So,
this
is
my
longest
review..
This
is
the
worst
experience
I’ve
ever
had.
I
never
saw
this
coming.
You
walk
in
and
it
looks
stunning.
Decorations.
Huge
Wine
cellar,
fire
place,
great
high
ceilings.
The
view
inside
this
restaurant
is
beautiful.
Think
air
bnb
mansion
for
the
weekend.
I
had
never
been,
but
was
invited
to
a
family
dinner
and
so
I
showed
up.
Reluctantly.
I
ordered:
porter
house
medium
rare,
with
bone
marrow
and
a
loaded
baked
potato.
My
wife-
fish
tacos
with
a
chipotle
mayo
sauce
My
daughter
-
mini
steak
burgers
with
fries
Total
wait
time
was
1.5
hours
(an
hour
and
a
half)
30
minutes
to
be
seated
Total
wait
time
2
hours
This
place
wasn’t
busy
at
all.
There
were
empty
tables
everywhere.
Prices
are
high.
I
don’t
mind,
just
back
it
up
with
quality
food.
I’ll
pay
$150
for
a
steak
if
it
taste
like
$150
worth
of
flavor
and
provides
a
$150
experience.
2
hours
later
everyone’s
food
arrives.
Everyone’s
food
was
incorrect.
I
didn’t
get
bone
marrow
and
during
the
waiting
period
the
waiter
did
not
come
by
and
apologize
for
not
having
it
nor
did
he
make
an
effort
to
recommend
something
else.
My
wife
got
dry
a**
tacos
and
we
had
to
ask
for
a
side
of
chipotle
mayo
that
should
have
gone
on
the
taco
to
begin
with.
I
found
out
15
minutes
after
getting
my
food
because
I
asked,
“how
much
longer
on
the
bone
marrow?”
He
replied
with,
“we
ran
out”
but
his
tone
implied
that
I
should’ve
known
they
were
out.
I
waited
2
hours
in
a
not
so
busy
place
and
waiter
was
rude
about
the
bone
marrow.
Whatever
maybe
I’m
being
over
critical.
We
finish
our
meal.
It
was
ok.
I
could
have
brined
my
own
porter
house
for
6
hours
and
cooked
a
better
steak.
But
again,
let’s
give
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt.
Now
this
is
where
I
lost
it.
My
total
was
$97.17
I
handed
him
$80
in
cash
and
assumed
he
would
charge
me
$17.17
on
my
Amex.
Simple
right?
No.
At
least
for
them
He
brings
me
a
receipt
charged
to
my
Amex
for
$100.09..
versus
$17.17..
I’m
already
been
building
up
from
the
lack
of
performance.
So
I
ask
the
waiter
why
he
charged
my
Amex
$100.09
and
kept
the
$80
in
cash
as
a
tip?
He
said
he
refunded
it
and
used
the
$80
to
cover
the
cost.
Remember
my
tab
was
$97.17..
I
owe
them
$17.17..
anyways
He
disappeared
for
20
minutes.
I
asked
another
waiter
to
get
my
waiters
a**
back
to
my
table
and
give
me
my
money
back.
He
arrives
shorty
after.
I
ask
for
my
$80
back
he
tries
to
explain
and
I
don’t
let
him
and
he
hands
it
back.
On
my
way
out
the
manager..
instead
of
coming
to
my
table
to
explain
things.
He
just
stood
by
his
computer
the
whole
time.
No
accountability.
No
ownership
taken
as
the
head
of
the
business.
Nothing.
Again.
Maybe
I’m
being
too
critical.
Manager
says
that
he
charged
me
(waiter)
$100.09
for
my
meal
and
gratuity.
Then
cancelled
it.
Took
the
$80
to
pay
for
my
meal.
On
the
surface
I
saw
$100.09
on
my
Amex
app
and
$80
in
cash
for
$180.09
total.
Manager
couldn’t
provide
me
with
proof
of
refund
and
his
story
wasn’t
adding
up.
I
looked
at
the
manager..
I
asked
him
If
I
was
charged
$100.09
on
my
card.
Then
gave
$80
in
cash
we’re
at
$180.09
correct?
He
said
yes
then
proceeded
to
say
he
refunded
my
card
$100.09…
So
then
I
ask
the
follow
up
question
If
you
refunded
me
that
means
I
owe
you
$97.17
correct?
He
said
yes.
So
then,
why
would
you
only
take
$80
and
let
me
walk
out
of
here
without
paying
$17.17?
He
froze.
This
was
one
of
those
mic
drop
moments.
So
I
told
him,
sign
this
receipt
that
it’s
refunded.
Take
my
$80,
and
charge
my
card
$17.17..
This
was
the
first
time
he
acted
like
the
manager
when
he
said,
“I’ll
cover
the
$17.17
for
the
inconvenience”
40
minute
dispute,
2
hours
waiting
to
be
seated
and
served..
all
the
things
I
mentioned
above..
This
place
has
potential
but
needs
real
managers
that
create
a
culture
to
provide
an
experience
that
meets
customers
minimum
expectations
when
paying
for
overpriced
food.
This
place
sucks,
as
of
right
now.
I
did
receive
my
$100.09
refund
4
days
later.
But
I
will
never
go
there
again.
Hope
this
helps.
