or just go and work on your swing. The staff is helpful and plentiful. There are clubs there that you can use and they are decent. Your not swinging a Taylor Made or anything but they are sufficient. You are welcome to bring your own clubs though so that's nice. The food is decent. The drinks are a little pricey. The golf games are really fun though. There are like 9 or 12 different games to choose from. They range from easy to really difficult. It's a lot of fun. We ended up getting the summer pass ($200) that lets you play unlimited golf Monday through Friday from 9-5. It's a great deal. To make things better, if you like to track stats, all of your shots are logged and you can refer back to them later in the app. Like I said before, someone was thinking when they made this place!

Had a work team building event here and I had a blast. Would love to be able to see how you did through all of your games though i.e. average drive, average points, longest drive etc.

This is a place where I really enjoy. I am a super fan of playing golf. They are great with the customer service. They have great food options. They have fast service where you don’t have to wait for long time. I know they are expensive but the service rules over the price. The great food menu is one of the reasons I enjoy going to this place. I highly recommend you to visit this place with your family and friends.

Love TopGolf for family fun! Fans with misters, delicious food, and kid friendly! T-Mobile has a Sunday BOGO 1 Hour of play coupon which makes it 120 mins for $35 for up to 6 people. To save some $ get the pick 6 for $55 and it's a steal for the amount of food, pretty much the entire menu is game. A pitcher of beer is $16, we chose Dos Equis. We picked queso blanco with chips, bacon cheeseburger, hummus, Cobb salad, pepperoni flatbread, and chicken strips and this will literally feed all 5 of us with leftovers. I love how kid friendly it is, from the low tables with rounded corners (because they probably knew my daughter would crawl under it and bonk her head), to the kid sized golf clubs. Definitely recommend for a chill time out with the family. 🤗

I am a former associate who resigned because of the way this establishment addressed their most recent covid 19 cases. Topgolf was one of the first establishments to reopen after the quarantine. So far, two of their associates have tested positive for the virus in less than a month of reopening. Management neglected to disclose the identity of the virus carriers. Why is this issue not being addressed as serious as a foodborn outbreak? Why is the establishment still open and refusing to inform the general public? Yes, associates are informed when they come into close contact (by CDC guidelines) with a virus carrier, but what about their patrons? Don't they have the right to know? Topgolf only cares about revenue and staying open to compensate for the financial dent caused by the quarantine, prime example of the greediness of capitalism. Keep in mind, topgolf has had 2 confirmed cases in less than a month! The hiring manager failed to inform me about the confirmed covid 19 case before I was onboard. It was until their "safety training" that I became aware of the potential exposure to the virus and their in place guidelines and protocols to mitigate the spread of the virus. Their approach to follow CDC guidelines is mediocre at best and involves visually following (via camera) the inividual who tested positive for the virus in order to "sanitize" the possibly contaminated areas. How about closing for a day in order to completely sanitize the premises? Logically speaking, it is nearly impossible to pinpoint every item the carrier came in contact with. It takes time for results to come back from covid 19 testing and hundreds of people could be potentially exposed to the virus. Perhaps they should clean the whole establishment as much as they do their kitchen. While my employment with this company was short, I witnessed several associates completely disregarding social distancing by coming into close contact and hugging. I believe their protocols in place are inadequate and require a more aggressive approach. As for me, I have decided to stay as far as possible form this place. How is that for social distancing?

Not busy at all for a Saturday. Service was great. Only thing was that people have no idea how to behave there. I had my own area and the people next to me kept walking in the area where my back swing was and didn't even care. There needs to be more people watching what is going on.

We have been to Topgolf as a family several times before and they always have excellent customer service, clean facility, delicious food, and overall a relaxing atmosphere. I also wanted to include that we recently celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday here. They have different packages available to view online with additional options to include food and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. I loved how I could pay for everything online, received an email confirmation, and an email and phone call from the event planner, Amanda Z. On the day of, the reception desk had a sign honoring our daughter's birthday. We also had a fantastic waitress who was attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our 2-hour party. The machine had a few issues but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The food was brought to our bays in a timely manner and was delicious. Franzisco (manager) also came to check on us and answered all of my questions about other types of events that Topgolf is able to host. Overall, we had a great time, especially my daughter and her friends. It was the least stressful birthday party I have ever experienced and was worth the cost. You definitely get what you pay for. I am also grateful that this establishment follows COVID-19 safety protocols. Thank you, Topgolf!

I’m very disappointed in finding out that an employee at TopGolf has tested positive for COVID-19, and Topgolf failed to take into consideration their venue & customers by staying open. It worries me that this may not be the first case we hear of. In my opinion places like this shouldn’t be open during a pandemic.

Top Golf is always fun. It can be exciting if you go with someone who can hit the ball well. It's always a bit on the expensive side, but it's definitely worth it. The service was really good when we went. I think we got through about 3 games in an hour and a half. There were 4 people playing. It's usually around $100 for this much time. With drinks and food it can be double or triple that price though lol... This can be a cool spot to shoot photos in El Paso. I would recommend having some flashes ready to set up, depending on the time of day and the season.

Had a great time. The wait staff can do a better job. Shouldn't have to ask for a drink every time. Plus the staff needs to be watching the time on the game so they can ask if you want more time before you run out.

First time here, place is Great! Had a blast with the Fam! The Hot Wings and Nachos were delicious, and prices were reasonable. We were on the bottom level, so next time we're reserving the Top Level!

Poor service, overpriced (it's the west side, I know) waited 20 minutes before a server came by, then another 20 for 3 drinks. Never coming back.

Excellent service on a Wednesday night. Chicken tenders are really good. Smokehouse burger was great. Chicken sandwich with avocado was great. Garlic parmesan wings were below average. Fried mac and cheese bites were excellent. Spiked strawberry lemonade was very tasty. Played 1.5 hrs in the evening which costs about $65. In total paid $169 for 5 people for play time, food and drinks.

My wife and I go here often specially on half price Tuesday’s! Great place to go even at night, the cold isn’t a problem with the heater. The staff is really friendly and the game is worth the price!

Restaurant on main level. Couple of pool tables and a shuffleboard in lower level. Small bar on upper level. Golf stations on all levels. Supposedly max of eight persons per station. Staff are always friendly and attentive and happy.

Top Golf is a great place to spend time with family and friends. Although wait times can be anywhere from 30minutes to an hour. Food their is really good; worth every penny. On the other hand the service was a bit slow we got our drinks about 30 minutes into the first game. In my opinion it would be better to order your drinks at the bar while you wait then take them to your bay. They have a variety of games you can play, which are all challenging. Prices vary through out the day. The morning is the cheapest price per game, and as the day goes on the price rise up to 45 an hour after five. Overall it is a great and fun place to go and experience for yourselfs. I do recommend for everyone to at least go once.

Great place to hangout with friends and family. Heaters in the outdoor bays are an amazing feature on cold nights! Service is usually impeccable. All drinks are great and food is decent; Avocado Turkey Wrap with Tots is my fav.

I brought my family for a day out and celebrate my 3 year olds birthday!! Had a wonderful time and the waiter Persia even signed a birthday card for him in English and Spanish!!! That was the sweetest thing ever!! And of course they brought him a bowl of ice cream!! Definitely recommend

Went for a girls day out and brought two who have never played at a top golf. We started with our initial time and was having so much fun we extended. Food and drinks were great. I just wish they had more game options like Vegas and Phoenix. Those two Top Golfs had the Angry Bird, Jewel Jam, and the virtual golf courses. For a weekend in we got our bay quickly, without a reservation and. Will definitely come back with our families. With food, alcoholic drinks, and our golf, for being there a little over 2 1/2 hours we were just under a $100 a person

Their system was down so we couldn't play with points. But they let us practice for free so that definitely made up for it! Looking forward to coming back and playing with points 😁👌🏼

Visited Tuesday 3/28/23. Set up reservations on the app a few days before since we were going on Tuesday to take advantage of 1/2 price. When booking on the app, you have to reserve for 2 hours and pay for the 1st hour when placing the reservation (paid 24$). The reservation was for 3:45 pm. Arrived a few minutes earlier than 3:45, and we were off to our bay right away. Bay 309 is located on the top floor. Our server was named Anthony, and he was attentive and friendly. Showed us how to swing the golf club properly, so that was a plus in regards to customer service. The reason for 4 stars is food. Fries were cold (not even Luke warm) ordered turkey wrap, and it was also cold, which is to be expected but not fries. Boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich, and his fries were also cold. You have to pay extra for ranch .50 cents. Total for turkey wrap, slaw chicken sandwich, 1 dos equis draft, 1 bud light draft, and 1 hour of golf was $62 after tax, before tip (with hour we paid upfront to make it 2 hours total of golf cost on a Tuesday for 2 people was $86 before tip) Left around 6:45 pm, and it was definitely getting packed. I've been to Top Golf in other cities like Las Vegas and Fort Worth, and I've had better food, that's for sure.

Our group had a great time and service was good but we were asked to leave the bay before we could even finish our drinks. It was two hours before closing time and the manager said he had people waiting. There were plenty of empty bays and no one was waiting.

Great place to come with the family, but came today and have a 15+ minute wait because apparently the place isn't busy enough to open the top floor. Yet, they have several families waiting in the lobby. The whole top floor is empty but they're not using it. Go figure!

Definitely not what it was before but at least we got good service. The computers had some glitches because the system wasn't running like it should. I also went when it was getting dark and the first 2 holes were not lighting up. I'll give it a week ar so before I check it out again.
