cute place but no music and took 30 mins for one smoothie to come out… there was barely any customers and i waited that long and my smoothie wasn’t even blended all the way! i swallowed chunks:( customer service was not great either. i would come back i think because maybe the 2 girls working there were just having and off day or something but definitely expected better :/

My friend brought me here today and I am ashamed to say that I have lived 1 miles from this place for a year and have never been. It has officially won my heart as THE place to go study/work. It's a small, quaint tea shop with immaculate vibes. The tea is a little pricey but nothing outrageous in my opinion. I tried the Golden Monkey tea in a latte and was very satisfied. The boldness of the tea worked so well with the milk and agave to make it a very relaxing yet exciting tea experience. I highly recommend if you want to have a long chat with someone or just want to grind out your studying/work. My only qualm would be that the booths are not very ergonomically friendly so I had to adjust how I was sitting often. Give it a try!

Very Good. A very different place compared to the vast majority of ice cream/tea places here. My first time seeing vegan ice cream being sold in EP. The place has a very relaxing/chilling vibe, and seems comfy and homey. Great for university students nearby to grab a treat while finishing school work. Will definitely go again to try out the teas that are being sold!

Love Tippi Teas! Great place to hangout, read, write, work... just a bit loud when they're making their smoothies (blending / banging frozen fruit) but it's pretty quick so no biggie. I got a bunch done working here... will make it a habit. Nice, chill music that isn't too loud. Tables and chairs are comfortable. Seats are spread out so you can get some privacy. The art hanging on the walls, the painting on the walls and the ceiling are super cool and set a fun, positive, and creative atmosphere. Huge selection of tea, a bit overwhelming, but the employees were knowledgeable (and friendly, excited about the tea) and had suggestions based on what we were looking for. They use timers to steep the tea the correct time (I think... not a tea expert). It takes a bit, so be ready for a short wait if you order tea. Prices are fine, only downside is that the drinks are served in disposable plastic cups... might try to bring my own mug next time!

Fantastic spot. My husband and I really enjoy coming here and bringing friends. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable both in English and Spanish! They have a great tea selection and smoothies. Sit on the patio and read a book. We also love taking our dog and sipping on tea. Must try!

This place has a great selection of loose leaf teas, nice sets of tea kettles, and unique candles. Rainbow steps out front are a nice touch. Feel like they make El Paso just a bit more hip by being here. Good job Tippi Teas, for standing out.

If you're into tea, TIPPI TEAS is the one for you. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the whole building was very pleasing. They have lots of items to choose from and as well as mugs, teas cups and tea itself. A MUST to go if you are ever in the area. Even if you aren't, swing on by. Very appealing and the music plus smell in there will do you good.

Great relaxing stop in El Paso to get a refreshing Acaí bowl. We also got one of the green juices too which had ample ginger (the way I like it). The atmosphere was inviting and quiet and the restroom was clean. The lady who took out orders was very friendly and helpful. Airy and full of light space.

One of the best tea places I’ve been to in town, and pretty much my life, they have a very large variety of teas and merchandise, the staff seem to know what they’re doing and what they’re actually talking about, and are pretty chill in general. The atmosphere of the building itself is very homey, and personally I feel very comfortable sitting there and just being able to think and not really have to worry about judging eyes. For people going there for the first time, try a white tea with sweetener, or ask one of the staff members for a recommendation. Overall, amazing tea shop with a great atmosphere that I couldn’t find anywhere else in El Paso.

Tippi Teas is amazing! The smoothies are excellent, but way too small, and the matcha ice cream is super good. If I had an endless wallet I would definitely buy multiple drinks here every visit. Great locations too, they serve each side of town. And nice artistic decor.

Great selection of tea. The place is nice and cozy. My favorite part is coming in to the wonderful tea aroma. I recommend the smarty pants, a nice well rounded green tea.

Lovely cafe with charming environment. Great views make the steps worth it! I enjoy their juices, but they also have teas, smoothies, and Gelato. This was a great place to pick out a gift as well, staff is frie day and helpful if you have questions about the teas. They also have some small items for purchase, mostly tea brewing related. Clean dining room and kitchen as well.

Just lost a regular customer. Tippi Teas recently started “upselling”. They’ll surprise you with a 100% higher bill than expected. I was “upsold” a tea latte with vanilla (never asked for it)…just wanted a plain tea. What an unethical sales gimmick.

I got a lemon grass tea my first time there. It was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe my only, only complaint was that the incense was a bit strong and a bit much, but otherwise it was a great experience.

I'm wondering what are the nutrition facts/ ingredients for the cookies and cream ice cream?. Since I've asked on 2 diff locations and the employees don't know the answer. They should be trained on how it's made. Not just how to make them.

Tippi Teas is yet another brilliant example of the diversity in El Paso TX. What really pushed for the 5 Stars is originality. I have never seen anything like Tippi Teas anywhere in El Paso. Places like Tippi Teas deserve attention as they bring life and color into a city, and especially Tippi Teas with their large assortment of loose leaf teas, herbs, bowls, and smoothies. The atmosphere is one of the most comforting and familiar, especially if you are an El Pasoan, or just adventurous.

Tippi teas never disappoints. Their food products are always consistent, whether you have a tea, smoothie, bowl, or juice. They have a wide range of teas to choose from. As well as healthy bowls and detox juices. Staff are always friendly, polite, and always able to answer any questions or recommendation. The outside seating area is a great place to relax. Would recommend.

Great selection of teas! Tried the mango wango smoothie which was delicious. Early gray with rose Tea latte was wonderful with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon powder. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite Sunday chill spot. Metered parking is free on the street or park behind the shop. So get a nice, juicy smoothie and check out Kern, El Paso’s “old money”, neighborhood. Or just hang out and take in the good vibes.

I'm a door dasher and had a large order of 16 bowls. It took two employees an hour and half to make them with no other customers. They seemed to be working very slow and taking their time. I didn't seem acceptable. I love tipi teas but this took forever.

First time I've been in this place. The place is really nice and comfortable. The decoration is very colorful and fun, the crew is friendly. The prices are a little up there but is worth it. We tried their vegan rolled ice cream and is delicious. I definitely will return pretty soon. I recommend this place 100%

I'm a summer visiter to El Paso and was so thrilled to find such a little gem of a place. There's definitely a chill vibe here. There's a little patio to sit in out back and tea-related merchandise to purchase at the front of the store. I've been back twice and got a delicious tea latte and a tasty açaí bowl. It is a bit pricey here but I can definitely see why. The fruits and veggies seemed very fresh and the girl that helped me out last time was very patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this as a study place or a cool place to hang out with friends. I would like to go back more often but it is a bit pricey but I'm satisfied with saving it as a special treat place every now and then.

I love everything about the westside shop. Very friendly and always helpful with suggestions. I always have a Blue Dream smoothie and the Jazzy Pearls tea.

This is a beautiful place with delicious food and a great atmosphere, the only downside is I have experienced occasional bad service. Once I suggested that one of the scones might taste weird because it was vegan and the woman behind the counter briefly lectured me.

Ive been craving a metaphysical book shop with crystals and stuff since being in El Paso, but tippi teas is as close as can get to a metaphysical shop. I love love love the ambiance here, the teas, smoothies and vegan ice creams are great. I love that they sell loose herbal teas and they also sell all kinds of candles, hard to find herbs, sage, palo santo, himalyan salt lamps and a bunch of other great stuff. The west side location is very cozy. Ive been to the east side location as well as its closer to me but it's nearly not as nice as this west side location. It's so cozy and great energy here.
