BEWARE!!
LOWE’S
DOESN’T
CARE
ABOUT
YOU
AS
A
CUSTOMER!!
Lowe’s
hides
behind
their
Arbitration
and
makes
you
sign
all
documents
so
you
won’t
Sue
them
before
anything
starts
on
your
project.
We
paid
for
an
expensive
kitchen
and
have
had
many
issues
with
customer
service,
lowes
contractors
and
the
overall
design
the
of
the
kitchen.
We
are
4.5
months
into
the
project
and
have
had
many,
many
issues.
No
one
at
Lowe’s
seems
to
oversee
the
Kitchen
design
people
and
honestly
they
don’t
seem
to
be
interested
in
that
area
of
the
business.
With
that
said,
it
is
apparent
as
to
why
these
kitchen
designers
can
manipulate
the
estimate
numbers,
tell
you
lies,
then
blame
the
customer
and
it’s
all
allowed
by
Lowe’s.
I
have
tried
to
complain
to
Management
about
this
situation,
but
they
are
never
available.
I
have
called
the
Customer
Support
number
and
have
spoken
to
someone
to
get
our
situation
corrected.
But
they
never
called
me
back
with
a
response
of
some
type.
We
have
hit
a
huge
wall
and
dropped
almost
40k
on
this
kitchen
and
it’s
still
not
completed.
The
biggest
issue
we
have
is
the
island
counter
top
is
too
large
and
the
refrigerator
doors
are
too
close
to
the
counter
top.
Thus
it’s
a
really
stupid
mistake.
But
Lowes
refuses
to
make
the
correction
by
cutting
the
countertop
back
a
few
inches.
They
blame
us
for
the
size
of
that
island
countertop
and
say
Well
you
signed
off
on
it!!
They
won’t
do
anything
and
they
don’t
give
a
damn.
Lori
Stroud
is
only
nice
to
make
the
sale.
After
that,
it’s
all
downhill
from
there.
I
will
never
shop
at
Lowe’s
again.
The
only
way
lowes
will
listen
is
enough
people
stop
shopping
there.
When
their
bottom
line
is
affected,
only
then
will
do
something!

unfortunate.
