Wow,
where
do
I
start?
For
a
business
that
is
operating
to
deliver
cookies-
they
literally
are
failing
at
every
aspect
of
customer
service
and
actually
getting
the
cookies
delivered.
Today
I
ordered
a
dozen
cookies
to
be
delivered
as
a
thank
you
to
a
healthcare
worker
in
a
hospital.
This
order
was
placed
about
8am
to
be
delivered
at
1:30pm.
I
received
a
very
weird
voice
mail
that
I
listened
to
at
5:00pm
left
at
about
1:45
from
a
gentleman
from
insomnia
cookies,
who
sounded
frustrated
and
rude
telling
me
that
they
weren't
allowed
to
deliver
my
order
because
1
out
of
the
dozen
cookies
wasn't
available.
Yes,
I
know
this
sounds
ridiculous
but
it
actually
happened.
I
called
the
business
3
times,
and
no
answer.
Finally
on
the
4th
try
Javier
(not
sure
if
that
was
his
name)
answered
and
immediately
tried
to
blame
the
mishap
on
the
delivery
driver
saying
they
were
waiting
on
the
driver
to
pick
up
my
order.
This
was
at
5:30pm
lol.
When
he
looked
in
further
he
confirmed
that
they
still
had
my
order
sitting
out
(lol
what
is
the
point),
I
told
him
the
staff
went
home
already
and
the
order
was
useless
to
be
delivered
and
the
cookies
were
obviously
already
cold.
I
then
got
scolded
by
the
manager
for
being
ridiculous
for
being
upset
about
the
mishap,
who
also
refused
to
provide
the
franchise
owner's
information.
Seriously
go
for
crumbl
or
Tiff's
Treats;
this
place
sucks,
the
management
is
awful,
like
most
people
Would
be
happy
just
replacing
the
1/12
cookies
with
whatever
was
available
and
a
coupon
for
next
time
or
freebie
to
make
up
for
it;
holding
an
order
for
4
hours
and
then
trying
to
blame
the
Grubhub
delivery
driver
is
just
lazy
and
poor
customer
service
