    LAZY EMPLOYEES! Yesterday September 3rd, I wanted to buy two Radio Controled cars that were marked 9.97. But the register rang it up at 12.97. I double checked the price on line. And it is 12.97. But the shelf said 9.97. You guys are suppose to honor the shelf price! It is your responsibility to keep the tags current. Not mine. I was told it was probably misplaced. No it wasn't. I went back today, and the price on the shelf is still wrong. Not only were they lazy enough not to verify the price. No one did their job to replace the wrong price. Thanks for over charging me for your negligence.

    Their pick up is terrible, with a busy work schedules it one of our only options to get our groceries. Everytime I go they take 25-30 minutes to bring out our order. Tonight after a long day we came to pick up our groceries, took them 2 HOURS (so far because we're still waiting as I type this) We kindly asked if we could get a refund and just grab our groceries inside since we have a tight schedule. We were told they were already picking up our groceries and should be ready in 30 minutes....I should've just asked for the refund. While I understand there is a staffing shortage, it seemed this is a scheduling or management issue as there were plenty of employees. Just none delivering food to cars. safe to say my partner and I's evening after a 10 hour day is spent in the parking lot. UPDATE After a FOUR HOUR wait we never got our groceries because the store closed...Terrible service, wasted our time. Will definitely be filing a complaint, the whole evening staff is a mess.

    Very annoyed by this location and I will not use this location again… we had our brand new puppy (w/ leash AND harness) with us and didn’t want to leave her in the hot truck. As we entered we were stopped and told that if she is not a service dog then we could not bring her in…. I have seen MANY people in that store with small pets (w/ no service vest) But, guess it’s just me that is not allowed… I shopped there almost every single day, but no more! If you can’t be consistent with your policy’s what else do you do poorly?? Well, just look at the rest of this stores reviews and you will see.

    The grocery pick up is the absolute worst here. All of the produce they have chosen for my last few orders is either moldy, bruised or on the verge of going bad. It’s like the employees purposely choose the worst produce for these orders. DO NOT USE. Such a waste of time and money.

    7/29/22. Grocery pick up. I Waited 20 min, I have to call again, they did not find my order, I went home, print the confirmation # and came back, They did not find my order with the #, I requested to see the manager, he was at lunch (6:30PM), after I got upset, the order appeared, excuse: Problem in the computer system 8/7/22. Instant photo not working, only 1 hour service, I waited 1hr at store, picture not ready, I was told to come back 1 1/2hr later, I went home, came back and photo was not ready, I got upset, called manager, Excuse: machine was not turned on, one employee absent, a new employee did not communicate the problem, manager did not has any idea what was going on.

    Worst customer service ever! I did a online order that was rescheduled, by them, then they couldn’t fill the order in the rescheduled time. When I called to find out what was going on, Christie, was rude and couldn’t stop yelling. I was the one that had groceries that were four days overdue to their rescheduling And inability to properly use their own system, and she was yelling at me!

    I absolutely love coming to this Walmart. They are always friendly, helpful and informative. Always courtesy, smiles all of the time. Clean, fully stocked, and full of different clothing, groceries easy to go and come back out quickly.

    It’s just another Walmart Supercenter! Nothing really to brag about. They do have lots of products, lots of options, just not really many open cashiers. Even though they do have the self checkout available, sometimes it doesn’t work properly. General cleanings in the store could be better. But I also know that these past few days have been real busy. Walmart’s atmosphere is usually busy. Even if there is not many people, for some reason it still fills busy lol!

    AVOID. Jason Mariano head of asset protection will treat you like a thief just because he feels like it. Management will protect him and not care. One of the rudest most disrespectful employees ever!!!

    Went to do an exchange and lady named Frida didn't want to properly help. She sent us to another cashier and he was very helpful. We had asked Frida to get a manager, she didn't. I had to walk up to a manager to let them know that Frida had acted rude towards us. Manager said she would talk to her, but it seems as if they were buddies, so I doubt anything is going to get done about Frida's attitude.

    It would be a 5 only because they have everything we need but the customer service is horrible and the associates who work in pick up area like to run people over with their carts. Not even an “excuse me” they just push the cart against you so you can move . They be speed walking down the isles and that is a safety hazard because they could hit someone. SMH

    Raul and Cody go above and beyond expectations always. Those fine men traverse that huge store for me. I spend 10 total minutes picking up and getting home. Last visit I was surprised with a gift from Clif . Those bars are amazing! I started buying them.

    I think Walmart has always been the top notch establishment. This store has it all from front door delivery, scan your own items, pay with your phone and much more. The staff is willing to help whenever needed excellent customer service

    This store is well organized, I always find my products. All workers at this store are friendly trained, they just need to change that lady at customer service in charge, is a hassle to swap one of my items. A problem that I never had before at any store.

    UPDATE 3 months later still disappointing. A tall white guy in a yellow vest in cold items, had the airpods in both ears,I kept saying sir, excuse me sir..nothing. some kid had puked & they needed it cleaned up..just living his best life lol. no sanitizer cart wipes & no one spraying down the carts?! Come on walmart help stop the spread. The shelves were bare,out of many items. The store was MESSY appeared dirty, non of the hand sanitizers where working. BRING BACK THE SANITIZATION SOAP BRING BACK THE SANITIZED WIPES CLEAN UP MR.MANAGER

    I purchased some make up over at the make-up counter. When I was leaving I went through the little doors that swing back-and-forth when you first go into Walmart and the woman Crystal at the door not only accused me of shoplifting but had me walk all the way back around so that I was exiting the store the correct way. You have to be kidding me. I’m not a child. This woman was so condescending and I’m sorry I’m not trying to offend anybody that works retail or whatever but nobody that’s a greeter at the door should be talking to anybody that way. I myself work at a company in an entry level position in the customer Service industry and I would never treat a customer that way so please don’t take this the wrong way!

    Totally different from every other Walmart on earth. They knew what I wanted to buy in advance and gave everything to me free. They washed my car, groomed my dog and sent me home with $5,621 in cash inside a bottle of Russell Timmons Vinegar. Unfortunately the shoe shine booth was closed but they gave me a dozen pair of shoes to make up for the oversight.

    While shopping at Walmart I was surprised to find that every person working there took a minute to answer my questions. I must have asked about 5 individuals. All were polite, and answered correctly, because I found everything. I’ve never been to a Walmart for over 20 years. I will come back. The deal I got on a TV I couldn’t find anywhere else. Is it the people here in El Paso that make it nice? I’m from Los Angeles, CA. As long as I’m here, I’ll be returning to Walmart. Thank you Walmart clerks.

    To keep things on an even keel, it is known that I am not a fan of Walmart shopping. Yet this specific location off of the Interstate at Mesa is impressive. What appears is a clean store with friendly staff and an abundance of product selection. We found everything we were looking for, and I even agreed to try their packaged extra lean ground beef. I think I will return to this location, again, at some point in the future, and explore more of the store besides just the grocery section. Thanks.

    Quick service with grocery pick up and verified both my items and substitutions they made. But I guess maybe they were joking around and accidentally called me after they loaded my groceries (caller ID said walmart grocery pickup) and all I heard was laughing and screaming on the phone, I thought I forgot something and then I asked if they meant to call and all they did was scream and hang up, they could've at least apologized because it's not a big deal, I just found it odd.

    There is a lady that pretty much screams disrespectfully into the intercom every 5 min, 30 minutes before closing by saying that the store is gonna close. This has happened a lot lately. I feel very frustrated by the way this lady makes these announcements. Tonight there was this lady encouraging her by saying "or else I'll hit you" as a way of completing the announcement she was giving. This means they are aware of the way they sound. This is just horrible customer experience. We never had any problems with any other employees, they are always so nice. But tonight that lady was VERY disrespectful. I hope Walmart switches this position to someone who cares about the customer.

    I went to buy some legos for my family as a fun activity. I processed to check out and I used a coupon code to purchase them and it reduced the price. A employee helped me put the coupons into the machine to pay and then I went to the fore and an employee saw my receipt and proceeded to yell at me and tell that I did something when on the receipt it clearly showed that I payed for a Lego. They proceeded to take me to customer service and the manager there started yelling at me on what I was gonna do with the legos and how I did it when I showed them clearly the coupons I used were verified. She called me a liar and said I was being hostile and called a cop on me and he even saw I was calm. They eventually gave up because like I did nothing wrong they gave me a refund for everything I bought and she said we could’ve bought them full price and changed her mind and said we can go back tomorrow and repurchase them. She then told an employee to tell management that she actually does do her job. Her customer service was really bad and she must’ve acted this way just to prove herself to somebody. I was innocent and they knew I was that’s why they didn’t arrest me or anything. I will never be purchasing from here again.

    Overall, the process for in-store pick up was very easy and so convenient. I had never utilized the service but was surprised at how simple it was. I was able to find the products and the quantity I wanted online and was promptly emailed with a confirmation. I was also given an opportunity to update the order in the event that I needed additional items. I received an email when the order was ready and the staff delivered the items a few minutes after I checked in. It was a great experience and I’ve continued to use it with the same great results. I couldn’t have asked for more! Great service!

    No one there seems to know how to work their apps and for a billion dollar business they don't even have tap screens where you can Google pay this place is ridiculous maybe if they paid their employees like they should we wouldn't have this problem put some money back into your own infrastructure and quit supporting everything that's trending at the moment

    Most times i cant find anyone willing to help me if i need it but i want to give a shout out to SAM! I was there at 600a this morning & i couldn't find what i was looking for in the candy baking section. I asked Sam n she couldn't find it either although she tried. So i continued shopping. She actually came looking for me to let me know she found what I was looking for. She didnt have to do that. She seemed as happy as I did. Please give SAM a shout out because she deserves it! She went above & beyond which most people wont do. Thanks so much SAM! You made my day!

    Specifically for Juana in electronics. Incredibly rude. And dismissive. Asked for help and got passed off to her and she just ignored us and kept helping someone else. Never acknowledged us. Or even a "I'll be right with you" nothing. Found what we were looking for. But you're better off finding someone else to help. I know at Walmart it's rare to find someone to help since everyone employedhere seems to treat customers with disdain.... but especially steer clear of this woman.

    Please never do a pick up order from this Walmart. I waited outside for 45 minutes to come inside and find out employees are talking and eating ice cream. I would totally understand if they were under staff or had to much workload but this was not the case. This store lacks management and professionalism.

    Great with pickup, terrible with anything else. Barely have anything, something is always up for substitution, and for delivery it is the worse! I literally talked to them and they said they lost my order. How do you lose an order? So, because of that they canceled my order after saying it was on the way already. Then tried to call the driver and it went straight to voicemail and all customer care could do it give me $25 off for my next delivery. Do not do delivery with them this is the second time and if you see it is Miguel for the driver just automatically assume you won’t get it. Never again working with this store. Terrible service!

    Soila just gave me my pixie back! I hadn't had it cut since July and it was a mess. I 'm new to El Paso so I looked online for hair cutters and Smart Style was the only one with consistent high marks. She did an awesome job. She was very attentive to my needs and asked for my feedback while cutting. I had a picture and my hair came out better than the picture! I feel very lucky to have found such a great stylist and for such a great price. The staff is very friendly as well.

    This Walmart on the Westside I'll make trips to see that another Walmart may not have and also because the Home Depot is next door to Walmart. I was looking for a new toaster and didn't have in stock the brand I wanted. I'm very picky as to what I buy and I know a good brand when I see one that comes down to the design and the material's used for any product. The problem I've seen with many people is when they make comparisons from one brand & another and end up buying the cheap one only because of the price. Comment sense doesn't exist anymore, unfortunately! I also worked at this Walmart back in the year 2000 for a year and a half and left at the right time because of changes that were taking place at this Walmart back then. After I left, I came to visit after 3 months or so and immediately I saw the changes of what I wasn't happy at all. I just thought I made a good decision to leave Walmart.

    Friendly staff. Its nice to see good prices and stocked shelves. At 9am on Sunday, still a lighter "crowd ". For the most part, people were self-monitoring their social distancing.

    I just love this Walmart cause their staff is so nice and kind they’re helpful like one time a lady trip and one of the staff members helped her up their so kind I suggest coming here cause they have a variety of food to toys,and mechanic tires and more so that’s why I love shopping at Walmart it’s just so much fun with the people helping you find what you need and sometimes they have samples so that’s why I love Walmart so come to Walmart!

    You asked any of your Associates for any item you're looking for they don't even know where they are they saying it to the wrong aisle that's my experience another first thing that happens to me happens for something and they don't know where it is then I found what I was what I was looking for I went back to looking for that associate and I told her where the item that was looking for where it was so next time somebody asked her she can know where it is

    It's been said that El Paso is a hotbed for "La Rona" with cases increasing daily. Today we had to go to Walmart. Everyone, even those physically distanced and waiting in line outside in102° heat, were wearing masks. Everyone followed the directional arrows. The security police were jovial, shoppers were respectful, staff were wiping carts before moving them toward customers, and no one had a meltdown when asked to show their receipt. How wonderful when people behave like decent human beings! Feeling proud of my hometown. #elpasostrong
