    Everything was neat and tidy in the store, and the help I recieved was fantastic. However I was extremely disappointed to see multiple carts shoved into the Veterans parking space, as well into a parked car. I know its more the customers doing than the employees, but still upsetting to see so many carts shoved into that spot.

    We decided to get decking done around our pool so we decided to go with Lowe's since it is our favorite home improvement store. Alex is the guy that comes out to your house to measure for the project (the only guy) and is not professional at all. He comes to your house to measure and says he will email you the quote but does not get back with you. We called and texted him twice on 2 different occasions and all you see is that he reads your message but does not respond through email or text. We have also reached out to the local store and have gotten the run around with little concern for our patronage. We have been waiting for a response but nothing yet. We wanted to go with Lowe's because of reputation and the fact that there are so many scammers out there. Guess Lowe's doesn't want my business. It is a shame that someone this inconsiderate and unprofessional represents your company. If we could give the hassle a zero stars we would.

    Awful customer service. All of the employees walk around in circles pretending to do work. Needed help getting some large shelves of the rack, the lowes employee just stands watching me. As soon as I am done, he askes if i need help. No thanks dude!!! Cut to checking out and the employee cannot find a price tag, instead of going herself or sending someone to go. She instead spends time on her phone looking at nothing. After 20 minutes & 3 employees, still no price tag. While they all discuss what to do. I finally take action and go take a picture of the item, price and item number. I come back give them information & they look stunned that I have accomplished the job. Also I was correct on the price of the item. Finally I am able to check out. THE WORST PART IS NO APOLOGY FROM ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES.

    Unfortunately you can't post a review without giving it a rating, no option for no stars. Bought washer July 2nd. Delivery scheduled for July 10, wasn't delivered because unit was severely damaged and rescheduled for today, July 14. Got message that it was rescheduled again because of damage to unit AGAIN. Called customer service and all they could tell is that it has been rescheduled for this coming Monday because I didn't answer my phone and unit was damaged. I was told that it wasn't delivered the first time because I didn't answer my phone when I was at work. Upsetting because there is no mention that unit was damaged and had to reschedule, not because I couldn't be reached with their one and only attempt 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. I don't appreciate being lied to and blaming me for their lack of service and character. Awful experience overall, only reason I went to store is because it was showing a different price online. Employees came and went ignoring us or busy on their phones. Several upset customers because they only had one person the appliance department and no manager to be found.

    My wife and I ordered something online for pick up. When we showed up to the store we checked in, no other cars in the pick up area.We waited about 20 minutes no one showed up. Called the customer service desk no one answered. After about an hour we finally got our package. The worse curb side pick up. Never again will I use this.

    Went to Lowe's (El Paso, TX_West side) to review an online order. I received the tracking number to track my purchases. Tracking number and final shipping carriers are not detailed in Lowe's web page info of your purchase order. Due to pandemic situation, low inventory of some items is affecting all stores warehouse stock, be patient. Program your visit, check your order and if possible call the nearest store for support. But my recommendation is to visit Customer Service to follow-up your order or review any another options for your home needs. Be safe!

    We had horrible service! I would put zero stars if it let me. My husband and I bought a dishwasher and payed $200 to have it installed. The installer never showed or called after my husband took the day off. We called Lowe's and when someone finally answered they put us on hold for 30mins and never came back. Ended up having to go to Lowe's the next day and the Manager Violet said she couldn't do anything because they use a third party to install and to call her the next day. Called today and my husband spoke to another Manager John and they said they have to redo the whole order and refused to waive the installation fee or give any discount at all. We just canceled the order....they didn't care at all. Staying with Home Depot going forward.

    No matter what you compare to that other Orange Deepoo Place you're going to find better stuff over here Especially when you're looking for decent materials like wood and panels that are basically useless at Orange. Plus most products that are some special order over there are usually right on the shelf. The other thing I have noticed is that the staff treats the products as if the care . Whereas the other place has had an employee literally throw an electronic device into my shopping cart when helping me. My only gripe would be that the bolt section be organized nothing is in the right place.

    Good products , decent prices, poor customer service. I recently bought three ceiling fan but did not have room in my car so I told him to hold on to them and I would come back in a couple of days . I went to the service desk and they told me that there weren't any more in stock. I informed them that the sales person was going to make sure they set them aside. Nope. they did say they had some 20 miles away. When I asked if they could transfer them some guy named Angel said nope. I found them in the aisle. Oops. That look of deer in the headlights. Thanks Destiny and Madison transfer them to the Westside about 12 miles away I physically went and saw that the merchandise was still in stock so I picked them up and showed it to Destiny Angel and Madison who are perplexed S2 why women actually physically got them when they confirm from Angel that they weren't there

    BUYER BEWARE!! LOWE’S DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!! Lowe’s hides behind their Arbitration and makes you sign all documents so you won’t Sue them before anything starts on your project. We paid for an expensive kitchen and have had many issues with customer service, lowes contractors and the overall design the of the kitchen. We are 4.5 months into the project and have had many, many issues. No one at Lowe’s seems to oversee the Kitchen design people and honestly they don’t seem to be interested in that area of the business. With that said, it is apparent as to why these kitchen designers can manipulate the estimate numbers, tell you lies, then blame the customer and it’s all allowed by Lowe’s. I have tried to complain to Management about this situation, but they are never available. I have called the Customer Support number and have spoken to someone to get our situation corrected. But they never called me back with a response of some type. We have hit a huge wall and dropped almost 40k on this kitchen and it’s still not completed. The biggest issue we have is the island counter top is too large and the refrigerator doors are too close to the counter top. Thus it’s a really stupid mistake. But Lowes refuses to make the correction by cutting the countertop back a few inches. They blame us for the size of that island countertop and say Well you signed off on it!! They won’t do anything and they don’t give a damn. Lori Stroud is only nice to make the sale. After that, it’s all downhill from there. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. The only way lowes will listen is enough people stop shopping there. When their bottom line is affected, only then will do something! How unfortunate.

    My husband and I went to buy 2 toilets. We had help from 2 very nice young men and soon another store rep came over to help because we had many questions. Ernie went above and beyond helping. He filled out all the paperwork and also helped us receive a military discount after confirming & thanking me for my military service. He stayed well after his shift was over and as he was leaving, saw us waiting for help with loading the toilets into the truck and helped load them in the truck. I’m sorry we don’t remember the young men’s names but they were very respectful and helped Ernie in getting what we needed and getting us & our toilets on the way plus picking up on Ernie Gutierrez ‘s expertise. Lowe’s is fortunate to have such good employees working for them and my husband and I are grateful to them.

    The inventory they actually have and what is listed on their website rarely matches. I made an online order and turns out the AC unit wasn't in stock. A representative called me and I told me that could switch my order to another AC unit at no additional charge. I was fine with that and went to the store and got my unit. BUT then a day later, the representative called me back saying that I didn't pay for it (I was charged and she was even the one to bring the unit out to my car.....). She then started demanding my CVC code of my credit card. I was in shock that she would ask for that. I think she was trying to steal my credit card information. After she harassed me so much, I ended up just bringing the unit back and demanded my money back. I will never shop here again.

    Customer service was great, but spray paint section was a hot mess. I should have taken a picture. I also attempted to buy chalk board paint and was advised the wrong paint. Had to return paint right after I realized at my car the recommended the wrong one.. Was not able to purchase correct paint because they did not have the proper resources to find the color I needed (panthlets with color references for the chalk paint)😶 Get it together, so I don't waste my time or resources to leave empty handed again💁🏽‍♀️

    I recently purchased new appliances and I was so pleased with the experience. Gio assisted me and was extremely friendly and professional. She answered my questions and made sure that I got all the necessary accessories. She was super sweet and very friendly during the whole transaction. During these times it’s hard to be patient with people and Gio was exceptional and made the process painless. Thank you!

    I called the main store and after going through all the telephone options I reached the Pro Desk. I told the young girl that my son was going to buy a wrench set and asked her if i could pay over the phone. She said hold on and I waited on the phone for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called the direct Pro Desk number, spoke to Memo, who in under 10 seconds answered my question. My son was then able to make the purchase.. Atrocious phone and customer care service.

    This El Paso Lowe’s is a pretty good store in my opinion. Most of workers were very helpful one particular was extremely helpful and even walked me to what i was looking for multiple times. She was awesome. The check out was very easy and quick they have both physical cashiers and quite a few elf checkout lines. The self checkout registers are very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this store.

    I went to return 6 pavers which arrived broken (purchased a palate). The child at customer service wanted to charge me 5% more than the original price because I didn't have my credit card. I explained it was a brand new account and the cc hadn't been mailed to me. Didn't phase her. She gave me a store credit less 5%.I had to make my argument again at checkout!!! Hire smarter people!

    Great plant sales. Assortment of perennials and annuals. Anything you could possibly want is there! Great staff, always helpful. Customer service can get long. Sometimes the computers are down. Yikes the line vehind you gets long. Oh well that's the price of huge stores, huge crowd of customers. Yikes Halloween...now Christmas...come on!

    Home depot is better. They have better prices and people are easier to find on the floor. Lowes is over prices and nickel and dimes you for everything. They don't even have free delivery unless it's a promo. I only come here if I absolutely have to because HD is out of something.

    The customer service in this place is ridiculously bad. There's never an associate to be found and when you finally spot one they seem annoyed that you bother them. No one ever helps you on the spot, they always tell you they will "call someone" so then you wait anywhere from 15-30 min for someone to show up to help you. And I mean simple issues like finding a product on the high shelf. If and when they finally show up they're most likely giving you attitude. I gave Lowe's several chances until I gave up and took my business to Home Depot.

    Went into my local Lowes today and noticed there wasn't a single cashier working. Self check line was long and stagnant. I asked an employee if they really didn't have any cashiers and they informed me that the store is in the middle of transitioning over to full self check out. I despise self check outs. They are just another way for large corporations to cut jobs. It is already impossible to find help in any of the aisles so I will not be shopping at lowes anymore. I know it won't hurt them but I'd rather pay more at another store that has actual employees and customer service

    Hadn't been to the west side Lowes in years. It was the only place I could find 6 inch pvc fittings. I ordered on line for in store pickup. Pick up was a very smooth process. Sadly I don't remember the woman's name that helped me. Maybe Julia? She did an outstanding job. It was ironic that a home improvement store had so many roof leaks 😅

We also were here to get a few things for the new house. This Lowe's location is convenient and they always seem to have everything that we need.

    I love Lowe's in any state, but this particular Lowe's has gone above and beyond for me! I had a custom color of blue paint mixed up for me, it was a color match for an oil base but in a water base instead, and I wasn't really happy with it, so the woman mixing the paint for me said "no problem!" and she attempted to adjust it manually, researching how to eliminate the green tint (it turns out by adding purple) until she had it adjusted perfectly! I'm super happy with the friendly, helpful service. It keeps me coming back year after year!

    Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator for our duplex. We also purchased the extended warranty which turned out to be worthless. Approximately 13 months after the purchase the tempered glass shelf exploded inside the fridge with the door closed. Nether Lowe's nor the extended warranty would cover the shelf. Very poor customer service on the part of both companies. The manager of Lowe's had the opportunity to make good but refused!

    To the plainclothes manager/employee that was working on 12/19/22 at 5:20 pm, it was very obvious you were following me around the store. I stopped in to buy 1 small container of crazy glue, I went to the restroom and left the container on a shelf to avoid braking your restroom policy. I'm not sure what prompted you to follow me around and call employees over with obviously false directives about their work. I understand I was dressed down and looked dirty because I was working at home, but that doesn't make me a criminal. If I ever come back to your store again, I will definitely dress up to avoid being profiled, because my dark skin won't allow me to look any less Mexican. I hope you don't make other people that look like me feel "less-than" through your loss-prevention practices, because that's exactly how I feel.

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spent $700 on patio furniture, when I asked for help, two of the employees said nothing to me, wouldn’t even look me in the eye. They finally helped me load it in my truck, and said nothing after. When I asked for twine, the guy said it was inside the other door and walked away in the other direction. Not happy.

    I purchased a washer and dryer, with the required hoses and clamps, online for delivery and installation. There were issues regarding my order and getting through to customer service on the phone was atrocious! The call center does not communicate with the store and vice versa. My total time on hold between my 3 phone calls exceeded an hour. The equipment arrived late. The dryer arrived damaged. I was told by the installer that he'd report the damage and that I would get a call from customer service. I've yet to receive that call. I ended up calling and arranging a discount for the damage (after being on hold for a gawd awful amount of time. Also, there was no acknowledgement to the flooding issue we later experienced.) The installers were pleasant and kind, but seemed to be rushing due to the 8 stops they had after our installation. Once they hooked everything up and turned on the washer and dryer, they left. We went about our business and within 20 minutes after they left, the pinch clamp on the back of the washing machine came off. We discovered this by walking into an inch or two of water covering our hallway, kitchen, dining room and garage floor, causing damage to our baseboards.The clamp I ordered was not the clamp installed. (I checked. I ordered the correct screw clamp - NOT a POS pinch clamp!) I went to Home Depot to buy the correct clamp that was not installed. My husband installed it and stopped the water from gushing out when he restarted the wash cycle. Took him an hour to mop up the mess. We were, to say the least, extremely angry at this preventable disaster in our home. We will not be shopping at Lowe's again.

    Came to this store on Saturday at 9:30am. Sebastian was the only employee ringing up. Register 2 seemed to have failed and Sebastian was forced to use the other register. While all this was happening the line became confused and started to pile up. This comment is for the manager. I suggest you have a conversation with Sebastian and ask him what happened. Keep in mind that he may have lacked training from you part, manager, due to the fact that he did not call for back up. You, manager, could have been his backup if you were lacking employees on that shift. Those situation do not last long. That is why you have three registers in your store. Gracias and be thoughtful with your words when you address your team. You are always on stage, manager, so don't lose the employee's respect.

    People in the customer service area clearly don't know their own exchange policy for their own defective tools specifically Kolbot batteries. They made up their own return policy saying the warranty changes after you buy the product and that's why they couldn't return it. Then what's the point of a warranty? 😂 So much for their three year hassle free warranty 🤦🏻‍♂️ Taken directly off the Lowes website 3-YEAR HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY For 3 years from date of purchase the battery is warranted for the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. She took the time to assist me and I was so happy . You need more people like Lulu so professional and polite .She smiled and said that her job was to assist costumers and insure we left happy .     Horrible customer service, asked for help, not knowing he was a vendor ( he was wearing a Lowe's shirt) he stated he would get help for me, 10 mins went by, another customer asked another vendor for help, she helped him no questions asked!! Had to find the vendor I originally asked for help, zero lowes employees in sight, he looked down and pointed in the direction of another lowes employee, ridiculous and frustrating. After this experience I will drive farther to Home Depot, hopefully they have better customer service, I cant imagine it being worse.
