This is a great activity for family gatherings, or groups of friends tired of the routine! We have done bothTaken and Once upon a time. So try new things, have fun, and give this a whirl. We have gone through with all ages and with a member that has mobility issues; he was able to make it thorough the rooms no problem. The employees were courteous and we will be back.

First off, I want to say that this place was very clean and well put together. My wife and I chose "confinement" for our escape adventure today. We had a great time! This was only our third escape room attempt. We thought the room was put together well and the puzzles were not easy, but offered enough challenge to make us think. We really liked everything about the room, and guess what? This room was the first part in a series of six rooms that are all tied into a story. That means every time we go into another room we progress in the tale as a whole. So cool!!! If you are just starting out in escaping, keep going! Our first two rooms we really sucked and had to have at least ten clues to finish, and extra time. This time we did it with only 5 clues and time to spare (7 minutes). We want to encourage everyone out there who has an interest to go do it... and learn from every experience. You won't regret it! We also say DO NOT MISS Red Door! Such an awesome place and the staff even let us know about other escapes to try out. Who does that? Only people who love adventure and sharing it with everyone every way. Thanks to everyone at Red Door for being AWESOME!!!

We had a group of 7 and we split in 2 to compete. We had a blast! The employees were awesome and the “hints” gave us just enough to figure it out.

We played Confinement and had a blast. Level of difficulty was spot on and extremely enjoyable. Our game masters were Reuben, Destiny and Hugo, and they were fantastic MC's for the evening. Would recommend to any "would-be sloth", it was so much fun. We won!

I have been to a lot of escape rooms, and this one had a lot of potential, but all of the interesting things were after getting out of the first room, and we were sabotaged on our first room because our game master kept giving us clues that we had already solved, making us think that we had to keep using those clues to do additional things. Even when we responded to a clue by saying we already did it, they kept flashing the same clues up on the screen. I don’t know if they need additional staff or if the staff just need to pay more attention, but it ruined the experience. I don’t think I would go back, at least not before maxing out the other escape room opportunities in town.

The easier level is a little more challenging than you think at least to get to the bonus vaulted safe. We tried cash me if you and absolute blast! Great time with friends. Only downside the group before us were a little behind schedule and that pushed out start time back. And we wish we warned about no alcohol in the room but it is allowed in the lobby area.

Today was our first time at Red Door and it was a blast! The employees had amazing customer service, they were very welcoming from the moment we stepped in to the moment we exited the building. They were very thorough in regards of the expectations and rules! It was just me and my BF and we Escaped! Yaayy!! Will for sure come back to try the remaining rooms.

This place is really cool and super fun. It's good for groups or for just a couple people. The game masters are always super friendly and the rooms really make you think outside the box. We really enjoy coming here.

I really respect a business whose management is heavily invested in the establishment and makes sure their customer's experience was worth while. Despite the rough experience on my second visit here, the effort put in to make things right made me give it another try. My following experience certainly made up for the previous one, which had nothing to really do with the room itself. More so some of the employees. The rooms I've played were really fun and well thought out. I can't wait to go back and try to tackle the remaining ones.

We did the Last stop on L-Train, and we do NOT recommend. If you are looking to solve and engage in your escape room, or visit one with multiple rooms this is not for you. It’s a 30 minute experience that took us 20. The story line was bare minimum and was definitely not a crowd pleaser, nor an exciting escape room. Save your MONEY!! i should have asked for a refund. #notimpressed

It was a great team building experience. We had a 7 person team and we did the "The Gift" it was a lot of fun and our game master was AWESOME!!

We this as a Family and it was a great experience. We loved it. The staff is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. David and Jackie did great as our hosts.

Interesting experiences.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had being there. Which is a shame because the first time we went and did confinement it was amazing. This time around we did taken and it was a complete mess. The whole purpose of the game is to communicate through walkie talkies the first half of the game. But the walkers didn’t even work! That went on for about 15 min I kept waving to the camera trying to catch someone attention to tell them the walkies didn’t work and no response. Finally I left the room just to find someone. When they finally replaced them the new walkies were still messing up. We tried to get someone’s attention we got frustrated and was left like that for another 15 min. So that’s 30 min that’s gone by for a game that’s only a hour. They finally got them fixed but by then we didn’t even wanna play anymore. We actually got really desperate because we were getting no responses and pulling out some drawers to get to the other ones that were locked and got yelled at. Which fair enough but if we’re getting no response or help with faulty equipment we got desperate. Plus we did it because when they were suppose to have live actors. What love actirs were they talking about?! Because the only person we saw was one guy that jumped scared us before we even started the game. Like I said it’s a shame because confinement was amazing, the staff was nice (even the lady that yelled at us), and the themes are pretty cool. However if the game doesn’t even work then what’s the point of going?

Great experience and super fun ! We did the mini game, Last Stop on the L-Train, it was only my husband and I but it was super fun, the employees there were very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family !

It was super fun. Would love to come back and try a different room! We went with a medium difficulty room and needed a few hints to solve all the puzzles. Next time we'll do an easier room and see if we can solve it without needing hints!

Overall a great experience. Very cute and decorated room with many details. Fun puzzles. We had fun. Sometimes props would not go off at the time they should. Also some of the clues on the screen were redundant, would've preferred a personalized voice tip instead. Also wished they would've given us more time, for what we spent with some things already solved or redundant clues. And/or let us keep going like 15 or 20 min past the hour to solve it.

Great time!! Went with the team for a weekend outing and had so much fun with the clues and room’s complexity! The game master was awesome in helping with subtle hints and reasonable assistance. Can’t wait to come back for family fun night with the kids!!!!

Great experience. Great staff. Very friendly and explained everything in great detail. Very knowledgeable about each room and very helpful throughout the experience. Didnt solve the room. Close but no cigar. Will definitely be going back and absolutely recommend to anyone who like a good puzzle and interactive entertainment.

Destiny was very helpful in helping us reserve one of the rooms. This room was super fun !! I'm personally very bad at these but the game master Cosette was very helpful and patient when it came to hints. I highly recommend coming here :)

Had a great time here, my only complaint was getting ripped off 90$ because the manager refused to give us the discount posted on the website. He said that it was no longer valid and the website was wrong and he would call corporate office and blah blah, one of our friends was using the bathroom and overheard the manager and another employee talking about this and the manager was corrected by the employee but the manager said screw we wouldn’t know about it. Well sorry Ricky or whatever your name is we heard you. And is shady people like you in charge that ruined the end of our experience.

Our instructor Daniel was so amazing and helped us with our room, he was so kind and so patient I would definitely go again and have him be my instructor for a next room.

Great experience, fun for the whole family or maybe a date for couples. Service was great, front desk was very helpful and nice. People there really love their job and make it sound fun and awesome before you play. 100% recommend going and trying out every game!!

I went here the day the opened back up, and it was fantastic. Everything went smoothly, and everything was extremely clean and sanitized. The episode I played was super fun as well! And I’ll give a shoutout to my Amazing Gamemaster Gabby, she was perfect and made super everything ran exactly the way it was supposed to! Thank you Red Door! Will be returning soon!

Done a number of escape rooms, and red door is one of the best. Themes are some of the best out there and offer unique experiences in each one. Tons of fun, great way to spend with family and friends. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Nijahlyn made it really easy to book the appointment for Confinement. She explained what to expect without giving spoilers. She explained the difficulty of each themes. It made it really easy and interactive as this was me and my girlfriend's first time. Natalia was our game master and we chose the Confinement theme. I won't give any spoilers because you should experience it yourself. All I can say is it was a horror/nightmare theme and we loved every second of it. Natalia explained what to expect while keeping the respect of not spoiling the story line. It was spooky and it was haunted. There were unexpected jump scares that wasn't as predictable as you might see in movies. We loved it and we are going back for more. If it wasn't for our game master making it fun and an amazing experience, I don't think we would have been as immersed in it as we were. Prepare to use your brain and communication; it'll be a great bonding time with your and your friends or loved ones.

The employee forgot to set up the room correctly before myself and family went to play. The correct there mistake they offered for one persons entry to be free. Not the three of us that PAYED to play a game that was rigged from the start. Doesn’t make sense, maybe they will learn better customer service in the future.

BEST PLACE TO HAVE FUN !!! I honestly had a wonderful experience there (and I’ve only been there 2 times !!), not only are the rooms super different and each have their unique spin, the staff is super friendly and helping, I recommend you to go around the afternoon during the weekends since there’s 2 wonderful people that I can’t remember their names (it was a guy w glasses and a lovely girl w curly hair and also glasses) but they were super nice and sweet that were able to gives us a discount, this is really worth a try, 11/10 I will FOREVER recommend.

Vanessa and David were above and beyond with our experience!! We live 11 hours away so we got lost on the way there and Vanessa gave us clear instructions and never got flustered. We arrived and were welcomed by smiling faces. David was our game master and was so nice and helpful the whole time!! I highly recommend this escape room to anyone!!
