Jeff never fails to be AWFUL. I’ve been there 3 times and he is always so rude and condescending. He treats people as if they are dumb. I’m never rude to him or ask anything of him, just to be respectful and courteous to his customers. If he doesn’t like his job then he might as well just quit. :)

The worst customer service ever from what seems to be the "store manager". No wonder employees are also rude. They follow in his steps. New to the area and this is the closest location to me, but after 3 occasions of being treated poorly.. I rather make the extra drive and go to Family Dollar. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I work at 7 am in a few hours, and I was planning on buying some items for snack and lunch time. Now, will have to buy from a drive thru or convenience store. Less items at higher prices. DG, keep in mind customers plan our schedules and lives based on your schefuled hours. An employee shaves time off the schedule probably because they are being lazy and cheating . I shop here daily and the staff is mostly friendly and knowledgeable. This is a shame, and hope management prevents this schedule shaving going forward.

I paid, put my things away & went back in & looked for the other girl , told her the guy was calling u & u have a long line! She finally went up. They really need to b more aware of their surroundings & take care of each other better. The spanish older lady told me oh I'm not the cashier. I said well if u see the long line why not go get the other cashier. Other than that I like it there.
