"Sofia" the manager was rude at the Mesa & Festival location. When I called her out on her rudeness, she insulted me. I had been stopping at this location almost every morning and bought items for my office because it was convenient, and the products are all great. However, when I had a problem and requested to talk to the Manager, "Sofia" came to the window and was irresponsibly rude. I won't be going back to this location and advise others to seek out another Dunkin location too! "Sofia" even says it is OK if we all go somewhere else! Shame on "Sophia."

Quality is always good, but what's the deal with online orders never being ready on time? I'll place an order 15-20 minutes before arriving and I'm still waiting another 5-10 minutes to get my order. What the hell is the point of having online pick up if it's never met within a reasonable time frame. Normally I'd understand if it was busy but this location rarely gets traffic, so what gives?

My brother (Who's disabled) goes every day to get a cold coffee, and on Sunday he got disrespected by some lady called Berta. From what I know she is the manager on shift and she even told other employees to denied him service. He is visible disabled and uses a cane, he's not disrespectful at all and he just wanted to say Hi to one of the guys that works there. There's no reason for her to behave in such a disgusting manner with someone who goes there daily. I'll keep in touch with the brother about the incident and I might go talk to her. She better behave next time.

I love this location. It is the cleanest, and nicest location of all Dunkin donuts in the city. My kids and I come here on a daily basis. The dining area has such nice decor, very modern. It's always very clean. Nice and comfy seating. The employees are always so nice and welcoming we are always greeted with a smile.Their iced coffee is the best , I love the variety of flavors. The donuts are always fresh. I always have a great experience. Thankyou to the entire staff for the always fast and friendly service.

Horrible experience every time. The girl working the drive through intercom has bad attitude. I literally order the same thing every other day and this incompetent girl literally has the audacity to tell me my drink has been “discontinued for months now”. I asked for a simple iced caramel macchiato in decaf. I explained I got one literally yesterday and I’ve always gotten that drink made. She said we have never offered that drink in decaf and refused to even ask somebody else for assistance or offer another drink. She was so rude. They officially lost my business. I have had enough with staff not knowing their own menu.

I purposely went to this location today because of my experience the first time. Was trying to thank a young lady for her outstanding customer service and done last in the back in the drive thru kept interrupting. So distasteful I threw my coffee away. 1 rude person will drive customers away. I have enough coffee at the house. Will never waste my time or money ever again

The young lady who answered the drive through lied to my mother and I when we asked for decaf iced coffee. she said there was no such a thing available. I wasn't going to debate her lie over a drive through speaker. Went somewhere better instead where they are not blatant liars (had to give at least one star to post or it would have been NO stars)

The food is decent considering they follow corporate recipes but the service is horrible. I've been several times and they are usually out of certain product. Several times the drive thru orders have been wrong. I can understand mistakes but rudeness and unprofessional work ethic is what I received in return several times. They don't call out the food orders. You have to stand in front of the counter and ask repeatedly if it's your order. Workers seem disgruntled. It's a downer of an atmosphere. On one occasion they were closed at 7am on a weekday for some sort of meeting as the doors were locked. No acknowledgement as I tried to open the door. Just a sign that read "closed for meeting". If you want rude and unprofessional service for breakfast this is the place to go.

The service is spectacular I actually messed up on my coffee and I asked them to please fix it they did and with a smile on they're face. I love the presentation of the doughnuts they are right in front of you not behind the person attending you at the counter. I just hope that the next time I visit it stays like this great service and products but overall 5 stars!

Not once have you all been able to get my order correctly. Every single time I have tried this location something is wrong — you get the wrong milk, incorrect size, and/or wrong flavor. Sometimes you don’t even get that and have missed items completely. You would think that with what looks like 10 people working there getting something like one latte would be an easy task.

The morning crew ROCKSSSSS! I cannot say the same about the night people... they’re usually not helping or they sound very annoyed. But the morning crew are always offering you a new drink to try and they sound normal or really happy. I’m a human who needs her iced coffee no sugar just cream and vanilla drink every morning & they always make it perfect. Whoever manages the morning shift is making a great job. Night shift please smile more.

Cashier with multiple piercings and cap was not a happy camper. Kept on turning around to make eye contact with another employee to roll their eyes at my long order. Honestly you're better off going to Vista or getting iced coffee from Michoacana. The store was hot and I know that it was unbearable for the employees on account of the ongoing ovens baking donuts non-stop. The soap dispenser was not working;therefore, they had watered down soap available from a pump. We have all done that trick at home come on now. Rude service will help people stay fit, so thank you for the bad service.

Odered a Cappuccino and what a waste of money. It tasted like regular coffee with cream. Also there were no donuts and this was at 9:00 am. What's up with that. Customers were leaving because of this. Another thing I didn't like was that the employee's were eating while serving customers thru the drive thru window. That's a big NO NO. Horrific service. Management needs to do a better job.

This has to be the worst location. The one on Redd much better but so far from me so I resort to coming here, today was the last time. It’s just so terrible. 5 employees just stand around meanwhile they’re out of almost all donuts at 9am. No boxes for the donuts so the goofy worker shoved all 6 of my donuts in a bag, no common sense. Last time I go there!

Employees have bad attitude towards customers. They’re rude and get your order wrong. It is not the first time I receive my order wrong, and when I asked employee Martin about it, his solution was “adding sugar” to an iced coffee. If you want your order wrong and have it thrown at you on the counter, you’re in the right place!

I went through the drive-thru and the server was a bit short with me, as if I was bothering her by coming by. Perhaps she was annoyed that I didn't having my order ready as soon as she asked for it - I hemmed and hawed a bit as I tried to figure out what I wanted. I asked her what their options were for the filled donuts because I couldn't read the menu (the print is miniscule from my car) and she seemed put-out having to list options for me. It made me feel rushed and guilty for taking up her time as the drive-thru was completely empty, no cars in the parking lot. But hey, I understand, my patronage was probably throwing her day off. I'm sure everyone coming through the drive-thru has their order ready to go as soon as they're asked. I apologize for my lack of preparation. Because I realized I was the problem, I didn't say anything when I saw that they had thrown my order of half dozen donuts into a paper sack. I drove home, opened my bag to pull donuts out for my daughter only to see the glazed donuts were all gooey and stuck together on the bottom of the bag AND, they forgot my Bavarian cream filled donut to boot. So maybe I was heavy on the sarcasm, but honestly, I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, because I understand when businesses are busy and understaffed, customers can be rude and ruin their day. Kindness goes a long way, but it's a two way street. I was kind and courteous and it was met with rudeness and blatant disregard for me my order. No problem, I'll just go somewhere else next time

Dunkin has always been my favorite morning place, but lately, the donuts are hard, not only at this location but in multiple states. I travel, so I experience multiple DD. I also used to work with DD over 30 years ago. So I definitely know the change. But I'm still going. 🤣. And glad you started the sweet tea again. That was a fail for the stores.

Just got an iced coffee and it kind of tastes like what I imagine dirty dish water would taste like. Now this may be because they ran out of milk so I had to get it with almond milk which I guess doesn’t work for me. But how does a coffee place as big as Dunkin run out of milk? Poor management. Sometimes the coffees are fine but other times they are undrinkable. So thats $5 down the drain literally. I can’t go back and get a new one bc I have to go to work so it just puts a damper on my day, now picture this once or twice a week… this is just constructive criticism. Also please dry the coffee cups before you hand them to the customer so they don’t destroy our clean cars or at least give us napkins when you notice the cups are wet and sticky. Lastly, am I the only person that likes ICE in their iced coffees? Not like 3 cubes but like a normal iced coffee amount of cubes should be……. That is all.

The drive thru situation at this location kinda sucks. The avocado toast was better than expected though. That and the hummus and sun dried tomatoes are a good choice if you want to avoid sweets.

  • 4/5 joseph p. 1 year ago on Google
Realize it’s sometimes busy (this time was not) but an order of large hot with 2 sugar should be easy enough to get right, it wasn’t. And at this store I’ve taken to check my order before drive off bc these mis-orders seem to be norm rather than occasional.

I've gone here for awhile with my husband. They have gone down in quality of service and customer care. I really don't think I'll be coming here anymore. They were out of both glazed and chocolate glazed donuts 3 hours before closing ? Nwver nind the fact that she listed off only 3 choices of donuts being available. What kind of nonsense. Then had made us inside to pay because the register was down and looked upset with us about their machine going down? What? How is that anyone's fault?? I have never in my 30 years heard of such utterr disregard. I've even had better experiences in NYC where they are notorious for poor service.

  • 5/5 Lily G. 7 months ago on Google
I’ve never had a bad experience here so I guess I’m really lucky and there was a really sweet girl working the counter who was just so nice and helpful. And when they haven’t had the French crullers in the display they’ll check to see if there’s more!

  • 1/5 Oscar G. 6 months ago on Google
Constantly getting wrong order and no resolution from morning management or afternoon management. Given wrong number to put my complaint and left with a product I paid that I don't like or want. I will highly recommend to check your order at the drive thru even if the line wraps around the building. Take your time and check what you are paying for. If not you're going to get a surprise.

Probably one of the worst places for customer service. Got to this place and all the staff were busy talking. The donuts were fine but I decided to order a chocolate to go, kept waiting till I asked one of the staff members for my hot chocolate to realise they had forgotten. They quickly rushed to make one. Once I opened the chocolate on my way back home I found half a cup of chocolate only and even without the whipped cream! Very pretty place on the inside, it's a shame they have no customer service.

Edit: Since my first review, they have made improvements, largely due to firing the mentioned manager. Again, I like conducting a little business at this place. Most the the staff are very friendlly. PREVIOUS REVIEW: This Dunkin' used to be my favorite; no longer. For a straight week my drink order was botched. When I finally complained, the manager tossed my refund at me. Lost my business today.

Stopped in Dunkin in El Paso at Festival and Mesa. We had the best experience!! The manager Eric was super polite and helpful to the customers but I was SO impressed with how he spoke to his staff. He was so professional and treated them with the utmost respect. It was wonderful to see a young man representing himself and his employer so positively.

The donuts are always amazing and coffee isn't bad either, but I'm giving 4 stars because whenever I go in the staff will be making drinks and texting on their phones at the same time. I don't think that's appropriate. When I'm at work my phone has to be in my locker.

  • 1/5 James G. 2 years ago on Google
They are always out of something. If you're not gonna carry a certain item anymore then take the pictures and menu down. Don't leave it up there like people can order them. It's been a week since they've had some things and the menu board hasn't changed. Dunkin has gone way down hill. Time to start going somewhere else

I ordered an ice matcha latte this morning around 7:15 am, specifically asked for almond milk. They did not use almond milk. How do I know that? I’m lactose intolerant so when I got to work I had the runs. Thanks 👍
