The cashier today was obviously having a terrible day. She was rude and showed her miserableness in her tone and face. She demanded me to bring her another similar item with a tag because the one I was purchasing didn’t have one (with her snobby attitude). If you don’t want to work, call in. Management really needs to know who they hire for customer service positions. People like this ruin the whole vibe of a business.

Love the clothes from here despite them being pretty pricey for regular clothes. However, I highly recommend the Jean's from here as they are very good quality and are a reasonable price. The place is always packed and the dressing rooms are very small.

I felt very discriminated in this against store! I saw the add for jeans and asked about my size. They told me that they don't carry it and I would have to order online. I never felt so ashamed and unwelcomed in a store like this before, especially in El Paso. Leave it to these kinds of stores to make you feel like a outcast in your own town. This store is a disgrace to El Paso!

I never had shopped at this store and I decided to shop for a few items for my upcoming trip and unfortunately an item didn’t fit. So I went in person to this location to return the item that didn’t fit and the cashier was very rude. I told the cashier 3 times I needed to return an item and she would just keep talking with her coworkers about stuff and how men had crushes on her and completely ignoring me. Then when she told me the amount to be returned to my bank didn’t match with what I had paid… so I ask her nicely how much and she started being rude not wanting to explain me and she said my return was going be 90 dollars which on the receipt it showed 97. I guess my problem is she was probably too busy talking to her coworkers and not paying attention the customers. I want to go back and shop but I don’t feel like being treated like that so guess will have to shop online next time. Sigh

Terrible service had to ask twice to open the additional dressing rooms we had 7 people in line to try on clothes. Ended up walking out not buying anything. Management should have made the decision to open up the additional dressing rooms. After twenty minutes the other customer told me they finally opened them up

Based on my experience here, the store was semi-organized. Customer service was decent. Nothing outstanding. Prices were average on most products in comparison to like stores. Overall, would maybe recommend and maybe return.

Overall I love the store but some of the employees can be rude.Extremely disappointed in I’m experience this morning, I went it to try and exchange my jeans that did not fit me. Before I drove to the store I made sure to call and ask if it was ok to take the jeans without a tag , they said it was fine. When I get to the register, to start off the girl had such poor facial features, and a bad attitude. She acted like the jeans couldn’t be returned and kept trying to belittle me. I hope her bad customer service skills get addressed and to make the customer feel prioritized. If she doesn’t like working with people, she should find another job.

When I need new jeans I buy it here. But they don't have a good Jeans sizes stock. I always struggle to get my size in the desired color jeans.
