We absolutely love this place! Ruth’s Chris offers excellent service, incredibly delicious food and has a great ambiance. My son and I had a joyful time at the Holiday Cookie Party. Very kid friendly and wonderful staff. Judy is absolutely amazing, beautiful and such a lovely person overall. Our servers Christopher and Eddie provided quick and excellent service. Awesome experience! Would definitely recommend and come again. Thank you!

I had a reservation and I was promptly greeted/seated when I arrived. The atmosphere was nice and the employees were highly professional. The drinks were good and strong, as they exceeded my expectations. The steak was to die for and the macaroni and lobster dish was the highlight of my meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It’s expensive but worth every penny, and trust me you will have food left over because the portions are so generous!

We always have a great time and I highly recommend Ruth's Chris. The steak is cooked to perfection, I love mine medium and my husband loves his medium rare. Our favorite is the sweet potato casserole, and the lobster macaroni. Ruth's Chris offers wine dinners and our favorite the tequila dinner. The tequila dinner was great! We will definitely continue to go back for the best steak, food and drinks.

My girlfriend and I came out to celebrate her birthday and we weren’t disappointed. Not only was the food superb, our Server, Priscilla, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and answered all of our questions concerning the menu, drinks and made great recommendations for our dinner. Our food along with the service could not have been any better. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and Priscilla any day.

Totally not worth it. Steak was good, not great as it should of been, lamb chops were tough and full of nerves. Was afraid to complain as they were non existent wait staff. Also says gratuity not included but as you can see there it is.

I ordered steak and lobster for $70. The steak was good but the lobster was literally the smallest lobster I’ve had. It measured about a 1” x 1”. It was very hard. The food took about 45 minutes to an hour to arrive. As far as service when I reserved they asked if we were celebrating something special I said yes, it’s our 19th year anniversary. When we arrived the host was wonderful and again congratulated us for our anniversary. Our waitress didn’t mentioned anything about our anniversary. I was expecting a desert at the end congratulating us for our anniversary, but they didn’t get anything special. Not sure why they even ask if we are celebrating something special. First time and probably last time to eat here.

This was my first time to Ruth's Chris. The food is good, but I wouldn't say it was the best steak or shrimp I've ever had. The petite filet was good, not worth the 57.00. I read another review in regard to the knives how as she quoted they "suck" I would strongly agree with that as well. It was an enjoyable evening, would I go back, probably not.

This was our first experience with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and it will not be our last. It was a great experience from making the reservation until we walked out of the restaurant. We arrived about 20 minutes early and they had no issue seating us early. While we were waiting for them to set up our table (I pre-ordered drinks and they decorated our table for our Anniversary), the (who I assume was the manager on duty) was very personable and gave us a quick back story of Ms. Ruth, which is a awesome story. Then we were seated and our waiter, Eduardo, who was absolutely amazing, shared with us his suggestion of his favorite appetizer which was the spicy shrimp. We ended up going with the Goat Cheese Artichoke and Spinach dip which came with baguettes. It was delicious. Then we ordered a ribeye (med-rare) that was grilled perfectly and had great flavor, a Filet Mignon (medium) also grilled perfectly and tasted amazing and was very tender, creamed spinach which was awesome, Cremini Mushrooms that were in a broth and were very good and lastly the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, while it was good we both thought that the cheese over powered the lobster. The lobster by itself tasted really good and was not over cooked, it seems as though they may use an extra sharp white cheddar which normally I love but I was not expecting that in the dish and like we said, over powered the other flavors of the dish. For dessert, I pre-ordered my wife a Crème Brûlée and myself a flourless Sin Cake. I requested to have “Happy 12th Anniversary” on her plate and “I love you” on my plate in their Raspberry sauce. They told me that couldn’t be done with the Raspberry sauce because it doesn’t write well and that they would have to use chocolate for writing. I was ok with that but when our desserts came out, the writing was in the raspberry sauce and it was all sooo good! They box your leftovers for you and place them in a to go bag. Everyone was nice from the lady that called to confirm the reservation, the manager when we got to the restaurant and our amazing waiter, Eduardo. We had heard rumors that Ruth’s Chris was overrated but I think that is a false accusation. We were extremely happy with our experience and will dine at this establishment again. I will forewarn though that you will spend a couple hundred dollars but it is completely worth it. Thank you again to Eduardo and the staff at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for making our Anniversary Dinner a memory.

One of our very best meal experiences at Ruth’s Chris Steak House during the Orin Swift wine tasting. The food, the wine, the service was all above expectation. Thank you for a wonderful night.

Only thing that I hated is not enjoying this place sooner! What an amazing experience and food. The 40 oz porterhouse for two was amazing along with everything else. Our waiter Miguel was awesome along with all other staff. A++++.

Great dinner date with the wife! Polite and professional staff. Liked the occasion and the environment better than the food to be honest. Overall a great experience.

The night was perfect from the second we walked in. food & service was great… the personal anniversary card, rose pedals & sweet message on our desert plate made the night special for us. Eddie & his coworkers were so kind & attentive. It’s always a lovely time here.

Yes, expensive for sure but literally the best taste we've ever had in our mouths in our lives. I got the Chef Classic so it was 59 for starter, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Pretty good deal and had leftovers. We had three different waiters rotating around so if you needed anything you got it crazy fast. On the reservation he said it was date night so they put out rose petals for us, very romantic setting.

My husband and I had just had an incredible couples massage and were ready to have a delicious meal. OMG! What a way to finish off an evening. Eva, our greeter, gave us a really nice and cheerful welcome. The booth they gave us had rose petals, what a beautiful thought. Then Jana, the manager, came along, introduced herself, and gave us some champagne 🍾 on the house. WOW, could we be more pampered? Our server John was very attentive and prompt. He truly went above and beyond with his service and the food?......absolutely delicious! I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had the seared tuna, a fresh salad, ribeye, and the lobster macaroni and cheese. Andvof course, we couldn't leave without trying their desserts. Goodness, it seriously hit the spot. The ambiance was very romantic, soft jazz music (Louis Armstrong) and low lights. It was just perfect. If you are looking for great stakes in a very chic and romantic spot, this is it. Thank you, Ruth's Chris' team, for making our evening so memorable.

The place is fancy and very expensive, the kind of place you would go to for special occasions. The staff was cordial and very helpful with their suggestions for newcomers (us). The cuts were delicious but I didn't think much of the lobster mac & cheese or the mashed potatoes. The beer selection is exquisite and if you like cocktails, try the blueberry mojito, it's the best drink I've ever had.

Service was great! Our waiter Michael was fantastic, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Service was quick, we were done in a hour 👍 They went out of their way in celebrating our anniversary…rose petals and a card. Very sweet. The food was really good!! Spicy Shrimp appetizer was A+++! My hubby said it’s the best Cesar salad he’s ever had. The sweet potato casserole…🤤. My steak was a little undercooked. Other than that, everything was delicious. I would definitely return for another special occasion.

Such a beautiful night!! My partner and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary and Ruth’s Chris really made it special!! They had rose petals on the table and even brought out a cheesecake with words on the plate for us. The steak was absolutely delish perfectly cooked! The Lobster mac and cheese was okay and was a bit cold/room temp(that is why I give 4 stars). I enjoyed the wine as well. Beautiful ambiance and very romantic for a date. Our waiter gave us a little history on Ruth’s Chris which I though was nice.

KNIVES SUCKED! I though I was cutting into a chewy piece of steak but it was the knife that sucked. My husband said the same. Our potatoes au gratin were the worse thing I’ve tasted in years. The cheese was horrible, I bet I can get better cheese from a 75¢ box of mac n cheese. Our total was $270 for 2 people.

I ordered my 11oz filet medium well and it was definitely medium (bright red). The edges of the steak were delicious but the center was average. I added pepper which I never feel I have to do in restaurants. I didn't want to complain because it was a celebration dinner. The sides were all very good but not incredibly delicious for the price. I tried to enjoy the lobster bisque, but it had a strong taste that I couldn't enjoy. Still, it was a fine dining experience with great complimentary bread and butter. The servers were excellent. My lemonade was watery and not sweet, though.

We had a ribeye, filet mignon and the crab cakes. All three were excellent but the crab cakes were what stood out. The service could be a little friendlier.

Fantastic Service! Everything from the moment we walked in, the hostess was very welcoming and gave us a preference as to where we sat. There was a bigger party and she noticed we were hesitant as to the table we originally had. Can you say, "Customer service!=)" Our server was A+ and the food came out at timely manner. Our entrees arrived just as we had finished our appetizers and our water glasses were never empty. We stayed a bit longer to chat and relax; our server did not rush us one bit!

I personally enjoyed the Filet and Lobster tail along with a virgin Piña Colada. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. The Crème Brûlée is also delicious and an amazing finish to dinner. They even went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner memorable. Definitely worth the price. I absolutely loved my first experience at this restaurant.
