Nice & clean airport. It wasn't too crowded today. We enjoyed the little museum & outdoor space before our flight. Security check was busy. Only 2 lanes open when went through.

It is an International Airport but small, just 2 areas A and B you can just walk or take the free shuttle to your door. There are a couple of options to take a quick bite or a coffee before your flight, not all the restaurants are open. There is a big playground for the kids in the B side that is already open, they just have to use their masks all the time. The check point was running fast and smoothly even though there was a lot of people in line, just be aware of the TSA rules and you won't have any delay.

The airport itself is easy access. Be advised if you have a Delta flight at 6am they will not open the counter for baggage checkin until just after 4. They are quick at it once the get started but you will wait. TSA was efficient and helpful moving passengers through the process. The restrooms were clean and gate agents friendly. All together an easy airport to navigate.

Love how patriotic this airport is. Very cool art display on the walls. I didn’t take many pictures as I was trying to get to baggage claims, but I’ll definitely update the pictures when I come back in a few days. Very easy to navigate as a touchdown Airport. We got there around 6:30 pm on a Tuesday evening. Two days before Thanksgiving. Airport seemed pretty quite. It wasn’t crazy crowded at all. Very spacious airport. I’ll update more on the food choices and shops in a few days when we leave from here.

Over 2 hours waiting inside the plane for the deicing truck. Then I have to learn the airport facility where the chemical is refilled is not working and trucks cannot refill. I wonder what incompetents are running this airport. It is not an excuse that freezing weather is not common here. Havent we learnt anything from past experiences to test something when the problem is in place? I was able to locate the refill facility seeing one truck testing the product. Amazing...

Pleasantly surprised when I landed! Lots of neat shops, gift stores, restaurants, and incredibly clean. Really love the views of the nearby mountains. Weather was gorgeous, too! If you need your boots polished, there's plenty of spots inside the airport. Very clean, friendly service, and nice views!

Not too bad, security lines can get a tad long at times. We landed at 730p and all the shops were already closed for the day. Plan according for late arrivals and departures. They had a few snack machines but thats it. Plenty of food places to eat in the main road.

Love my city. Good people, workers. Clean vecinity. Safety a priority here. Safe Travels!

Nice little airport. TSA agents are friendly. I'm not sure if it was a good time, but the line was not pong at all. I went through in less than 5 min.

Nice airport. Not too big, easy to get to gate. Very nice shops and places to eat. Comfortable and clean

Small International Airport. I've never had any issues at El Paso International. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Of course, on occasion you can get the odd person. Just like all airports pickup and drop-off at the terminal can he hectic but compared to much larger airports it is a small inconvenience. Overall, a nice, clean, and pleasant airport.

It is a small but well organised airport. Sometimes very crowded. Security check slow and too small. It's a bit unusual the bags return comes outside of the passenger area. Virtually everyone could take it.

Great, small airport. Picking up a rental car is very quick and security only took a couple of minutes.

So fast and easy to get through the Airport. Shops and restaurants by the gates are great. All the stuff you need to wait for your flight comfortably.

My experience was very good had no trouble, customer service are willing to guide you to security and are very helpful. It's not a very large airport but it's nice I love this one art piece 💞. There are different little shops one is Starbucks,Pizza hut, and they were doing construction, but it wasn't loud. Plane was delay 2hrs but they kept us very informed. Just if I were you get the app just to make sure your flight doesn't get delayed ( Southwest). We'll here's the art work.

El Paso Airport is one of the best airports I have ever experienced. The TSA workers there are fantastic, Starbucks next to the gate and when the plane lands I see a banner that says it's all good. The people are so courteous. Can we move El Paso Airport to La please?

Very nice and clean. Quick security and the gates are not miles away from check in.

We some how lost or iPad getting off the plane when we landed. We didn't notice it till hours later. So we track it down back to the airport and "officer Ponce" was vary helpfull trying to track down the iPad for us. Along with the few other officers that were there as well. He eventually found it for us . This type of service was above and beyond what we were expecting . If this was any other airport we would have just got the run around getting no ware. So thank you Officer Ponce and the other officers working November 23 .

The airport was just like any other airport. It's just really close to the border. It was cool to see the military post /base while landing.

There are not a lot of food options or water bottle filling stations; so eat before you get there and plan on possibly filling your water bottle in a bathroom or buying a bottle from a vending machine. The terminals are maintained, clean, the staff are friendly, and a beautiful view of the mountians while waiting for your departure.

Very small but very nice. It was well organized and had the most food options I have seen in such a small footprint. Clean and orderly, well-lit and extremely diverse.

Excellent skycap, manageble terminal size, and friendly people! Nice view of the Franklin mountains on the NW side of the concourse. The usual amenities, well cared for. My cigar box guitar and our breakfast burritos prompted a significant TSA response.

this airport is a small regional airport so it isnt is hat bad from the other ones and from checking in to the gate is fast

I had 5hrs transit at this airport. This airport was clean and people were friendly. Had some options for food. If you look outside you can see nice view of El Paso desert.

So me and my partner had a flight for Houston from El Paso at Gate B9 with UNITED AIRLINES to leave at 332. Boated the plane and had to deplane due to a potential mechanical issue, which is fine I’m understanding that issues arise and happen however what I do not tolerate is poor customer service or people skills. and the lady working the gate at B9 was so rude and refused to offer us seats or rebook the flight for tomorrow SUNDAY morning when clearly online there are seats available, I feel like people / customer service training should be administered for how rude she was in the beginning. I will definitely be speaking to a manager when I go to the rebooked flight tomorrow

I have never had a bad experience at EP International. Nothing but love and great customer and passenger service from staff and vendors. One of my favorite cities and one of my favorite airports in the nation.

Super easy in and out. TSA was very pleasant, my wife wears a leg brace, they were very accommodating. Wheel chair service was top notch!!!! The airport could use a nice restaurant, but the world in still in a pandemic..

Some airports are just better than others and I always enjoy flying into ELP. Flying out of ELP can be a struggle though. Especially the first flights of the day. I hope post pandemic things smooth out.

Efficient and nice airport, star is taken away due to food closures, American airlines appears to be the only one flying there also. But overall a nice clean airport

I'm still here trying to make it home to my dear sweet cat who loves me dearly... and my dog who eat that cat last summer leaving nothing but the ghostly remains in my house, and the bones in my back yard.

Just was picking up someone, but haven't been there in over a year. Alot has changed, especially all the lighting and ground affects. It seems very artistic now and it's refreshing. That was only with literally pulling up to baggage claim and getting my traveler and leaving. I hope the inside is better now too.

Things were going smoothly considering the confirmation of our World right now...

Great airport easy to navigate. And not alot of foot traffic. And just enough store to not overload you.

I've been here a few times generally quiet, can move through security quickly. I appreciate the extra security measures during this pandemic.

Easy in and out. Very quiet due to pandemic. But a good clean airport.
