I ordered cookies 2 days in advance. The delivery address was repopulated with my billing address when I placed the order. I noticed this right away and made the correction. My order was still delivered to the wrong address. When I called to notify them, I was given HORRIBLE customer service and told I would have to wait 3 more hours for the correct delivery. I agreed. 4 1/2 hours and 5 rude phone calls later my cookies arrived. Want delicious fast cookies? Go to the store, buy your ingredients, bake from scratch and your cookies will still be done sooner than this place delivers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. We were repeatedly told that they were just "so busy" so we drove by the store right after the delivery and waited outside... not a customer in sight. Want to be up all night? Look no further.

This girl in the photo should not work at Insomnia Cookies. She is rude, disrespectful, and lacks customer service skills. I am never coming back to this store.

Went To get a 12 pack of cookies, when I ordered the orange hair girl said some of the cookies are baking and they would be ready in 5 minutes. I said okay and was patiently waiting… 30 minutes go by and the guy up front asks me what my order is and the girl goes up to him and tells him my order and he tells her “the cookies are ready in the warmer why do you have her waiting” she told him she can’t give me those because my order is for delivery through an app. 8 more minutes go by and I see her grab a box and started packing my order from the cookies that have been ready for the bast 38 min in the warmer then she takes the box to the back seals it and brings it out to me. Like seriously?? Had me waiting over half an hour for cookies that had been ready? Not going back definitely not worth the unnecessary wait.

Service is horrible I went on two separate occasions and ordered cookies on the App. Sat in the waiting area infront of the counter both times for over an hour. The little girl who runs the counter would look at me and just roll her eyes cause I never received a text my cookies are ready. Her attitude is horribly rude. If I saw someone waiting in my area for over an hour while others are coming and going I'd ask if they had been helped. Both times I had to ask if my order was ready. Received attitude and my order had been sitting on the oven waiting. Completely unacceptable worst service ever. If 0 stars was an option I'd choose that one star is to good. Will tell everyone how horrible the service is.

Horrible service, two men were super rude to me. He even ripped the bag out of my hand, manager came out and we even more rude. Came at 7:08ish on a Tuesday. I always come here so I’m suprised . Wow, where do I start? For a business that is operating to deliver cookies- they literally are failing at every aspect of customer service and actually getting the cookies delivered. Today I ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered as a thank you to a healthcare worker in a hospital. This order was placed about 8am to be delivered at 1:30pm. I received a very weird voice mail that I listened to at 5:00pm left at about 1:45 from a gentleman from insomnia cookies, who sounded frustrated and rude telling me that they weren't allowed to deliver my order because 1 out of the dozen cookies wasn't available. Yes, I know this sounds ridiculous but it actually happened. I called the business 3 times, and no answer. Finally on the 4th try Javier (not sure if that was his name) answered and immediately tried to blame the mishap on the delivery driver saying they were waiting on the driver to pick up my order. This was at 5:30pm lol. When he looked in further he confirmed that they still had my order sitting out (lol what is the point), I told him the staff went home already and the order was useless to be delivered and the cookies were obviously already cold. I then got scolded by the manager for being ridiculous for being upset about the mishap, who also refused to provide the franchise owner's information. Seriously go for crumbl or Tiff's Treats; this place sucks, the management is awful, like most people Would be happy just replacing the 1/12 cookies with whatever was available and a coupon for next time or freebie to make up for it; holding an order for 4 hours and then trying to blame the Grubhub delivery driver is just lazy and poor customer service

I use to love getting their cookies, but after going there two different times, I would say that they need to cook their cookies alittle longer.. I literally came home and threw them in the oven for a few more minutes longer... the outside is cooked, barely, and the inside is still gooey and still doughy... I didn't want this batch to get me sick like the last two times before... But the service was actually good this time... I always hate going there because the customer service is bad and this time I made an online order, rather than going there to find out they ran out of cookies and having to wait 30 minutes for them to make more. They should have cookies ready for everyone until they close and not run out by 11pm... when they are opened until 3am.. it's ridiculous.

I didnt get the chance to take a picture of the cookies because they were so good we ate them all. We got a box of 6 cookies (mint,double chocolate, vegan birthday cake,and 2 white macadamia cookies) they were sooo good and soft 🤤. The fact that there open till 2am is awesome. Its a very small place so not much seating but for those cookies id sit on the floor. The guy at the front was very patient with serving us! A++ for this business. We will be back!!

Wonderful experience. Easy online ordering, and curbside availability. I decided to go inside and pick up, and had a wonderful experience with the lady working! She chatted a little about different cookies that I had ordered. She was very personable. We will be back!

Ordered online, curbside pickup, gourmet cookies and great ice cream too. Highly recommend, more so because it's obvious the company cares about public safety as they have signs indicating only 1 customer allowed inside at any time and it was actually ENFORCED! Witnessed 2 numbskulls be told to wait outside as the third stooge was allowed to stay in and order.

Cookies were warm and tasty but for $3 per cookie they were extremely small. I wouldn’t see myself ordering a large order.

Cookies are good, they are expensive though. Not sure I could justify eating them everyday. Definitely a once in a while thing.

This was my second time trying insomnia. The first time was just bad. Thought I'd give them another try. I ordered chocolate chip, jingle gingerbread, candy apple. The jinglebread and candy apple were under cooked. All 3 cookies were placed in one bag, the two undercooked were smooshed together, who does that? why would you serve/ sell the cookies without letting them rest/ cool first. Why put two different flavor uncooked cookies on top of each other? SMH So I bought 3 cookies and only enjoyed the chocolate chip one. It was really good. I'm not sure if the employees or management care that we want to frequent the business but also get what we paid for. I write both good and bad reviews, sometimes I get replies but I hope this is helpful to someone.

I never had issues with the Insomnia Cookies in Austin, but beware of this location. The woman working is extremely rude, and my husband and I ended up with food poisoning. My cookies were vegan/gf, too.

The Cookies were really Good and Warm, The service on the other hand was anything but warm and welcoming. Best cookies I've had in a long time! I was a bit concerned with the reviews about bad customer service, but the guy I picked up my order from was very nice. I will definitely make this a regular spot to get sweets. The cookies are made just how I like them, they're soft. If you like them a little more "baked" just stick them in the oven for a few minutes. But, I love them the way they are. Melt in your mouth! So good!
