When I was in high school, I worked at a fast food fish fry restaurant. One thing I can tell you about deep fryers is that the oil has to be filtered at least twice a day. After waiting for 10 minutes and several staff members passing by not only was my family ignored but also 2 other families. Even with a packed crowd on a Sunday morning it doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service that was provided. We didn’t even get acknowledged because there was no host. The staff passing by didn’t even give us a passing glance or mentioning that someone will be with us shortly. We will no longer be dining in this establishment for the foreseeable future, at least until they get their staffing and customer service issues sorted out.

Shoutout to Tracy for being an awesome server. Went for breakfast and felt very welcome by the staff, specially Tracy. The service was great and always with a smile on the face. I went to Dennys and they told me they never received my orders. They started my orders and everything looked nice, however when I got home one of my orders was incorrect. I was charged 2.49 extra for the bananas and strawberries on the pancakes, which Inever got. . I tried calling them several times, however no one answered. The place was not even packed, like they usually are, to mess up.

I never take the time to write reviews but I just had to let everyone know about my wonderful experience. I was pleasantly pleased with everything, but overall with our server Nadia. She was very attentive, when the food took a little long to come out she apologized and kept asking if there’s anything she could do for us. I never had to ask for refills because she was on top of it. We were just stopping by because we were on the road, but if I ever find myself in El Paso, I’ll definitely be coming back to this restaurant . Thank you Nadia and thank you Denny’s team!

She was present the appropriate amount without being overbearing. And she was prompt with all requests. The food was excellent hot and without delay. I am very satisfied with all aspects except for the music. Early in the morning. There are few people in the restaurant. As I am writing this review, I am the only one and the music is some sort of house or techno music and with no patrons to soften the noise, the music is loud and oppressive. That would not keep me from coming back. But something for management to consider. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I use to love going to Denny's but in my recent experience in short term it's trash. I went to the George Dieter location which took forever to get seating as a result never did and went to the Gateway location which was great to wait less than 10min. But, during this time we ordered super slams with unlimited pancakes. I took an hour to receive our food as the bacon was dry and cold and pancakes felt like and tasted like rubber. At this time other customer's got a little hostile with the waiter which caused a scene and made it uncomfortable for pretty much everyone. The only upside to this was the free milkshakes that accidentally were never charged to our tab.
