This company lazily moves the dumpster further out another few inches every week. I have called them about blocking my garage. They finally blocked me all the way in and I can’t make it to work or get my car out of the garage.

Super awful experience ! These people over charge you. I rented a dumpster unit. First off, it wouldn’t arrive! They said it’ll get there tomorrow from 9-3pm, LIES! Waited all day and nothing. Called again the next day. They said oh there’s no record you called us, yeah right! But they did charge me over $500 dollars! Their pricing is outrageous. Once the unit finally showed up to my house (2 weeks later) it was in terrible shape. I loaded up all the trash quickly and called them to pick it up, it took them another 2 weeks to go pick it up!!! When they finally did show up they tried to blame me for all the damage on the unit. They charged me another $200 for the “damage.” These people are outrageous !!!!! Do not use them. Go anywhere else but here. Very awful customer service.

Paid for a dumpster for my business and these guys only came once to empty out the dumpster after calling multiple times saying that it hadn’t been done they kept telling me that they show the address as serviced. Then they say the driver wrote down that he couldn’t access the dumpster. Huh funny because the one time I was at my business at 4am I waited for them and they pulled up for two seconds and were getting ready to leave until I came out. They had no problem accessing the dumpster. I’ve made sure that there’s a clear path to the dumpster these guys have the code to the gate so there’s no excuse. Then they said it’s because of the location of the dumpster…. Well you guys dropped it off there!

Customer service is terrible. They do not answer their phones and requests for call back are ignored. My account is paid current and I have not had trash pick up in two weeks. Clearly unprofessional and lack good leadership.

UPDATE 03Aug 4:30am Three loud bangs This review is not about the service specifically, but about the NOISE and what TIME they make all that NOISE. They empty three dumpsters with LOUD BANGS and usually arrive at 4:00am to 5:00am waking my tenants who complain. I think I may ask them to make reviews here and to call so that perhaps something will be done to not awaken them before dawn.

They dropped off the bin in the wrong area and was told that they’re not supposed to put it on landscape. Well they put it on our landscape and they are trying to charge a fee to move it to another area even though we can’t get in our garage anymore. Who monitors these people?

We have had El Paso Disposal weekly trash service for years. They have always been very reliable. Any time I have had any questions or concerns about anything Bret has assisted us and immediately taken care of our needs. We have been very pleased with the service provided by Bret and El Paso Disposal.

Have raised prices three times this year alone without prior notice, I understand everything costs more , but at least a courtesy notice would make a big difference . I am trying to cancel my account but was told I can only do that calling the sales rep, who doesn’t answer …

I requested a new trash can for two extremely large cracks and openings in both the back and front on May 16th and informed the company of a broken/missing wheel. The response from the Agent was that they do not replace trash cans for a broken wheel (good luck getting these to the proper location). Then I was told there were not any trash cans available and asked me to call back on Friday. I questioned whether or not I would be put on a waiting list and the agent said yes. Did not understand why I needed to call back but was told it would be a good idea. Fast forward I called today and the agent told me I would not be receiving a trash can until the end of June on the 26th. Absolutely ridiculous that a company servicing the entire region makes customers wait over a month to receive a new unit. My service was canceled today. DO BETTER!!!!

Brett Bradford lies to get you to sign up for service. Once you see his lies and want to cancel, he laughs and yells at you, tells you to do what you want but he will absolutely not cancel the service and you will be forced to pay late fees. He doesn't listen to what you're explaining and puts words in your mouth. I should have seen his pushiness as the red flag it was. Our neighborhood on Keighly street 79938 keeps getting missed on trash pick up day . The truck was out but didn’t pick up anyone’s trash . We pay every month for disposal service with El Paso/Mud & we are not the service numerous times

I used El Paso disposal for many many years, they always understand our business needs and provided good service. Today I had an issue with billing and Bret was able to help me super fast. If you need a commercial dumpster or construction bin you should use their service. Very happy with them!

El Paso Disposal has been a substandard service from day one. First, they over charge for the once a week trash service they provide ($32.66 per month). Keep in mind that includes one trash bin and no recycling bin, so everything must fit inside of the one trash bin. I paid less in the suburb of San Antonio with Tiger Sanitation (around $85 per quarter - as of July 2019) and the service included a trash and recycling bin - twice a week pick up for trash and once a week pick up for recycling. Second, El Paso Disposal did not ensure their recent New Year's Eve schedule reflected correctly online for alternate day pick up for my area, and when I called their customer service to confirm prior to New Year's Eve the customer service rep did not receive their mistake in a professional manner. She was rather rude and dismissive. And if I wouldn't have called and confirmed I was told I would have been stuck dealing with an extra weeks trash, and the course of action from them would be placing the three extra trash bags I'm allotted for these instances in front of the trash bin for the following week. Third, there has been a few instances where a trash bag had fallen out of the trash bin during the actual trash collection process, and the trash was left on the floor for me to collect and pick up when I got home from work. I sure hope a higher standard of trash services comes to our area (79928), and El Paso Disposal can no longer take advantage of residents by providing substandard services and over charging.

El Paso Disposal has a great team, starting with Ms. Carmen Kennon. As a woman Sales Representative in a male dominant field, it gets a little challenging dealing with customers like me. Being in the ground maintenance and landscaping service allows for accumulation of debris, last minute pickups may be needed. If Carmen is able to accommodate that pick up, she will make it happen. Thank you Ms. Carmen for always following up with my concerns.
