The receptionist at the front desk at the George Dieter location is rude and a snobb. Everytime I come in she does not even look at you and when she does she looks at you if you are stupid. I did not have my discount card so she says with her bad aditude we will charge you the full cost. First impression is your last impression. Other than that everyone else is awesome. Thank you

The staff is rude and the pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. There customer service is the worst. Everyone I know has bad things to say about how rude all of there staff is.

Idiot weekend receptionist. She chooses to assist patients in whichever order she chooses. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and she assist patients who arrive after me and whose appointment are 30minutes after my scheduled appointment

I arrived at 10:15 for my 10:30 appt so I would have any paperwork done by my scheduled time. It is 11:25 & I am Still sitting here! Another woman came in @11:00 & they called here right away! It's11:25 & they finally called me just now because I had to argue with the receptionist over that. It's 12:20 now waiting on an exam room...

I don’t like the service of any of the UMC clinics or pharmacies. Sadly the staff is always with their foot out the door about 20 minutes for lunch. That was my first bad experience as I was trying to submit a request for some medications my doctor ordered me. It was 12:10 when I showed up and they told me to go away. I can’t drive because of my conditions so going back home and coming back is not an easy task. I asked if I could drop off my prescription and the staff could start working it after lunch as I didn’t want to come back just to submit it. The lady at the entrance hit me with a fat NO and told me again to simply come back. I came back after their lunch break and no service was provided as my prescription was incorrect (something they could have told me before they left to lunch). This was so infuriating and it happens 70% of the time that you go to any of their locations. Good luck guys.

i was waiting more then an hour just to get to the room and then an hour for the doctor to come [Dr. Angela jhones] just for less then 6 min that she was here , not so friendly at all if i could give this place 0 stars or less ill definetely would !!

I go every year to get my annual check up, this will be the last. Rude staff that lack people skills. New Dr. Armendariz , worst experience I've ever had, she went in did what she had to do and walked out, didn't even let me ask questions , If you want to be treated w care and not just feel like another number I recommend not come here.

The staff was courteous however the dr. does not care about a patient's inability to pay for high dollar antibiotics. Don't go there if you're struggling to pay the bills as is.

My wife had an appointment for a vaccination, we waited for an hour for them to tell her that it was given to someone else. Absolutely disgusting considering we are paying not only for the medical service but it's also coming out of our property taxes.

First time here, everyone was courteous and service was prompt. Dr. Very professional and attend to all my questions and concerns. Did not feel rushed to explain symptoms. Great Service

The place is a joke. They talk about trying to help their customers and those with discount cards but yet ignore you and make you wait for no reason.

I showed up for my appointment that was previously confirmed by them 4 days ago and they told me it was cancelled, that they had tried calling me 4 hours earlier but I did not answer and they could not leave a voicemail. I showed them my call log and they can see I had no missed calls and the last call I received was when they confirmed my appointment. She tells me they can reschedule for the following week but I explain to her that I can only do it today and had taken PTO so I could make my already confirmed appointment, she asks me to take a seat and they would check if there is something they can do. A few minutes later they tell me they can only reschedule, I told her I can’t and leave. I usually don’t leave reviews specially negative one but in the case I thought that was very unprofessional to cancel on the same day. The front desk lady was not rude but she made a a comment kind of sarcastic. If it was the other way around they charge you for a no show. I guess I will have to find a new primary doctor.

The staff here really make you feel welcomed. I'm typically attended to very promptly. From the front desk to the back office, I have had very pleasant and encouraging visits. Dr. Krystal Juarez is amazing! I can't stop raving about her. She takes her time with me, elaborates on many things (i.e. lab results, recommendations, etc.), and is never in a hurry to answer my many questions. She's given me the impression that she is ultimately looking out for my best interest, and that's what I was looking for in a new Doctor. Empathy and integrity are most important to me, so if that's you also, try here. Her medical staff is also very pleasant and asked me more health questions than I've ever had asked at other locations or clinics. I must say, after switching to this clinic from the Westside location, I've been most impressed!! I highly recommend.

If i could i would give 0 stars. I didnt have an appointment. i had a fever , sore throat, and cough. Receptionist took my name and i waited for one hour and a half for a nurse to call me back and tell me they had no appointments. When i asked her why didnt they tell me before i waited for an hour , she told me receptionist is not a medically involved only a nurse could tell me ... makes no sense to me !

Dr. Esen lost the paperwork I gave in DECEMBER, it has taken me MONTHS of calling. Even after speaking to the supervisor Craig, they had the nerve to send me incomplete paperwork and fed me total bullshit about it. I am a Health care professional for 40 years. I have taken many (and have been a) patient to UMC. They have changed and for the better! NP Elizabeth Reyes is absolutely fantastic!!!! She so professional and listens to everything you have to say, treats you with the utmost respect and treats your issues. All the staff there and at UMC Medical center are fantastic too. Now, I don’t say any of this lightly because I used to cringe knowing I had to go to UMC. Not anymore! They have really really changed and for the better. Please visit them on George Dieter they will treat you like a VIP! I promise! They are outstanding.
