    - Great location for sightseeing, specially during dusk, sunrise, sunset, and moonrise/moonset. - Usually is windy; and very dark during night conditions. If you are planning to use a tripod, practice a way on how you will stabilize it. - One accessible/marked parking slot; however, the park is inaccessible to individuals with certain mobility related disabilities, pregnant women, senior citizens. The only access entrance is through a concrete stair; there is not ramp.

It was a nice little drive up the mountain/hill to reach the lookout that oversees most of El Paso and also parts of Mexico, had a romantic morning watching the sun rise with my wife

Beautiful views of the El Paso sunrise & sunset from this park. You can also see Mexico in the distance across from the bridge. It is super windy so prepare for that. Nice park on the scenic drive!!

This is an easy, beautiful drive. The park is directly off the road and you will have easy access. There are a set of stairs you will go down to get to the overview. The view is amazing. There aren’t any restrooms!

Wow Nice View at Night, very quiet and relaxing you can meditate your mind just by viewing El Paso alongside of Juarez Mexico, I really enjoyed the view elevation level is about 4200 feet.

Good views but somewhat difficult parking situation. And sometimes the people do seem a little shady but it’s alright. Good place to bring first time visitors.

The drive to get to the overlook was beautiful! Got to the overlook and lots of trash and locks everywhere on the side of the mountain. View was pretty besides the cleanup needed.

Nice place to take in some great views of the city. My wife and I are in town for the week and decided to try something different. It did not disappoint. I do wish people would respect the area and pick up after themselves. No excuse for throwing your cups and beer cans on the ground. Other than that, the place is a great place to sit, relax and take in some great views.

This is one of my favorite places in El Paso. The view is fantastic just few mins from downtown area. I suggest to go in night to see El Paso lights up in night and in day time for sunset. (Unfortunately I missed the sunset) but definitely recommend for sunset. Parking is easy people will come and go so so you can park and spend some good time.

This park and the connected Scenic Drive were created in 1920 as cars were becoming more common to give the people of El Paso a view of the city and Juarez just beyond the Rio Grande. Lots of signs point out the landmarks and history of the area. This is a must stop. A gorgeous sunset made the stop even more special.

Atop scenic drive sits Murchison Roger's Park, which provides a fantastic view of both El Paso and Juarez. I recommend going early morning or late evening for sunrise and sunset views.
