So my husband & I have have been too many melting pots from NC to CA, this is the first one I felt compelled to leave a review. First let me say we had a VERY nice waiter. First complaint, I had to search my salad plate for dressing, they really should put it on the side. Second, when he brought our cheese, it began to harden & was not very warm, realized the burner was not even turned on! They served cherry tomatoes with the cheese! WTH? Never had that. We were given mostly bread & little veggies. Next when we got our entree, I had to ask for Green Goddess dip……say what?? That’s a staple of Melting Pot! Next, I had to ask for cocktail sauce for my shrimp…..get this….they didn’t have any!!!! What the actual hell?? So we decided to take our chocolate to go. Take a look at the picture for what they sent us home with…..unbelievable! My husband & I could probably dip 4 items & be done! Good grief! This Melting Pot should really get it more together.

We had a really nice experience here. Last minute we made a reservation online for 5:45 on a Saturday evening and it was perfect. We had our two year old with us. Our food was good her food (cooked in the back) was dry and seemed like it was sitting under a lamp for too long. We had the four course and everything was really good. Our server was very nice and helpful. The manager stopped by to talk to us. We have been eating really good and this was our cheat meal and it was definitely worth it. I would definitely come back but I would probably order only steak and chicken and not any salmon or lobster. I would definitely cook my daughters food at the table.

For our first time, we rate this restaurant a 5 star . I can’t find the exact words on how our experience and food was . Best experience we’ve had in a while. Alex was our server and he was amazing!!. They were very busy but he still managed to take his time to explain to us the menu in detail without feeling pressured. If he was busy, other employees would take us in consideration and ask if we needed anything! The food was a 5 star too. Thank you Melting Pot and staff for such a wonderful experience.

The Melting Pot gives a unique experience that should be tried at least once in a lifetime. We had great service and chose to order The Big Night Out Dinner For Two. The appetizer of bread and veggies was ok and an intro for what the night was going to bring. Then the entree, great flavors and kind of fun. But this really is where the novelty wore off. You get 3 sticks each and raw meat to place in a boiling pot to cook. Each type of meat goes in for a different amount of time, and is really easy to get the hang of. BUT 1-3 minutes of cook time per item leaves a lot of time you aren't eating. This would be a great date night idea where you want to talk and just spend time with someone. Not really the best idea if you are hungry. The chocolate fondue is pretty good. This is a fun night, but the take away is simply this: pay $100 plus dollars per a couple to cook your own food, and the time it takes. Like I said is a fun novelty (forme), not a something I'd be willing to do more than once every few years.

My husband and I have never been to The Melting Pot but after our experience we will definitely be back. It was the best place to celebrate our anniversary. Our waitress Iliani explained how everything works, made some great suggestions when we asked and was very attentive to anything we needed. The food was so good and we were treated to an extra dessert to help celebrate our 23 years. Thank you for the great experience.

When we first arrived we were quickly greeted by the manager. Arturo was very welcoming and explained the menu in detail. It was our first time here and we loved it. Outstanding service from Kaylin our server, all the recommendations from both herself and the manager were on point. Definitely returning soon.

Great Customer service & food, well because I cooked my own food. Literally not what I expected, 3 little pieces of each meat raw for me to cook & with a charge of $100 at the end. Certainly won't be returning

What an amazing spring break lunch!!! We couldn’t go out of town so we wanted to do something special!! Kaylin was a GREAT guide through our first melting pot experience 🥰🥰 I will say VERY expensive BUT worth it and I feel the value at lunch compared to the dinner menu was exceptional!!

First time here or to any Melting Pot. My wife and I are in town for a reunion. We ordered the full fondue experience for two. The waiter was prompt and friendly. He helped explain everything. The food and experience was great. We had a good time. It was way top much food for us. They also didn't have any atificial sweetners for iced tea (but minor overall). I am sure we will be back, it will just be the one closer to home as we don't live in El Paso.

Joe was an amazing waiter and had shown us the best experience possible. He showed us such kindness and would help us with any questions we had. Probably THE best waiter we’ve had in our dining experiences. And if you see this Joe, thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts for an amazing last date night.

First time trying this. It was Octoberfest special so you an get a 3 or 4 course meal. They are half portions but that was more then enough for me. Parking was easy and no reservations needed but you can make them if you want. Nice restaurant but I have never done a fondue experience. Glad I tried it but not really for me. The selections are great for main courses. The cooking was in a broth and not a grill but there are some things you can get a grill for. They have happy hour specials so there is a lot to choose from.

I stayed hungry after dinner. The food portions are very little. You can barely grab them with the fork. They forgot our lobster. Our anniversary cake was old and hard. We spent 180 dollars.

Serving was waaaayyyyyyy too slow. Restaurant wasnt full when we went there today. I mean, it shouldn't take 45 minutes for our uncooked steak to come out from their kitchen. We only had appetizers and main entrees, but it took us 2 hrs in there. We had to cancel our chocolate fondue coz we know its gonna take them another 30-40 mins. Giving some stars for their awesome cheese.

Came here with my husband and daughter tonight not sure what to expect since it was our first time and it was such a good experience! I definitely attribute that to our waiter Joe. He was awesome-attentive and accommodating. I hope he gets praised for the hard work he does. He truly takes care of his customers and makes them feel important. Will definitely go back!

First time in El Paso and had to try this place. Was attended by Mr. Jacob. He was great in every aspect. Walked us through the menu and gave us many pointers for what to get. The food was great and his attention to detail was amazing. Will definitely come back when in town.

Our first time at Melting Pot and it was awesome!! Our server, Estefan, was great. She walked us through the menu and then each course of our 4 course meal! Very sweet and knowledgeable about products. We definitely look forward to coming again and trying a different cooking style.

Overall It's a lovely Experience; only if you have the time. I don't recomend this place for young kids like toddlers they'll get fussy for the wait of the courses. It was a graduation dinner and there was a long wait to be served in each course. The food was taking time to come out. Then the table's electric stove at the patio malfunction. The whole group had to be moved inside. The selection of drinks on my opinion is not many mostly based of margaritas ; but Drinks are good. It was not a great idea to have the "party" dinner at this place. Its best for 4 people. The waiters were apologizing and trying to mend the situation also the manager. It was an Experience

This place is super delicious! The servers are all super friendly and accommodating. They check in often and it was pretty busy when we stopped by. I would definitely recommend trying the melting pot at least once. It is the perfect spot for a date night.

If you haven't been here before, you should know that this is not a place to grab dinner. This is an experience that will take longer than your average dining out dinner. Our experience was amazing, and our server really helped to make that happen. He was incredibly friendly and super helpful, taking us through the meal and making sure we had everything we needed. We did the Bigger Night Out with an added charcuterie board and rosemary fries. We started with the Alpine cheese fondue and a Caesar salad. Then we moved to the Ciq au Vin broth for our entrée, which included mushrooms, potatoes, chicken, shrimp, teriyaki beef, salmon, filet mignon, and lobster. The wine, garlic, and onions of this broth really shine. We finished off with the dark chocolate and marshmallow fondue, minus the cookie crumbles. The fresh strawberries and bananas were the favorite here. Our drinks were the blackberry sage lemonade and the strawberry basil lemonade, both of which were superb.

First time at The Melting Pot. It was so cool of an experience! The food was fun and delicious. From the nice host that took my reservation to my server Isaac. He mentioned he was new at serving and I couldn’t even tell. Super knowledgeable and was trained well. I’ll definitely be back.

A great spot for date night 🥰 Make sure to make reservations. Atmosphere is great and feels like you are not in El Paso. We had the 4 course options, which included a cheese fondue, salads, main entrees and a chocolate fondue. We loved it! It is pricey but worth the experience.

I recently dined at Melting Pot, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The waiter, Isaac, in particular, deserves high praise for their attentive and impeccable service. From the moment we were seated, he demonstrated a genuine interest in ensuring our dining experience was the best it could be. He made sure our glasses were never empty and asked several questions that showed genuine interest in us. The level of professionalism and friendliness added significantly to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend Melting Pot for not only its delectable cuisine but also for the outstanding service provided by their attentive staff.

Allison was an amazing server. The best server we have ever had here. She even made a little number ten for our ten-year anniversary. That is truly amazing customer service and very attentive. That is why we come here for special occasions. Never disappoints.

Pretty expensive, not into the set menu, it was good and not. Let me explain, ok the cheese course was good, the meat not so much, the seafood was ok, the chocolate was good. The meat is all poached in some hot oil and seasonings not a fan.

I want to start by saying my family and I had an awesome experience trying this restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday and this place was the right choice. Something different to try out here in El Paso. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! We did have a small issue tonight that I realized only after I had already left. Thankfully the owner Arturo was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue almost immediately. Mr. Arturo and his staff are very respectful. Great place for a date night or family dinner. I’ll definitely be going back soon. Thank you.

For many reasons our community has been hit hard by this Virus. Many restaurants locally owned may not be opening unfortunately. After receiving a few emails we finally had an opportunity to make a reservation during the 25% capacity order. The Melting Pot El Paso clearly took their cleanliness seriously. Our Waiter Juan was nothing but attentive, kind and caring. He went above and beyond ensuring our comfort. The food was delicious as usual and service was top notch! My husband and I are thankful the Melting Pot did not fall victim to the virus and will continue to be a great dinning and entertaining spot!

Above and beyong the call of duty is how i can describe the visit. From the time you call to reserve, to when you step in to the restaurant, to your sitting, to how the managers (Chris and Jeremy) helped me surprise my wife. The Service is the best in el paso you will feel like royalty. If this is a special occasion you need to consider this place and even if its just a celebration you won't regret it. Food is delicious and the experience of the fondue is super fun. Be prepared to spend quite some time, you won't notice that the hours pass by we spend time talking and laughing and when we checked the time they where closing down. Katie our waiter was super attentive and provided excellent service. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a dinner in a restaurant ever.

This was a unique experience. I was very hesitant to try it and little confused by the menu. I finally gave it a try. I decided to try the regular brunch menu and my partner dipped into the fondue. The food was good. I had the chicken and waffles, the waffle itself was too sweat for me but together they were fine. Cheese fondue was interesting, my partner enjoyed this. Portions were a bit small IMO. Drinks were good. Prices are fair considering the the type of restaurant and the location. Interesting menu selection. Very friendly and attentive staff. Spacious and cozy interior. Location is good nestled inside the Fountains of Farrah. Plenty of parking. I'll need to try the dinner and dessert menu next round.

My wife and I had a really enjoyable experience at The Melting Pot this past weekend. The food, service, and environment were perfect. The chocolate covered strawberries were awesome, and we both really enjoyed the evening. I purchased the "Romance Package" for my wife's birthday and was slightly disappointed with the cheap tea cup candles that they had on the table (they burned out before our main course had arrived). But that was only a small, unfortunate part of our extremely enjoyable evening.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The food was good but the service and experience was terrible. The service was subpar, nothing like the first time we had attended. We made reservations for a birthday dinner, when we were greeted at the door we reminded them it was a birthday dinner and they confirmed they saw that on the reservation. Once seated we ordered drinks and while we completely understand accidents happen, the server spilled an entire drink on the shoulder of one of our party members. The waiter was apologetic however when the manager came he made the comment that they usually do not allow baby slings/car seat carriers. We order the four-course meal for 2. The food was good per usual, but the biggest turn off was service. Once it was time for the dessert course, we were told our table would be cleaned. When the dessert arrived it was still messy from our previous course and mid presentation our table was being cleaned by another server. At our previous visit, they had adorned a plate with chocolate writing "Happy Birthday" and this time nothing was done. It had been a winning choice for choosing this restaurant for a different visit, but we were sadly disappointed. The service and experience this last time felt mediocre at best. If I had started the night with spilling an entire drink ON a customer I would've made sure to make the best to make up for it during the visit.

Great place for dates the cheese (Fondue) is awesome and I'm not a cheese guy. You cook to your liking the main course. The tables have electric burners on the middle so it makes it very convenient and a good experience. Don't worry about temperature in the restaurant its nice and cold and their ventilation must be top notch because you don't smell other peoples food. Service is awesome and fun. $$$ ☆☆☆☆1/2.

I came here while walking through the Fountains and found it to be a place where I can eat good food. Turns out it was better than that. The service was spectacular. Andrea is a very good server to me and explained everything very good to me to the last detail. I was glad that to have had the food and it was marvelous. It was a great opportunity to tell the GM how the service was. I was also here on a eat and review to tell my friends in El Paso what to expect and of they should eat here or not. I am definitely recommending this to my family and friends for any group dine ins. They will surely get a kick out of it. Lastly, I want to personally thank the bar manager for giving me information about her gummy bear Martini. It was marvelous and I will definitely try and make some whenever I have a party. Thank you Melting Pot for everything.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience! Our server Andrea was wonderful, knowledgeable, andfun!!! My birthday was Monday and they celebrated my day while we were here on Friday with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and cake! The staff were fun and friendly. The restaurant was clean, well lit and open. The menu had a lot of tasty varieties. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks again Andrea for a fun and memorable time ?

The owner Arturo went above and beyond, diligently checking ingredients due to my food allergy. At other restaurants I oftentimes can receive a sigh or eyeroll when I inform the staff of my food allergy, but here they took care of me to the highest level. Not just for my food allergy, but our entire dining experience was exactly that, an experience and a fantastic one at that. Our waitress Cassie was actually new and she was superb and so very sweet, fun and attentive. Arturo created a vegan cheese and beer fondue that was phenomenal! I don't usually like a lot of the vegan cheeses and I do not have a taste for beer, but this fondue was spectacular. Even my boyfriend (who doesn't like anything vegan) said it was better then the award winning Wisconsin cheddar fondue he ordered. The California salad was divine, one of the best salads I've ever had. Never have I received such personalized service and that was very much appreciated. The food was filling and scrumptious and the service was out of the world. Worth every minute and penny. All so very impressive.

I absolutely LOVE the Melting Pot — but not this location. I’ve been to three other locations in Texas and Oklahoma, all of which have a very romantic, special-occasion atmosphere. The Melting Pot in El Paso is brighter, louder, more open, and more family friendly — however, expect to pay the same as you would at their other locations! In my opinion, part of what you pay for is the ambiance — so I’m not thrilled at paying the same higher prices when I am not getting the same experience.

I went there Friday and the place was empty, they took for ever to bring the raw food, very little food and very expensive. My sister dress started to get smell do to the food being cook in the table by her boyfriend.
