The food is always good! Quality, Ingredients, and Preparation are top notch! Lots of gold stars! You’ll likely get good service, but I got GREAT service from Jaden & Vianey who made this AWESOME pie… These two pizza artists really made my day, thanks! Due to a rewards issue, their AWESOME manager was super cool and hooked me up with free grub for the missus and I, thanks so much Ruben! You’ll never go wrong visiting this location, they’re always on point and make the experience a def +!

This was my first time visiting and the pizza was phenomenal!! I got to choose everything on my pizza, down to the crust. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I got a "bambina" sized pizza and that was still large. The sauce was the best pizza sauce hands down! Can't wait to go back!

So we ordered a family pack online in the evening. The website showed that they were open until 9 PM for delivery so we placed the order and payment was taken. Several minutes later, the delivery person called us to let us know that Pieology was closed. I called a few days later to see about getting a refund and Sarah informed me that a refund would take close to three weeks and then convinced me to re-order later on. She never apologized for the inconvenience but instead tried to justify the mistake saying that I should’ve known they were closed. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it so I decided to re-order on a different day. When I picked up the pizzas, Sarah was there. Again she did not apologize and seemed to be bothered that I was picking up some pizzas that I had already paid for. I even asked if maybe I could get a free drink for the inconvenience and she denied it. Needless to say Pieology just lost a customer. I order from them at least once a week for my entire office, I’m sure we can find something just as good or even better. Too bad, I wonder if someone from Pieology will even try to make it right.

We ordered some take out the other night and ordered over the phone. The guy who took our order was pretty rude and kept rushing us and when he repeated our order back it was correct. However, when we received the pizza the order was wrong and there were veggies that I didn't ask for and the ones I did ask for weren't on the pizza. Not only was this wrong, but the ENTIRE PIZZA WAS UNDERCOOKED! You can see in the picture that its just straight dough we were eating. We ended up just throwing it away because it was disgusting.

Had to walk out of the Pieology on Mesa St due to just waiting on line and no acknowledgement from guy behind the counter. Visited the Westside store and had the same experience. The people behind the counter never look at you or acknowledge your presence until they are going to take order. Have order to lady then she goes and gets another guy to take out the cauliflower crust from fridge he puts the sauce on it and passes it to her and she asked again what I wanted on it. We were getting 2 pizzas and he put the same sauce on both without asking. At this point my husband was already had about enough that he didn't even bother to correct it and took the wrong sauce on his pizza. Once we finally got it pizzas it really was disappointing. Very bland flavor or should I say lack of flavor. The only thing that was good was the cucumber mint lemonade. Service is really bad. First rule of customer service is acknowledge your customer. Will not be coming back. Try at your own risk.

I used to go to the one on Mesa when they first opened up all the time. Never did I ever have a bad experience, but this location was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant in a long time. I ordered online and ahead of time, arrived at my scheduled pick up time, and stood in the pick up spot for 20 min before one of the employees got to me. Normally I don’t mind a wait when there’s other customers ahead of me or there’s short staffing etc etc. Once I was finally helped, after about 6 other customers had gone before me, customized their orders and received their food, they finally started my order. Either they never accepted the order through their end or were just back logged. Nonetheless, I should have been helped before customers who had entered after I did. I was never offered any sort of refund or discount for my wait which ended up being almost 45 min inside. Once I arrived home, 2 of the 3 pizzas were undercooked and doughy. I reached out to corporate and never received a response. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place.

I LOVE pizza and HATE to review a pizza place with just one star but today was the last straw! The pizza is typically good if it's not burnt. The service on the other hand needs MAJOR work. Today I placed an online order at 1:51pm and didn't get my two pizzas until 2:56 pm! I showed up to pick up my order and it was nowhere to be found even though they claim that they made them. I asked for a refund but they said a manager would have to call me back in order to get one. I decided to wait for fresh pizzas instead since they said the wait would be about 5 mins, which of course is an unreasonable wait because they take at least 10 mins to prep and cook but ok. I waited over 30 mins to finally get my pizzas even though the place wasn't busy. This isn't the first time I show up to pick up an online order and it isn't ready. A few months ago I placed an order for 6 pizzas, when I get there they only had 2 ready. I asked for a refund since it was dinner time and our family was pretty hungry at that point. They asked if I wanted to keep/purchase the 2 they had ready. I declined because 2 pizzas was not enough to feed 6 people and I wasn't going for appetizers. That day a manager was on site and after a short wait I was refunded back to my card. I tried to give them a second chance today because like I said I really love pizza. But today was the last time I go to that location. They take the convenience of online ordering and turn it into a horrible experience!

We went on a Sunday evening and it took us 1 hour to get 2 pizzas. The staff was all over the place and not organized at all. The Manager was nowhere to be seen and was never in the front to support the staff. It seemed that they were overwhelmed with the online orders and just forgot about the people that were in the restaurant. The staff however was very hardworking.

Really good pizza! Great selection and variety of toppings! Reasonably priced! I went here for lunch and was happy with the service I was provided, employees were friendly and patient while I picked out toppings. As mentioned, they have a really good variety of toppings you can put on your pizza, even stuff you wouldn't normally think goes on pizza! The prices are reasonable, I got a regular size pizza and large drink for $13. The place was really clean, tables, behind the counter (from what I could see) and floors kept swept and clean. Would definitely recommend!

ordered online and went to pick it up, cashier looked at me sideways as if she was being bothered and all that was said was "yes?" so I told her online order pick up and she didn't say anything looked for the order and started making it while I was standing there...this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen not one apology or anything...the manager needs to speak with employees asap

Went to the Pieology located in the Westtown marketplace at 7:47pm today to pick up an online order and I was just amazed by the service that Gabe provided to us. Our two previous experiences with the pieology located in Mesa st. Have been subpar. Gabe had the cups ready once we arrived and gave us a cupholder for them, at this point he had already exceeded the service provided to us by the other branch. He then brought us our pizzas and demonstrated each one to ensure that they were correct. My gf and I, at this point look at each other and smile. He then proceeded to put our pizzas in a bag for us and ask us if we wanted pepper and cheese (first time we didn't have to ask.) My gf and I just look at each other and laugh because we're both thinking how great he has been. Lastly. He asked us if we wanted napkins as the cherry on top. Perfect service all around! Gabe was spot on from the minute we walked up to the counter!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately there’s not many pizza places around so I’ve ordered from here even after multiple issues. But the last was I placed an order to pick up at 3:45. Got a phone call after I had already left to pick up at 3:30 saying the manager came in and “decided to close early.” Asked how to get a refund and they offered a coupon which I declined. Then spoke to the so called manager to just be hung up on. After years of being in customer service and managing I have NEVER hung up on a customer, angry or not. Refused to give me my money back or pick up the phone so I had to call another location where I was told they were not supposed to close early and they had to notify their district manager to issue a refund which I have yet to see. This location needs to seriously reconsider who they have working for them.

Nice place and ok pizza. I ordered the cauliflower crust and then figured out it was smaller than the other pizzas, about the size of my hand, and for a sparsely cover pizza it was about $15 each... and they burned part of it. I left hungry. Overall, I think the chain subway-style idea just isn't that great for the money.

I appreciate that they offer healthy options like gluten free, cauliflower crust pizza. Also the idea of choosing unlimited toppings is bomb. But still, small personal sized pizza for $12+, I'll only come once in a while. The location, service and staff were all great. No complaints.

Ordered to go this evening and pizza was terrible. The order was all messed up. We got the dessert pizza for the first time, because the kids wanted it, and it was so hard we couldn’t cut it let alone try to chew it. We were big fan of Pieology, until tonight. It was such a huge waste of money! Not sure we will return and we will stick to a better local place.

This is a regular place for us! My kids love making their own "Bambino" pizza. My fav is the cauliflower crust with as many toppings as possible. There can be a slight wait but we love it!

My wife and I, Robbin Nelson went to the restaurant before the Franklin Cougar's football game. Enjoy the restaurant, food was done perfect for what we ordered. Restaurant was very clean. The people making the pizza we're very personable and the manager came out and gave us our pizza. If you're looking try this restaurant out you'll enjoy it.

So I was one of the original employees that opened the store back in summer of 2018, and worked there till March of 2020. I think this store’s main problem is the staff, in a lack of training both in how to make the pizzas, and how to treat guests. I went there today and got two 1-toppings and the girls there were nice, but they put waaaay too much cheese or sauce, and normally that’s not an issue if you ask for it well done, which I did, but didn’t get them as I asked. The guy that was cooking didn’t care at all about anything and just seemed kind of rude. To fix this problem, please management if you see this, try to give a general raise to everyone. When I started working there the pay was 7.25, and now I think it’s at 8.50, that is not enough. That’s why your employees don’t care. Most restaurants pay AT LEAST 9.50-11. Then train them! Once you give a better pay you have the authority to train and correct, or praise if they get it right. Teach them the right portions, teach them better customer service, and if they don’t comply, at least you’ll know that you’re paying them fairly for what they should be doing. The quality is in the details of how to both make a pizza correctly with the right portions, and with how to treat customers the best way possible.

We went on Saturday around 12:30pm the place was dead. There was a couple at the end of the counter paying. We stood there like 8 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. I finally said HELLO to get someone's attention because I was tired of just standing there being ignored. The girl who was working came over and didn't even smile or apologize for leaving us standing there. I won't be going back, this isn't the first time that I experienced rude and uncaring staff. The staff acts like they don't want to be there! Bad service, the employees act like you are a bother and overall have a bad attitude. The prices increased and the pizza isn't even that good anymore. Not worth my time or money.

This place is not what it used to be. No friendly welcome, I just stood there waiting for someone to attend to me at the counter. There was nowhere clean to sit. I had to wipe down my own chairs and table. The staff they had there didn’t care at all. They need a more mature and responsible manager to actually run the place I don’t know where he or she was. The drink fountains were empty, trash was full and again, no clean tables. Such a disappointment as this Pieology is the location closest to me. We were there 6/24/22

Worst experience I had with the staff being rude about not having my order ready and never apologized for being late about it. I ordered through the app and it gave me the time it was suppose to be ready but once I showed up the staff said they haven’t got to it yet and once I waited for an extra 15 minutes the lady was completely rude about giving me my pizza. I’ve never seen so much rude staff before in my life this place has gone downhill since they opened.

It’s my third time coming here. Staff is very friendly, very confortable environment, pizza is delicious they have plenty of toppings to choose from; (even tho the bread was a little overcooked the last time I went). Price is not that bad.

This location is better than the Mesa location, however, it's consistently cold in the restaurant so if you're planning to dine in have something to put over you while eating. This makes the dining experience pretty uncomfortable...pizza is fairly good though. Service is slow.

  • 3/5 Shelle 1 year ago on Google
Since this location opened, it has gone downhill. Today, there was no ice for drinks because the machine was broken. When our order arrived, they handed me someone else's pizza. Mine was given to someone who had placed an order to go. Though management was apologetic and offered to make me another pizza, iI will think 4 times before returning. I'll go to another location before returning to this one.

We bought pizza with vegan cheese for Sunday supper. We received burnt pizza with barely any cheese and barely any toppings period called numerous times nobody picked up the phone. The only reason why I gave them a one star is because I had to write something in order to write something. The only way I would possibly go back to this company is if they make right Update: This evening I talked with a man, in which works there and he was patient and helpful. He offered to remake the pizzas (a pleasant suprise)and apologized for the experience. Therefore, I felt I had to readjust my review to reflect the conclusion.

When we first walked in no one helped and just stood there looking at us. We had spot the the pizza was raw after a couple of slices and notified the cashier and proceeded to laugh at us. So I made a souvenir with the free dough I got from the pizza thank you pieology 😋

Visited from chicago and stopped here for some pizza. very delicious thin pizza but the service was disappointing. Peter? with the long hair charged me extra for cheese when i asked for a better portion. I came in with 2 other people and their pizza was nicely spread with cheese and I wanted mine to look the same. how is it that i get charged extra when he gave me the literal last residues before he filled the container with more cheese. On top of that he was rude and ignored me multiple times and pretended like he couldn’t hear me when i tried to get the problem resolved. This place should hire better employers and require them to wear the proper hair nets, no one wants hair in their food.

Food was fine. Really it is just fine. Service: The manager was an odd duck. We waited in line behind a few groups of people and moved up as orders were taken. Manager then took over for another staff member due to a back up at the dough station but then proceeded to tell us( the next in line) that it would be at least a 10 minute wait while he had to do online orders. There was only one other person behind me. That person left right after hearing the added wait. We asked why they would fill orders for people who are not even here yet, over someone waiting here right now? Anyway the wait was not that long but still a weird way to treat a customer that was in line, in person.

Let me tell y'all. I love pizza. I love it. We stopped here because another restaurant in the area didn't have vegetarian options. We had never been here before. An employee working, Gabe, was legit so amazing. He literally went above and beyond for us. He was so helpful and kind. We will definitely come back. The pizza was delicious too.

I requested a gluten free Bambino for my daughter who can't have gluten. Was told by the person making the pizza that it was possible (plus the $3 charge that I was fine with) and at the very end I was told this wasn't possible. I informed the cashier I was told differently and she didn't care nor ask anyone else. Glad to know only adults can have gluten allergies?

  • 3/5 Patty 6 months ago on Google
In a world of inflation I understand the prices going up. As family of 4 our order went up $15 from last time for the same order. However, there is less staff and MUCH slower service. To add to it the employees were putting much smaller portions of toppings then they always have. It does not seem like a good business direction to hit the consumer in every way possible. Higher prices, slower service, and less flavor (small portions of toppings). Something has to give. I didn’t mind the prices going up, but don’t change quality of product and service at same time. It overall is not a horrible experience (though it used to be much better). Based on the slower service, smaller portions, and higher prices I do not think I will be coming back anytime soon.

DO NOT RECOMMEND DINE IN! Love this place. Friendly staff, great food. The establishment was disgustingly filthy. Including bathrooms. We were there at least 30-45 mins. People came and went. Not once did anyone come out to disinfect or clean tables. The floor looked as if it hadn’t been swept all day. I cleaned our table and chairs before we sat down. I really hope they get this corrected.

  • 2/5 Wilson M. 3 years ago on Google
We were so happy that they now provided dine-in service. Food was excellent, service was great, but the establishment was absolutely filthy including the restrooms. None of the tables had been cleaned and we saw several people coming and going and not once were the tables wiped off much less disinfected. Hope this gets corrected so we can come back.
