We
bought
a
new
home
back
in
2020
and
apparently
our
unit
was
manufactured
in
2019
and
installed
in
2020.
In
Dec.
2022,
our
unit
malfunctioned.
We
had
to
have
a
technician
come
fix
the
unit
on
Dec.
3.
On
Dec.
12,
our
unit
malfunctioned
again.
We
had
to
pay
MORE
MONEY
to
Wolf
Air
get
it
repaired.
We
have
warranty
under
parts
and
were
NEVER
given
the
money
back
for
that.
On
Nov.
13,
2023
we
had
to
pay
a
different
technician
because
our
unit
messed
up.
He
replace
the
gas
valve,
the
hose,
clean
the
coils
on
the
sensor.
It
is
finally
working.
We
were
told
by
Goodman
during
that
time
that
we
would
just
need
a
receipt
on
the
serial
number
of
our
unit
to
get
the
warranty
money
back
for
the
parts.
I
contacted
Goodman
today,
in
hopes
That
we
will
finally
get
some
money
back
from
all
the
money
we
have
spent
on
a
“brand
new
unit”
but
now
they
are
saying
that
it
was
the
contractors
job
to
give
us
our
money
back
for
the
warranty.
They
refused
to
tell
us
what
parts
they
gave
us,
and
how
much
they
cost
in
order
to
get
our
money
back.
They
are
refusing
to
assist
us,
two
different
different
customer
support
Representatives
have
told
us
different
things,
and
even
though,
according
to
our
technician,
this
one
is
about
to
give
out,
they
refused
to
assist
us.
I
have
been
told
by
all
three
different
technicians
that
Goodman
is
Not
a
reliable
brand
and
is
Known
for
malfunctions.
I
definitely
see
it
now.
They
are
not
taking
any
accountability
For
a
brand
new
unit
malfunctioning,
and
they
are
unwilling
to
assist
us
in
anyway.
I
am
very
disappointed
and
frustrated
with
how
poorly
we
have
been
treated
and
the
lack
of
assistance
we
were
given.
