This store is clean and clutter free from the times I’ve been here. On of the few stores that has always had a person greeting you on your way in. These are those small things that most corporates have lost sight of. We recently stopped by to purchase some tumblers for the kiddos and to our luck they had a variety to choose from. On our way out we saw some great clearance items and picked up some of those as well. The selection here is great, and come to think of it; I actually picked up an Ooni Pizza oven here last year, which at the time no other local store had. It’s a huge store with great selections.

Ordered two pairs of shoes for store pickup. The clerk handed me the boxes of shoes and I didn't check them until I reached my destination. One of the boxes only had one shoe. There is no quality or accuracy checks from the employees. What a hassle.

Bought a gun here and everything was great. They had what I wanted but their whole safety process for your 4473 is dumb you should be able to pay for everything at the gun counter and not have to walk back and forth to the front counter to pay for everything.

I was there picking up an item I had ordered online and this girl in front of me was applying for a credit card, got denied then her own debit/credit card kept getting denied and all the while the other registers were checking out a dozen people. Why didn't they ask us to move to another register or what we needed help with. When they opened another register our line was still there waiting so I had to go to the back of another line and wait for 4 more people to be rung up before I could pick up my item. Total wait time ~20 min. There needs to be more employee awareness and if there are issues holding up the register have people move or close the register to deal with that customer or make the problem customer go to another register. Why weren't the people at our register picked up first to go to the newly opened register since we were waiting and others had came and left already?
