WORST ER !!! PLEASE if you have a real emergency don’t go here!! Took my 10 month old grandson who has Hydrocephalus he was having what we believed to be a seizure. He had never had one so we were unsure what was going on. These idiots were more worried about getting paid than an infants life! No one would even look at him till my daughter filled out their paperwork. I asked if they could fill out the paperwork while he was getting seen and the receptionist with a smug look on her face said yes but made no attempt to let them in the back! This place is a joke!!! Took him to the Childrens hospital and they took him IMMEDIATELY!!! I will never give this place another red cent. I live literally down the st and I would rather drive the 25 mins to get better care! This place is trash and the employees have no sense of urgency 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Rude nurses at ER Northeast. They stand outside the rooms in a pack and gossip loudly and joke around. They're immature; they sound like high school students in the cafeteria. 1) When my mother was there as a Falls Risk patient, they assisted her to the restroom & left her there unattended & she fell. 2) They transferred her to the hospital without her list of medications. The carelessness of the staff is mind+boggling. Update: I received a form response on here. They aren't interested in discussing this or improving anything.

The level of rudeness and lack of customer service at this hospital is TOP NOTCH! Seriously, the only thing it’s missing to reach the level of a Dick’s restaurant environment it’s minimal. I don’t know if all the departments are shooting for that highly coveted rudeness award but I’m pretty sure the ER department staff are close to getting it!!! Seriously, when people are in pain, and there are worried family members asking about their health status, that’s the last thing they need to put up with. Y’all signed up for this job, sorry if you can’t hack it. “

Hands down one the worst hospitals. Each time I’ve come to this hospital I had to go to a different hospital right after to get treated for the same thing. Half the nurses are really nice half of them are hand down the rudest people I ever met.

Took my son to the emergency clinic to get checked out, doctor wouldnt even bother to see him they dismissed us and told us it was only a comon cold. Two days later we are now sitting at the hospital my son is now covered in wires and getting ready to be intubated due to a severe case of pnemonia. These people dont care and now my sons life is in trouble..

Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this place at all costs, you'll thank me later. You will wait for nothing only to be sent home without them doing anything. Go anywhere else. Sitting for 3 hours in the room and not one person has gone in to check anything. The 3 hours doesn't include the waiting room wait. Seriously thinking of just walking out and going elsewhere. Ridiculous. Update: blood from patient dripping on the lobby floor. A man tells the ladies in the front about the blood, and i quote, "yeeeah we know". Nobody has been called to clean it and they're just sitting there chatting.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!! This is NOT LIKE ANY OTHER PROVIDENCE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL in El Paso. This is a terrible place!!! Dont allow yourself to be decieved by the building and the appearance of the place. It's a new building run by the most horrible, incompetent and condescending medical personnel. Dont make the mistake i made. You are precious, you are very valuable, and our health is a gift from God. I came here with a concussion and all they gave me was a shot of Tylenol that didn't do anything for me, and sent me home. I try to tell the nurse that my blood pressure was way too high from my usual readings but she simply ignored me and sent me home. The headaches only got worse and three days later y had to go back to the ER. Only this time I went to the SIERRA PROVIDENCE HEART AND BRAIN CENTER on medical center CT. The difference in customer and medical care was PARAMOUNT!! SIERRA PROVIDENCE AT SIERRA MEDICAL CENTER treated me with such humanity, dignity and professionalism that I am making SIERRA PROVIDENCE my preferred hospital from now on. I am NEVER to return to Providence on McCombs and I suggest you do the same. For the sake of your health, and the dignity you deserve.

Took my mom to the ER and no one cares, nurse Eva is not courteous. She was bothered with everything she did for my mother. She kept making faces . Asked for new nurse and no one went for hours. Bad service.

It was a horrible idea to come to this hospital. We waited and waited with no communication from any of the healthcare professionals. Come to find out the whole system was down so results could not be seen. Meanwhile, my family member was in the room, in pain, waiting for the next step. They tried to admit us twice, so not only was there no communication, but no organization. We never saw a medical doctor, and the prognosis was never clear. The radiology department was substandard. After drinking the contrast drink, it took over an hour for the patient to be taken in for the CT scan. I do not recommend this stand alone ER and we will never return.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here in late December with a really terrible illness. During my first visit I was not given a room or anything. I was "treated" and tested in the second waiting room. I ended up being billed for a doctor to tell me to take ibuprofen. I could have googled that! Doctors are not experienced and do not care about the patients here. I had to return a few days later in worse condition because of the physician not listening to me the first time and dismissing my symptoms. They also "take my insurance" but gave me a physician who practicing out of network. I was told I had $500 copay which I did pay in full, but about a week later I start getting emails and text messages that I still owe money. When trying to resolve this, everyone is acting clueless and when I tried to set up a meeting with the manager, they were "out of town". How convenient. Nobody here seems to know what they are doing. Shady billing practices and also malpractice on patients if you ask me.

Ridiculous wait times for an emergency room. Waited 40 minutes to get called into a mediocre bed with thin foam. We could not get any attention for an hour afterwards. The hospital is not complete and lacks a lot of services. There is no ortho pediatrician on site. Had to get transfered via ambulance ($$$$$$$$$) to the downtown location which turned out to be in disgusting form. Was a total of 5 hours waiting to get a room, a doctor and any real help. 3 hours waiting for a miserable arm restrainer for the injury. NEVER COMING BACK (would rather die anywhere else when the time comes)

Just because it’s the closest hospital to chaparral or your area don’t waste your time by going here. I’ve been receiving service here for many reasons and this past Monday I was treated for a motor vehicle accident they give you absolutely nothing no examinations no medications, the big issue was the front desk intake person. I was suffering from a concussion asked if she could help me with paper work and she said my bf could help me by far the laziest person I have ever met rude she laughs and jokes instead of doing her job and being professional. Each time I go here the experience is worst please go to any other er / hospital but this one ! I had to go back to the hospital today and decided to go to the trans mountain location and 100 times different the girl didn’t even ask me to fill anything out at the end she filled out the intake, the nurse practitioner wasn’t the best at bed side manner but followed through with requesting the appropriate cT scan and provide the adequate medication. When I tell you I will never come back here I mean It the lowest of the lowest employees seem to work here!

Great and friendly staff! Front desk woman with big eyes, big lashes, and even bigger nails helped me as soon as I walked in and made sure my son got the help we needed. Definitely my preferred place to come when I have emergencies.

I recently had a gastric bypass. I knew I was having some complications, but nobody wanted to listen. Not even the surgeon that performed it. However, I went today and I am so appreciative forever grateful with NP Daniel. He always goes above and beyond for his patients. People like him and Dr. Campbell are the ones that make a difference. Thank you both very much for doing an amazing job. Not to mention that all the nurses that I've had the pleasure of meeting have also been very nice and attentive. Especially, the one I had today. Thank you NE Team.

Wort place ever they will literally let you die!!! We waited 10 hours. We would go every other hour to ask for our status and always get told to wait they had no rooms available and on the last 10th hour we went they said that we weren’t even on the system that we were marked that we left hours ago and We had to sign up all over again!!!! How unprofessional and un careful of them they don’t care about their patients at all!! I should’ve read all the negative informative comments first!!!

I went in to take my son for a high fever on 12/6/19 Everyone was nice from the front desk to everyone we encountered to the doctor. The discharged us the same day and gave us a school note. We went to CVS and accidentally handed that school note with the medication papers and didn’t notice we did that until 12/8/19 we drive over to request a copy the front desk clerk named Aundrea seemed bothered by our request and rolled her eyes. She asked for our son information and said she wasn’t sure if she could give us the note then proceeded to tell us that the only person that could help would be a nurse. We asked if we could speak to a nurse and she said no with attitude. We then asked her for her name so we can reference back to who gave us this information. She then told us she wasn’t part of the medical staff so nobody could reach her. She was very rude and not wanting to help in any way such a disappointment to see such customer service and gives the establishment a bad look.

Worst “ER” ever. We go to this one because it’s close but never again!!! This last time was the last straw! My son , my 8 month old and myself went in telling them our symptoms. No test were done, they didn’t do ANYTHING for my kids. They gave me two Tylenol and that was it! The wait was ridiculous in the room just waiting to get discharged. The nurse and dr were just talking with no care. We left upset. We got worse and had to go to ANOTHER ER! Where they ACTUALLY TESTED us and confirmed we All Have the FLU! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE WITH THIS MEDIOCRE TEAM! Coming from a healthcare background I’m disgusted!!!!!!

Worst hospital ever. My daughter went in with excruciating pain in her right shoulder, side and back and the doctor pressed on her back, said she had a shoulder strain, gave her a shot of pain killers, and a rx for more pain killers. Next day the pain got worse. Took her to another ER where they did an xray, blood work, ekg, and finally a ct scan. She didn't have a shoulder strain, she had a PULMONARY EMBOLISM!!! She was admitted to the hospital and stayed for a few days. This is not the first bad experience we've had with this hospital. The ONLY reason she went there was because it was the closest ER. NEVER AGAIN. If you have a real emergency I suggest any other ER, except this one. I need a number where I can make a formal complaint. Not sure if it will even do any good but you all have to do better.

Please do not take your loved ones here. They will send them home to die. My mother was admitted to their inpatient section on December 16, 2021 she was neglected to the point that she developed infected sores on her legs and was retaining so much water that it was leaking out of her pores. They sat her in a chair and left her their all day with no one checking on her and we were only allowed to visit for 30 minutes a day. We started questioning the care she was receiving and On January 5, 2022, they called us to come and get her she was being discharged. They rushed us through the paperwork and would not answer questions. We took mom home and settled her in. Tried to get her to eat but for some reason she was unable to. Two hours after bringing her home we were rushing her up the Beaumont Army Medical to the ER. My mother was in septic shock from the infections in her rotting legs. She passed away 20 minutes after being taken to the ER. This Campus discharged her knowing she was dying because of their negligence. Do not take your loved ones here.

Worst hospital ever , I wouldn’t recommend to any patient . They don’t even help you with what you need , doctor asked me what was going on , I let him know and did he bother to check me ? NO . Just gave me some Tylenol and my discharge papers which stated nausea and vomiting ( which is what I told him when I got there ) . Couldn’t let me know what was going on with me or anything . Dr name was Guy something . This hospital needs new staff and doctors

My brother went earlier in the day for flu like symptoms and all they did was prescribe him Codine? Returned later at night because he began to vomit and looked and felt worse. Doctor said there was nothing they could do for him since he didn’t drink the codine. But never asked why he didn’t. Just flat out refused. You’re a medical professional, you’re there to help people. Not refuse service. Worst part is that I am a student intern at another providence. Can honestly say Im most definitely looking into Las Palmas or Del Sol after this

After being refused service at Sun City ER on Joe Battle due to no insurance and my inability to pay $900.00 upfront fee in order to be seen, I went to this ER to get treated. They didn't treat me like I'm a dollar bill like Sun City did...everyone from front desk to the physicians and nurses in the back..all were fantastic and helpful. They didn't make me feel like I should be ashamed for not having insurance. Not once did they hold off on me being treated just so I pay first. Or rather blackmail me to first pay then get treated like Sun City ER did. I highly recommend this ER for your health treatments, especially if you don't have insurance..make payment arrangements with them. They will work with you in a very kind and friendly manner.

Went in with abdominal pain, was barely conscious. Dr ran tests and told me it was an ovarian cyst and sent me home. Went back 3 times over the course of a month bc I was getting worse and couldn't function. Kept telling me it was just a cyst and sent me home. Went to see a Dr in Juarez instead, turns out I was septic from a kidney infection. Would love to know how the ER missed a kidney and bladder infection 3 times when that should be the first thing tested for when a woman presents with abdominal pain. If I had listened to the doctors here, I would be dead

Absolutely would not recommend this ER to ANYONE. Was having bad abdominal pain and chest pain, they said I was okay because I'm 18 years old and shouldn't have health problems. Doctors don't care about you, their just there for the money. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Front desk girl Priscilla very rude, no compassion, antagonistic. Nurses were fine but the doctor didn’t think I was important enough to come in and discuss my results with me. The only good thing about my visit there was how quick I was seen. Other than that, terrible experience, no bedside manners. People go there because of trauma, illness, and otherwise but I hope none of those workers get treated like I was treated. Especially Priscilla.

Went in for pain in my lower left side, turns out I had kidney stones. I showed up, explained what I felt, they did a scan, drew blood for lab work, spoke to the doctor, they gave me a shot for the pain and then prescribed meds and gave instructions that I needed..... for everything all in all took less than 2 hours from walk in to walk out. I can't complain about anything, the staff was kind and prompt, would definitely go back if needed.

The staff has always been amazing at this location. Doctor's and nurses. There is one front desk receptionist though that is rude and almost cold. Client service is not her deal, but it's her job. Unfortunate, because like I said everyone else has been gracious.

The only hospital I’ve ever been to that tries to discharge you before they tell you any results or take your IV out. Dr. Bennallack couldn’t even be bothered to tell me what my lab results were. Guess I’ll just read my discharge papers when I get to the car. This hospital is horrible.

If you don’t want to be treated badly and neglected like they did to my kids after a horrible accident DONT COME HERE !! I understand their policy but not letting the PARENT in is so ridiculous my daughter was bleeding from her head meanwhile the RN JESSICA AND ALVA were arguing about not letting me in with my own kids! They continued to be rude and ALVA even rolled her eyes at me like she hates her job. EVERYBODY HERE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE !

This place is AMAZING!!! I’ve had two visits to this place and both times we were treated with respect, with a sense of urgency and with compassion. We haven’t had any issues with billing, Tricare covers it all. The second time we visited it was for a broken bone. Doctor didn’t believe it was broken since it didn’t look bad but he listened to our concerns and trusted our input as parents. He ordered an X-ray, which showed that the bone was very mildly “broken”. I’m still grateful that he listened to us and didn’t just brush off our concerns as I have heard in other medical horror stories. I will keep trusting this place and definitely recommend it to anyone with little kids.

  • 1/5 Me 1 year ago on Google
The doctors here need to regain their passion and compassion for patients. Not only was a wrong initial diagnosis given to us, but also no treatment was provided. We were told "come back if you feel worse"... that is why we were there to begin with. With a high fever, my child was not given IV, nor given basic fever control protocols. Was released still having a fever and without trying to find the cause. So much has been lost in the medical community...their will to want to help patients and keep looking until they find answers, and not just send children home to continue suffering. They won't be meticulous or thorough with your care, but they will put all efforts into making sure the bill is paid.

Dr Dodson, nurses, lab tech and customer service in-take nurse were/are top notched. Dr Dodson answered questions, provided informative screening explanations, detailed post and long term care options, procedure information and post care facilities information. I was very nervous after reading the negative reviews; however, our experience was the complete opposite of many of the reviews. We were seen with 10 minutes of arrival, my son was continously monitored by doctors and nurses with continuous updates of his prognosis. Often emergency rooms are given bad names this one was the complete opposite on this visit.

I‘m so glad that I chose this hospital for my lower back pain. Dr. Bennallack took care of me. She immediately got me pain medication that REALLY worked and handed me a prescription for pain meds to be able to make it to my appointment at pain management. Dr. Bennallack listened very closely to everything that I said and even asked at the end if I had any more questions. She also gave me advice on further steps I could take. I felt more than comfortable with her. The entire staff is professional. This was an emergency visit to the ER and I expected to wait at least 2 hours to be seen but I got called only 15 minutes after I registered. I wish Dr. Bennallack could be our family practitioner.

Very bad service never again

Went in July and was admitted promptly. Nurses were very attentive, and very prompt I even saw a Doctor pretty quickly...not just a PA. They were very thorough, and presented a very caring atmosphere. While they suggested I stay overnight, they didn't pressure me like crazy when I declined. Gave very thorough instructions on follow up care, and they checked in with me a few days later to see how things were going. Overall I was in and out in just a couple of hours including the time for a couple of tests. I definitely will recommend them, and hopefully will never have to use them again, but won't hesitate if the need arises.

My wife had a severe injury. We went there to make sure there were no serious injuries. We went there and we didn't disclose that she took pain medicine for a chronic condition. Even though she refused pain medication, they treated her like she was med-seeking. Also, we asked for a bed pan so she could urinate. Thirty minutes after she urinated, the RN was upset that we discarded the urine because the nurse practitioner wanted to drug test her. Afterwards, the nurse practitioner went to interrogate my wife on why she didn't want to give any urine. He waited for me to leave the room in order to do this. It was very difficult on her because she has Asperger's Syndrome and was extremely overwhelmed. After we got the CT results and found out she had soft tissue damage that simply required time to heal, we decided that we wanted to leave. But, since they thought she was some kind of addict, they didn't provide a wheelchair to assist her to our vehicle until I demanded it. And then when I asked for a note for myself to be excused from work in order to care my toddler son (whom she couldn't do anything with) as well as care for my wife, I was looked at as if I was just trying to weasel out of my job. This place is judgemental and uncompassionate as well as unprofessional in its way that they attempted to interrogate and manipulate my wife when I was away. I am a nurse and I am disgusted with this place and hope that no one ever has to experience what my wife experienced that evening.

Went to go get a quick ultrasound for my expecting wife (at 8 weeks) we waited 2 1/2 hours for them to tell us they wouldn't bring in a tech for a 5 minute ultrasound to stop her anxiety. Will never come again.

So, I had to come here last night and was slightly worried because of the rating here, but I had a wonderful experience (considering I was sick, and in the ER). The lady at the front desk was very nice, the male nurse I got was really nice, unfortunately I didn't get either of their names, and the doctor I saw, Dr. Bennallack, was very sweet & understanding. I got in right away & out fairly quick. All in all, I would encourage you to give this place a chance, despite the sad rating!

Took husband in to ER with severe abdominal pain he could barely stand. Wasn't offered a mask he did not have one on when we arrived due to the circumstances. Once in room we waited on Dr which was understandable. Radiology girl Rebecca G came in to put IV. She gave us mask. Then blew two veins in left arm. Mean while husband vomiting and still in severe pain. Dr came in I V was still not put in yet. Rebecca finally found vein in right arm. She then started to draw blood then forgot to place the cap on one of the tubes properly. When she went to tilt the vials blood went every where all over the floor. They just couldn't keep it together. The male RN was super nice and efficient. That's why I have rated this one star. We went in at 547 am they only 2 patients ahead of us. RN again was very efficient on getting meds and were very thankful for that.

Staff was very friendly, up until we let know one of the ladies bringing in the documents to sign that my husband had no insurance. She was very rude and condescending. Very much unappreciated. Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and Nurse were all great.

Ms. Lorena Ortiz (the woman who did my IV) was RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She YANKED OUT the IV when she was removing it and had an attitude when I had questions for her. I have been calling the office to file a complaint and they don’t answer. Terrible experience, I’m a furious!

The staff is really friendly and explain in detail what they are going to do. Very approachable with any questions. Treatment and discharge was very fast. My RN Christian was awesome. Would definitely return if i need medical attention.

Took my son in today, he fractured his pinky. The guy working the front was rude, his customer service was among the worse I ever seen. He inputted my sons DOB wrong he said my 5 look like an 8 and instead of confirming he just went with it. So I was unable to get his prescription filled and when I went back the nurse was like “this just Motrin you can buy this over the counter”. I told them I didn’t care about I was more worried his insurance wouldn’t pick up the bill because it was the wrong birthdate. The nurse who came in to see my son was friendly and the X-ray guy was nice, no complaints there. Moving on to the room...there was some sort of spit up on the sheets, a blown up hand glove on the floor, and an old IV that was cut and left in the sink from the previous patient I’m guessing. My mom went back to pick up the records for the orthopedic surgeon (they don’t want to expose him to more radiation). Same guy working the front was rude to my mom pretty much didn’t want to help her. He then told her she would be there for hours waiting on the disk with the X-rays on it. Luckily the nurse came out to talk to her and had it ready in 20 minutes. Overall this emergency room was disgusting and had terrible customer service up front. We won’t be returning as this was our second visit there and I wanted to give it another shot. They got 1 start because I can’t do zero...if I could post pictures of the room I would. I did post them on their Facebook page.

Mr. Daniel the nurse practitioner in the ER was extremely helpful and friendly and made the process easy for my daughter and I. Not to mention how tall dark and handsome he was. Nora who i believe was the nurse was extremely friendly and tended to my baby as best as she could and was extremely gentle. The front desk team also made sure we were swiftly in and out without any troubles. Especially the big eyed big headed one tiny little girl. Hopefully, i don’t come to the ER for a while but i do I’ll be back here. And friendly cop too

Dropped my wife off at about 8pm its now 1am. My wife thought she was having complications from kidney stones. Her doctor sounded like a 90s surfer dude with very little explanation other then a possible muscle spasm in the same region as her kidney is located. Now they are focused on her blood pressure not realizing that them constantly taking blood pressure ocer and over can actually cause it to sky rocket. My wife is African American and they are known for higher than normal blood pressure. Even after refusing to be admitted to the hospital they refuse to remove my wife's IV. Its now 1:12am and yet another round of their so called blood pressure medicine that has no effect at all. Also dont they know that you're not supposed to have the patient talk while taking blood pressure?

Felt I was dieing then the nurses didn't even care and laughed and gossiped potentially after undressing me and acted very immature and made me uncomfortable. They forgot about me in the er. The Dr was dismissive of my concern.. Turns out weeks later they found a heart condition and they just told me everything was great after blood and urine and x ray analysis.

ER doctor told us ER visit for stitches included the removal of stitches as well and to come back to have them removed in about 10 days. Well come to find out we were charged again for an ER visit to have stitches removed and we were told they knew nothing of it and we needed to pay again.

Dr. Holen was so very nice. The nurse I wish I could remember his name but he was so kind and made me feel at ease considering the situation I was in. I was attended promptly. Staff was very nice. Thank you all so very much.

I've been here since 1pm. And no one has came to check in us to see if we need anything. Everyone's too busy chit chatting with one another then actually doing their job. Everytime I come here there's at least a 5 hour wait even if you're the only one here. Save you're time and money and just go to the Eastside location because the only good thing here is their wifi!

I would have been better off staying home and suffering rather than having to suffer here because I have to wait 5 hours to get home by ambulance service since I have no other way home except walk and they won't let me. I have no friends nor family to help me out. I would have been better off staying home and suffering until I got hold of my doctor even if it would continue taking longer. I've already suffered 2 weeks
