All quest labs locations are difficult to deal with. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone so if you want to know how much the labs will cost you will have to go there in person at which time you wait and wait and you better be good at technology because you really have to schedule on their website and when you arrive you have to sign in on a computer. If you need any lab work that is not the basic run of the mill type they will not be able to help you but you won't know that until you get there and wait in line for your turn. You cannot even talk to a person if you have a question. you have to go into one of the rooms and finally talk to someone. good luck to anyone using Quest.

Literally insane how bad the service is here. Get new employees pls. Had an appointment, which is supposed to get priority over walk in supposedly. Literally checked in 10 mins prior to appointment. Did not get called up once. Minutes pass past my scheduled appointment time and still no call. I finally go up and ask whats happening and the lady said "we didnt know you were in lobby". I checked in and my name was never called, I sat in lobby for more than half an hour. Didn't even get an apology lol. Go anywhere else please

No front desk staff, most staff members are rude besides one. They seem inconvenienced to help you. Had to drop off a time sensitive sample and they ignored it, despite me telling them. Now have to do it all over again because it is a temperature sensitive sample. I expressed this and they didn't care. They truly don't value your time and the process/time it takes to get samples and to have them stored properly, especially with a young child. Now we have to come back and get more sample cups and start the process all over again.

We've been going at this location for the last 5 years and never had issues but this last time we suffered a racism situation, we come here to get tests done not to be judged by our height, weight. This guy "JOE" is the worst so be careful if he takes you in. He even made comments about my little one! come on, what's wrong with you people. Last time I go to this location.

Horrible place. Monica and Elaine were very rude employees. We went there to drop off a specimen that the Dr. recommended we drop off, and these ladies if I can even call them that, I would call them something else. They started yelling at us in front of other customers. Know wonder El Paso, TX has the worst customer service out of everywhere else in this country. Why hire these ladies if they do not know what they're doing and if they're going to be rude and obnoxious. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you do have to come to this facility beware of the mean and ugly people that work there.

I used to go to Quest for all my lab work and had no problems. Now it is just going downhill as far as any kind of personal assistance. Itā€™s gotten to the point that there is no one to get any kind of questions answered or assistance with making an appointment. I called to make an appointment and didnā€™t get anywhere with the auto voice assistance. So I went online to make an appointment and the sameā€¦ I thought I had successfully made an appointment but when I got there at 9:20 am the tablet to, AGAIN, enter my information tells me that I donā€™t have an appointment šŸ˜¤ It asks if 10:10 works for me. Well I was fasting and had a Dr. appointment in an hour so I just left. I went to Lab Corp and they were walk-in accessible, a human was there to take my lab orders and put in my ID info to their reception tablet. I was immediately called and out the door in no time!

The woman who help my son was very rude. The nurse was trying to give her a verbal order and she ignore it without stating why she couldn't accept the order. Kicked him out the system because she stated the time was running and took another patient. So that meant I would have to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. I decided to leave and will not be using there services again. If I have to drive an extra ten minutes for better service I will do so.

My wife has to get her blood work done in order to go to her appointment 4 days later, Iā€™ve been waiting here for 3 hours. I went to ask the lady at the door with the checklist how long I had to wait and she was rude about it, last time I was here she was rude as well. Last time two people cussed the lady out, I could understand if it was just one but if more than one person has a problem itā€™s obviously not them. Terrible customer service, canā€™t even call because itā€™s an automated service.

Horrible service! My sister has been in line since 5:30am only to draw blood! Which takes 5-10mins..... itā€™s currently 8:01am The only explanation we got was ā€œwe have appointmentsā€ if youā€™re going to have appointments every 15 mins throughout the day then donā€™t have walk ins at all. And they have no social distancing rules in place outside the establishment while there are mainly groups of elderly people waiting outside. Do better

Really hate that doctors send you to quest now. Bad customer service, they seem very unorganized. Made a appointment but when I arrived there was about 10 people standing outside that did not have appointments, so it was hard jst to get to woman at door because she kept closing the door every time Iā€™d try to approach to tell her I had an appointment. The restroom was dirty. Pee on toilet and floor.

I came for a drug test and first I got a new girl who needed to go ask someone else how to do things then I get a girl who told me to pee and after I couldnā€™t she said I had ā€œ3 hoursā€ from when I started the test to pew again...then said ā€œi learned something new today, you canā€™t do that you have to pee againā€ so because of wrong information I didnā€™t get hired at a job I really needed. The least she couldā€™ve done was call the employer and let them know she did give me wrong information maybe they couldā€™ve done something more for me. Iā€™m in the process of complaint to higher management. I didnā€™t come out dirty I just didnā€™t give enough urine,so in my eyes the worker shouldā€™ve known what to do,and not give me misleading information.

Not only was this experience appalling as a patient, but as a Nurse Practitioner, I hate to think that my patients experience this same unprofessional behavior. I will not be referring my patients to Quest. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The staff was HORRIBLE. I got to my appointment on time but as there is no direction I waited in line. One of the employees "checking" people in (Monica) says "I went out to the end of the line and you were not there." This of course was not the case, she stood at the door and yelled "appointments!" She proceeds to tell me I'll have to come in as a walk in and wait outside, I'm 6 months pregnant and it's the middle is summer in El Paso.

Had a really great experience. Made an appointment online at 10:00a. Checked in on my phone via text message they sent. Walked in at 9:53 and waiting room was packed to standing room only. But was shocked when staff was turning though patients in no time. I walked into a room at 10:05 and was walking out at 10:20. April was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I have Vasovagal Syncope and shortly fainted after getting my blood drawn April & Team went above and beyond to help me through it. 10/10 will be back. Keys to success seem to be the digital adoption offered by Quest, if you just walk you may have to wait a bit.

They never answer the phone! I took my son for several blood tests and the phlebotomist forgot to run tests for one thing. They claim the doctor did not request that test. Good thing I took pics with my phone of the doctor's order to prove it. Now I have to take my son again and he is terrified!!! Lab work was done a month ago and they never faxed the results to his doctor! This is just negligence. Also, I bumped into a friend that day and she said every time she goes they have her waiting forever. 1 star is too much credit for this bad service!!!!

1/5 Arrived early before my appointment. Pros: 1) quiet 2) clean Cons: 1) no one working front desk, just some dude sitting on a computer down the hallway. No one up front to assist customers 2) veterans/active duty, I was here for an appointment for my medical board and despite having the bill and paperwork on hand for the appointment paid for by the VA, quest had done processed by appointment. I showed up for an appointment that was paid for but didnā€™t exist in their system. I spoke with QTCM who handled the appointments for those going through the medical board, and quest diagnostics did not return their calls or emails 3) virtual check-in tablet had poor user interfaceā€¦ after my information not being in the virtual check-in database I tried doing a walk-in, which the option was hidden in the help menu instead of being on the front screenā€¦ this could be improved by adding this option to the front screen, IE select either 1) check-in for scheduled appointment, 2) walk-in, or 3) schedule future appointment

INCREDIBLY, and I can't stress this enough, INCREDIBLY, rude staff. Will act condescending at times to certain patients. They are however, extremely quick in service. I'll take it. Saves me tons of time.

Excellent service! I did make an appointment beforehand and had a speedy experience. My son had to have some complicated tests done for me to bring home and everything was explained thoroughly. She only had to poke my son once and did a great job talking him through the several tubes he had to get collected. Will definitely come here again. Update: Special shoutout to April -- I've had to come again and she is always delightful!

Staff is extremely rude and condescending. I been going to this location for almost 2 years and have never seen it this bad. I have had the same test done multiple times and when questioned what is the issue as it has been done one way before. The response i got was "well they were wrong". Then they continue to harass you about billing which was never an issue before. When i tried to explain who to bill it through i was told "we are going to bill it this way. If you get a bill to bad." They seem to hate their jobs and talk down to people or talk in circles telling you the same thing multiple times without listening to what you are saying or asking. When you ask to speak to the manager they will say "she is not here". On a positive note there was one employee there with purple hair that was very polite. Unfortunately I did not get her name. The rest of the staff should take lessons from her on customer service.

This location claimed to not have my paperwork from my doctor. I asked the tech (room 5 btw) to call the doctor. She said she was too busy and had customers waiting. I thought I was a customer too but I guess not. So I drove 10 miles home, called my doctor who said they had too sent the order as it was right there on her screen. Drove 10 miles back waited another 20 minutes to be called. Ended up in room 1 this time. When done i asked to see the manager and was told there is no manager. Not happy at all with quest. I will find a way to not have to go there again.

I have used this facility for bloodwork 3 times in the last two years. In each instance, I had a scheduled appointment, and was called within 5 minutes of my appointed time. The staff was very cordial, and the phlebotomists were quick, efficient, and totally professional. I will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.

I took my baby to get his blood drawn after coming from pebble hills since they couldnā€™t get blood from his heels. They poked his arm and I was so anxious but they were so compassionate, fast, helpful and their energy really helped me calmed down. Just had a great experience this morning with Julia! I made an appointment for 9:30am last night and was called in by 9:47. I immediately let her know that I have anxiety before getting blood drawn, have fainted in the past and would prefer to lay down. Julia was hands down amazing, sweet and accommodating. She took my fear away and kept asking me how I was doing. I was out by 10. The location was pretty crowded with walk-ins so I highly recommend making an appointment.

No front desk staff ! They gave me a difficult time because I was not wearing a face mask! I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face mask. I checked in and when my appointment time had passed I asked why I had not been seen yet. The staff member only said I needed a mask and would check to see why I had not been seen yet. When I mentioned I had a medical condition so I couldnā€™t wear a mask she walked away from me and did not check for my appointment. Staff members are really rude ! Zero people skills! Very unprofessional staff! I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! This facility does not need to be in business

I had my glucose test done today, and they were so fast and nice. They were so organized with no wait time and for once I didnā€™t get poked multiple times. Lots of people waiting at waiting room. The staff worked as a team to make sure we were all taken care in a timely matter. April was so professional when it was my turn to get my lab work. She explained every step and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Quest Diagnostics East Side office.

Horrible as always. Constant people in here arguing with the staff. People not getting called back. Well after my third horrible visit. I was one of those people. I sat there for an hour before someone finally answered me and it was till a full 20 minutes later then then saw me. They said my paperwork is messed up. I asked whatā€™s messsd up. They said I need to show my insurance card. I explain Iā€™m a veteran so I donā€™t have one. I have an authorization number. She tells me no. I have to have oneā€¦ā€¦Like, do you screen your phlebotomists ? Veteran authorization numbers are nothing new and I myself, Iā€™ve been using them for eight years now. She then gets mad with me because Iā€™m not gonna let someone who doesnā€™t know what theyā€™re talking about talk. She gets her manager which comes to me in plain cloths. Not even scrub bottoms. Who is this person ? Has food stains on their green tee-shirt. Looking like they just woke up. Disgusting. She then tells me the paperwork isnā€™t messed up and Iā€™m just wrong and need to understand I need an insurance card. Who are these people running this location? Itā€™s fine too. Because they said call their main number and thatā€™s what Iā€™m doing. Iā€™m reporting it he while location to include the manager for being in plain street cloths when trying to draw blood. Have a good day and I hope this location and the manager are fired. Never in my life have I been so disrespected.

Easy peasy as long as you schedule an appointment online! I came on a Saturday shortly after they opened and was turned away because there were no available appointments, so I scheduled one online for the following Friday. My appointment was at 10am, I was called back at 10:02 and I was out before 10:15! Staff was extremely friendly!

Worse experience with my daughter. She just turn 5 years . She was nervous about it. And the guy told her " stop crying (she was not crying just nervous) still is going to hurt and if you move I'm going to poke your other arm too" Guess what !! He did because he couldn't get any blood and he keep moving around the needle inside of her. My daughter didn't move at all but she said it hurts !! He is hurting me !!

Avoid this location at all cost. They don't post results in a timely manner. Their phones don't work. If you call it's busy all day. They don't get back to you. Their home office couldn't get in touch with them. They also don't respond to emails.

Well that's because of their HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!...

Went in for a glucose blood test that takes an hour and I signed in way before 1 hour before closing (which was at noon on a Saturday) and I wasnā€™t called to get my initial blood draw until 11:17 and was told that they couldnā€™t do lab because it takes an hour and they close at noon. So I waited in the waiting room with my toddler NEEDLESSLY. Had there been a sign that said something like ā€œif you arenā€™t here at least 2 hours before closing we will not perform glucose testingā€ or something that notifies you that even if you get to quest with more than enough time but THEY donā€™t call you in until past the time, they wonā€™t do the draw. Itā€™s ridiculous that I was there way before an hour before closing and THEY had me wait so long in the waiting room, they call me in late and then tell me that they canā€™t do it because itā€™s past 11 like itā€™s my fault. I told the lady that they should put a sign in the front because it would be very helpful and we could avoid needlessly waiting in the waiting room only to be denied and she said ā€œa sign that says we close at 12?ā€ With a very sarcastic tone. I am extremely disappointed with the horrible disrespectful service here. Highly recommend finding another quest. The one on Oregon has very fast service and friendly staff. Didnā€™t even mention that I am 3 months pregnant and had to FAST for this lab. Itā€™s been over 14 hours since I last ate and now I have to do this all over again another day. WORST quest ever!!!
