I have to say that Rent A Wheel at store #27 on Montana in El Paso, Texas is awesome. They have been taking care of me since I have been Furloughed at my job recently and have been helping me out. They are awesome to deal with and I recommend them for anyone on need of tires and wheels. The store manager is Ruben Olivas and all the employees there are great!!!

Unfortunately, I have to retract my previous review. George, the so called manager would call 5 times a day even after I had answered them twice during the day. My payment wasn't even due till the next day. They also save your debit card information without permission. I usually call in my payments or drop em off in person in the afternoon after work. George took the liberty to charge himself the payment without letting me know. When he didn't find sufficient funds on one card he went to the other one they saved. Then when he didn't find funds in that one he went to another debit card and charged without notifying me. And no the payment was not late. Debit card fraud is what he did. I have since made arrangements to return merchandise and have locked all my debit cards that they saved without my permission. Although it hurts because i put some money in to these tires, I will not stand for the poor service George gave. His customer skills are not that of any good manager. I rather loose a little money than to keep this company in business. They will do anything to take their payment even if it's not right. Stay away from this place. It's unfortunate for the other employees because they are actually more qualified to be manager than George. Shop somewhere else. You'll thank me later and save more money in the long run. Called them to let them no where they could pick up their tires. They put me on hold. Unbelievable.

I just found out that there are hidden fees on your purchase of tires n wheels! No matter if it states 120 days same as cash. Very disappointed in the way this store handled the contract. There was no explanation as to this progressive tax n the Insurance for the merchandise. Here I was thinking that the contract price was the final price! Not a happy camper?. I have bought alot of wheels n tires from this company over the last 10-15 years! I am even more disappointed in the management that they didn't even consider a discount or something. They just kept repeating that was what it was. When the sales rep didn't even go into detail of the hidden fees n taxes. It's like when you buy a car the price is tax title n license all together. It's all in the contract! Don't miss understand the people are professional and courteous but not really in depth when explaining the contract. I was even quoted a price and when I went the next day to buy, they charged me a different price even after I explained the prior quoted price. I just think they should've tried to work with me. Don't plan to go back after this!
