Clean, efficient, modern hotel. Front desk is efficient but unfortunately lacks any personality. You are the client and they are doing their job and nothing more to make you feel appreciated or desire to return. I skipped breakfast but was told by other guests that it is excellent. Room was spotless and housekeeping excellent. All facilities excellent. Would give 5 stars if front desk personnel just tried to seem like they cared you chose their hotel; a smile, a pleasant greeting, anything…once you’ve checked in, you’re ignored.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Los Llanos near Aridane. Don't be put off by the 2 stars, it delivers more than that. The rooms are simple but clean, just what you need to relax after some days spent hiking in the nearby Caldera de Taburiente. The highlights of the hotel are it's sun terrace and the amazing breakfast. The reception is also very friendly and efficient. We'd definitely come back here if staying in the area again!
