A few months ago I came in to take a glucose test and was told I only had to wait an hour after I drank the drink. I waited for almost two hours and told one of the workers that I had been waiting. The person, Stephanie, taking my blood out was bothered that I had said I had been waiting longer than I was suppose to. Stephanie took me and was VERY aggressive when taking out my blood, it was very painful and I even asked if she could do it on the other arm and completely ignored what I said. I was left with a big bruise on my arm. Here I am today at the same location because it is close to my house and I have to do the same test and I asked the first person who took out my blood I did not want Stephanie to take out my blood after the hour I have to wait... she ignored my request and I was taken to Stephanie’s room and said i did not want her taking out my blood and explained why. I was told to wait she came out to the waiting room and handed me the sticker that goes onto the tube and gave me attitude and gave me dirty looks. If you can’t control their emotions then you shouldn’t be working in a place where you deal with people... the other girl that ended up taking my blood was great and very helpful.

I hope you never get Rocio to do your blood work don’t know what was the problem she was so rude! Never had someone so rude about everything I asked her. If she so unhappy there she shouldn’t be working there!

Not even sure they should have a three star rating i wen to an OB appointment and was told to go get labs went to quest for the labs and ots been about 2 months my OB still hasnt gotten the results for my labs

Very rude staff, very dissapointing. The women that take your bloodwork talk to you very disrespectful and condescending. I ended up leaving that place and went to another Quest where the staff was very polite and professional, all the contrary to vista del aol’s location, I will not go back there again and will report it to the insurance agencies…

First off, LOVE that they are open early. Showed up first thing in the morning at 6am, i was the 3rd person in line. They opened immediately when they said they would, i signed in on the tablet and sat down to wait maybe 30 seconds before they were already calling my name. They got information, drew blood, took urine, and had me out in less than 10 minutes. AMAZING service with this visit.

Great and quick. Walk-ins are taken last, so I highly recommend arriving early in the day.

Why do u guys even have appointments if we arrive by the time the appointment is scheduled and almost an hour later we get helped? Its ridiculous

I came for blood work. Got there within the business hours and the place was all dark and locked up before close of business hours. My son had fasted all day for the blood work and he wasn’t able to get it done simply because they decided to leave early without any notice or note left. I tried to call the main company and there’s no way to reach anyone or leave a message. Go somewhere else if you can.

Got sent for bloodwork and it was fast and reasonably well done but over 600 dollars for bloodwork is beyond obscene. Considering bloodwork is a baseline thing done for everything medical beyond a stubbed toe this is unacceptable. That is more than 3 weeks pay full time for working folks. Because of this experience i disavow any further medical treatment by this company. There was no upfront information on this cost and i anticipated 80 to 200 max for such a routine procedure. When a full day of our labor amounts to 70 dollars take home that is already spoken for by rent and gas and we have to worry about 10 dollars for food this is nothing more than a scam.

This place is always slow! I go the one week only accepting appointments. Get an appointment go today and their water broke. I had to put my phone number down for the appointment so why wasn't I called to tell me the appt was canceled. They didn't offer to give me appt. At another location? Everytime I have to give blood I go through this I will be reporting them to the insurance agencies!

For walk-ins the morning staff is best. Fast, efficient they get you in and out fast. The afternoon staff, terrible. No one in the front for more than 20 minutes. Found them all chilling in the back. Another 10 minutes before they called an appointment in.

Went in Monday for lab work, when the blood was drawn I felt a sharp tingly pain on my arm, and let the lab tech know.. she said it was normal.. come to find out it's some kind of nerve damage..

Horrible personnel. My mom just had blood drawn at the facility and encountered a disgruntled technician apparently going off on a political rant. Last time I checked these people are employed to do one thing: draw blood. Keep your political misery to yourself.

Called for a simple question. Worst costumer service. Completely automated. You never get a human. Taking my $$ and business to another lab.

Went in Monday am without an appt. I was finished in under 10 minutes. The visit was very well organized!! The person who handled my appt was very efficient and kind!

Refused to draw my labs, even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing and the waiting room was empty because "a scheduled appointment might show up".

The phlebotomist was very good at her work. Very patient and comforting since she had to draw more than 25 tubes of blood! 😕

Best to make an appointment. Once you arrive, if there is a waiting line you can bypass it if you have an appointment. The technicians are fast. In and out in minutes.

My sister has to have lab work every month for meds. No other place can find her veins as efficiently as this office .thank you

I highly recommend going here, especially if you get Lora. I have an elevated phobia of needles and on occasion, have felt dizzy. Lora asked me to distract myself with my cell and before I was able to finish a round of Panda Pops, she was finished. I didn't feel a thing. All I can say is, "damn she is good". If you can I highly suggest you ask for Lora.

They are closed at 6:00 am I was there for 40 min and no body was there, If the place is going to be closed they should put the right time when they are going to open.

Not Happy with service. Took my daughter as a walk-in today. The wait was not long at all but the lady drawing her blood was abrubt, rude, and inconsiderate.

went in for glucose blood work for pregnancy. worker was rushed. the following week, a bruise began to develop. I ended up with a enormous and dark bruise. my arm was in pain for a good 3 4 weeks.

I went for some blood work and the service was fast and friendly. A young lady was about to take my blood, I was closing my eyes and bracing for it!! BTW "I hate needles",and she says we are done! I was impressed I didn't even feel the needle going in! excellent work!!

Always was a great place for me, but las Friday the was so rude and she cut inside my vein and I have a bump and ugly bruise.

Carlos & Naomi were the 2 that helped me & they were both friendly which has been so hard to find here in El Paso, Texas. Naomi did my lab work & i told her i have to look at photos & socialize to get thru lab work without swooning..lol..she asked where i am originally from due to being a military spouse and with a country twang accent-she really made the experience less stressful & was so gentle! Fast service & pleasant customer service!

The service was very fast and efficient. With the system of making appointments through the application, it is quick and easy to do.
