One of the cutest Starbucks I've been too :) The atmosphere is relaxing!! The servers are friendly! My drink was incredibly well made, my friends wasn't mixed well. I would still recommend this location for a Starbucks stop or study break. :)

The atmosphere of this Starbucks in very conducive to doing school or commuter work, both indoor and outdoor. While the outdoor area is fairly small, the indoor seating options are very varied and plenty. The baristas are always busy, yet are pleasant and polite, providing the kind of courtesy and welcoming experience one expects from a Starbucks location.

This is the greatest Starbucks ever. The environment is popping. The music and friendliness of the staff and customers. I'm visiting from San Antonio and enjoyed visiting this store every day I was here.

I like Starbucks but since the pandemic, things have gotten bad in terms of service. There's always going to be a bad apple, even in the best restaurants and coffee shops. But nowadays, it has become common place and frankly, it is troubling. You cannot request anything from the baristas or you'll get a lecture of how hard they work and they expect better respect, etc. I worked in fast food and I faced the worst types of people but I always put my work first above my dislikes and personal problems. This is not the standard anymore in what once was one of the best coffee shops to hang around outside and near the UTEP campus.

I love the way Starbucks employees attend the customers today I had to go and do a pre test and a guy employee he has big earrings on and a black hat and white he was cute and tall he came up to me and my mom to ask if we wanted water that was so nice from him and I wish I had his name and his number when he left he even sad bye to me was so sweet and when I go to the restroom people ask me for the code because i know it from memory i love to help people out and i love to go to Starbucks and more that I'm going to start going to school i love the environment that is my fav place to go and they attend thy attend the people really good 😍💖❤️👑

First time coming back to this Starbucks since their renovation. Ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew through the Drive-thru. I thought it looked weird but didn't say anything when I received it. I figured I just needed to swirl it a little to let the cream and coffee blend. I was wrong - tasted sour, like maybe the cream went rancid? I had already driven away and was down the street when I noticed the drink flavor was never going to improve, so I did not return to ask someone to remake it. Wasted $6. Won't be coming back. I'd recommend going to the Starbucks on Executive instead for more efficient service and consistent drink/food quality.

Decent parking. They have a combination lock on the bathroom, and you had better not ask for a receipt, even if you tip them ahead of time.

Best customer service! My husband and I forgot our wallets so we tried ordering online. We arrived at Starbucks and out order didn't go through but our money was taken. The barista (didn't get her name) was super nice and tried helping us. She gave us pur drinks for free to make it up to us. We insisted on paying, she declined. Thank you so much.

Went today had to use the restroom and wanted a coffee. I’m a gold. Add member but the employees said if I didn’t make a purchase first then I couldn’t use there restroom. I left and went to the Starbucks in Albertsons. A note to all Starbucks employees ( If you can be fired you don’t own a company) Update::: They have started over putting ice and then charging for light ice or no ice which is against Starbucks policy

This Starbucks is fantastic! It feels more like a local place than a corporate place. The manager and baristas are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The cafe doesn't have as much seating as it used to, but it's still a cool place to hang out!

Starting from the manager to the workers. Great service. That is a perfect example of leading by example. Employees look happy and go above and beyond in helping customers.

This particular Starbucks is fine, but I don't have as much of a coffee flavor from my drinks as I do at any other Starbucks in the area. I've been to this one a couple times and think I'll just hit a different one from now on.

The staff were very very friendly and made us feel welcome, however we were rubbed the wrong way with the manager Angel. He did a poor job at managing the store as it was unorganized. He was not good at supervising the staff and ensuring efficiency. The lines both inside and in the drive thru were slow to move. The gentleman in front of us (inside) even decided to leave as it was frustratingly slow. Angel should have been more proactive. Most of all, Angel was unfriendly, with an attitude that almost made us not even leave a tip. We did only because the other staff were very kind. The manager has a duty to supersede the staff in ensuring the customers are happy and feel taken care of. This unfortunately did not happen.

My experience here is always amazing. One of the baristas, Leo, always has a smile and is very welcoming and caring. He will fix your drinks if they were madre wrong. Sometimes my matcha tastes only like milk, and I always lets him know when this happens. Without a problem he fixes this issue. He is definitely my favorite Starbucks partner!

This Starbucks location has become a great spot for me when I need to study and do homework. When I’m in UTEP and need to do homework, I would be going there, get something to drink and eat, and from there, I would carry on with my homework. I used to not had a thing for Starbucks until I saw someone from campus about a drink they had, which caught my attention, which is the passion tea with lemonade. When I tried it, it tasted so good! After that day, I would always go to Starbucks and would order that every time I go. I would also get some food as well. I was a bit sad when Starbucks was under remodeling 🥲 but it looks more nicer and modern. When I’m not by the UTEP area, thankfully there is another Starbucks by my house in Horizon and would also get my to go drink. But for this Starbucks by UTEP, their staff is so nice, and their service is amazing. ☺️

3 strikes for this location ?. I have gone on three separate occasions and each time my drink has been absolutely terrible. Starbucks is not cheap and it had sadly been a waste. I drink a lot of Starbucks from various locations so i know what our is supposed to taste like and the only reason ive gone back is because everyone is allowed a bad day but three is enough for me. It makes me sad because it's so close to where i work. Time to look for another coffee shop.

Went to this location early yesterday morning for breakfast. The drive thru line was a little long but went by pretty quickly. The employee that took my order was very friendly and even disinfected my credit card after I paid. Super awesome customer service! I wish I would've gotten his name. Thank you!
