Very unprofessional you apply for one position and they try to stick you somewhere else for less pay plus they do not have armed guard positions in el Paso, interviewer never looked me in the eye nor a hand shake small talk no effort to try to get to know me just trying to fill a spot.

This place pretends to be "professional" but they are a hoax. The reason to say this is that they falsely accused me and terminated me for no evidentiary reason. They didn't even investigate and just fired me! The customer service is ok at the main office! Also the account manager I had was at least pretty nice!

This has been a great place to work. My site treats me fairly and with respect. They are very understanding and take care of thier employees. I would definately recommened this company to anyone who wants to work security.

Allied Universal is a joke. We worked through the PANDEMIC without a pay increase, without receiving any health and welfare. If you get the C19 ( tough luck) you'll be out WITHOUT pay. You are harassed with working overtime without any regard of your personal time. Ooh you aren't only doing " Security" work. You are the receptionist, supply department, training staff ( that are not Security), making sure staff is signed in properly, go behind the Safety Engineer ( unaware of safety issues); checking safety equipment ( Without safety training); basically they Don't care about Security/ Safety. Yes I work with them for 2 years 2 months too long. Ooh and don't forget about the Office staff. The Thief Gang.

Abandoned my post because this company refused to handle two (one of them being a month old) of my harassment complaints against a male co-worker and was placed at another site for on-site training the D.O. had agreed for me to do only to be fired for it. I didn’t know the D.O. and Client Manager can act as my supervisor. Don’t place me at another site only to change your mind and then fire me for appearing. Make it make sense.

This place is super on professional I had told the supervisor since the beginning to give me a set schedule that I could not work graveyard due to my kids was trying to move me to place a place acting like I had all the gas in the world with a V8 engine and it's hard at this moment for some people to put gas in and I told him to keep me somewhere close to the east side and sending me to the West Side and Northeast all the way to Railroad I have a level 3 license I had asked him to switch me once I get my guard card in then tells me that I need experience then tells me that I sign up for level 2 this place they are just nothing but Liars they do not help with you they just use people just to cover shifts he uses the excuse that if you need hours but not see the fact that you have your kids it's a last-minute thing and to drive all the way over clear across El Paso it's not worth it would recommend to go somewhere else

They are by far the worse company I’ve worked for… I had a issue with a guard that acts like he top flight L Bussell had me removed from the site for a call off went and told everyone but me. Plus the HR chick aka Starbucks barista Ms Jones is very rude and Salas can’t even answer back a text nor phone call.. They only good one was Alejandra feel sorry she got to work with HR Jones with her I’m better then anyone here…

Office staff very nice. Managers are great, even though they are overworked they still manage to try to work with all types of schedules.

I have heard from other officesr that he isn't fair and because of him officers quit or get fired for no reason. I recommend Working with other account managers! I currently about to quit this job they unprofessional they paint the wrong pictures for you at the interview. They use both an app and paper to create a schedule but dont use the app at all which i would think its easier. The training is mediocre i had to learn the building by myself. I feel unsafe working at the site. The fact that you cannot carry something to protect yourself is pointless for being a security job. They just throw you into the system without telling you what you can and cant do. The managers dont know how to do their jobs. Their offices are made a mess and they arent ashamed of that. They said to me that we security guard are to be professionals at all times when they dont know how to present themselves. Everyone wears a different uniform. They pay weekly which sucks i have never heard of a job that does that. They didnt state what benefits i could get. They never said i had to make a report every hour. They dont even know their own schedule they created. The requirements in order to get the job or to extra. The jib description does not match what you do actually. I just locked gates and walked around the building. If im a security guard how im i supposed to guard the site how do i protect myself. According to them im supposed to be calmed and call 911 and the manager. I dont know if im gonna get attacked at any moment. Work collegues are weird they talk to you like you have worked there for a while and that you know everything. I got yelled at by an engineer of the site for not knowing how to close a gate. The workplace is made a mess everytime i came in to work. People made a mess with their food containers. Noone ever threw the trash away until i did. They dont supply enough unifotms to work. I was only given one uniform to wear. Three weeks laters i get a call to go get more uniforms if i needed them. Its so unprofessional. YOU DONT WANT TO APPLY HERE. Terrible not even walmart is this bad. Not recommended. For it to be a multimilliin dollar company they pay very little for a security guard position. I got paid on Wednesdays which is weird. Cctv cameras will automatically shut down and reset themselves. Keys to the site are all used up, broke, or twisted. I was never trained to work the building alarms. No username or password for cctv cameras was put out. No inspections were made ever. Graveyard shifts are supposed to be 8 hr shifts but they make it 12 by making you go in 4 hrs earlier. No chance of making overtime. Training is payed at 7.25 an hr. Bad its a really bad company.
