The customer service was beyond exceptional at this location! The food was amazing, and at amazing times. The Manager Erica was thoughtful, patient and exceptionally amazing at her job and helped us at every step of the way. She definitely needs a raise! Overall, I will be returning and enjoying my time here again! 11/10!!

We ordered x2 appetizers, x1 won ton soup, & x2 entrees. The entire meal tasted 100% awful (including watery Coke). Not sure what this company has done with their menu changes but we will not return. Ever. The fried rice was soupy….and white….no peas, how is this fried rice? The Kung Pao Shrimp was flavorless (as was everything). My only advice to people is, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE THE FOOD IS GOOD AND WORTH $60.

This place is not "Chinese" it is "CHIN-MEX" with carbohydrates. I ordered 4 entrees, and each was smothered in red chili seeds. The chicken had like 8 tiny pieces and nothing but noodles with no flavor, the "fried rice" was just white rice with soy sauce and some peas PATHETIC, and the other dishes were the same as the chicken. The green beans were green beans sauted with red chili. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! This was the first and last time I will go here!!!

The soup is too salty, and chicken dish were too sweet for me , the fried rice is good but they poured too much of the chicken sauce that it doesn't look and taste good.

Pei Wei is a great alternative for the family on a budget. The staff was exceptional as was the food. The hospitality you receive from the moment you walk in makes for a great start to any lunch or dinner. It's our go to place for our Asian food cravings.

10/2023 Got a nice quality Chinese food fix here recently. Nice portions. Worth the cost over most any other neighborhood Chinese food place, and what they are charging. Dining room is dark and not very welcoming. Customer service was on point. Food was good! To-go box too, please! Mongolian Steak is where it's at!

Fist of all the food was mediocre. We ordered two Pad Thais and they were both dry. One of them had just a big piece of meat. They did not take the time to cut up the meat correctly, even though you have to pay extra for it. My husband asked an associate for assistant and she ignored him. Then he asked another guy and he was asked to wait. After waiting the guy came and my husband asked for extra sauce for the Pad Thai. The guy brought some but he did not even ask if something was wrong with the food. We had to wait to get the sauce a good couple of minutes. The experience was just bad and we did not even get to all eat our food together. Also, portion sizes have decreased as well as the quality of the food. I use to love Pei Wei I am not sure if I will be returning.

Brought the family for dinner, haven't been there in years, so decided to give it another try. Much to my surprise the place was empty, just a couple of tables that were leaving as we got there. We ordered the family feast, 4 dishes and lettuce wraps. Everything was well cooked and very tasty. It was $60, which nowadays is very reasonable Definitely bringing the family back again.

I've been going here with my family for years. But the quality has just gone down and down over the years. Recently I would come here about once a month when there was a special going on, because I don't think the food is worth the price otherwise. But the last time (about two weeks ago) I got a stomach ache from it, and I wonder if the chicken was cooked enough. It was rubberier than usual. Either way, that was the final straw for me, and I won't be going back.

Anytime I come here I always order the Dan Dan noodles. Over the years I've noticed the sauce for this dish has changed, less sauce and depending on who makes it it's somewhat spicy to sweet tasting. Since this dish isn't as saucy as before I always get an extra side if sauce. Today's order however was probably the worst I've had by far. Didn't get my extra sauce, no flavor, noodles are a bit too chewy, and hardly any chicken also got a surprise pice of chicken skin. Besides the food not being the greatest I've always experienced great customer service.

Waited in a long line when i noticed a couple in front us got upset and yelled at the person taking the order. When I got up to order the girl was extremely rude and said the food would take over 30 minutes to be ready, before I could even order. She said they were extremely behind and that the manager was in the kitchen cooking. Rude horrible customer service! They need to staff accordingly and treat customers with respect.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This place should be closed for good. Bought 4 entrées. Chicken was mostly covered in batter. No protein. Small portions and lack of flavor. Never coming back.

At first, we were hesitant to go, seeing the star rating on Google, but glad we did, because anything less than a 5 star rating is not the experience we had. Ratings that are older are no longer valid for what the reality is today. We had an awesome experience, with great tasting fresh Chinese food, with the flavors you expect and the service to back it up. Isaac, the manager, made this experience a very pleasant one and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonably priced, great tasting Chinese food! Kudos to Isaac and his team.... We will be back!

Over priced and small portions. I got a few small pieces of Honey chicken, white rice, 1 vegetable egg role, and a small drink... it cam out to $15. I wouldn't mind if the food was amazing but it was mediocre at best.

Food is priced a little higher than most Chinese restaurants but the quality surpasses them without a doubt. The food is at the right temperature right texture and right seasoning. It doesn't taste old like in a buffet it tastes fresh, will definitely come again.

Drove 40 miles to have dinner and checked to see closing time of 8:30 pm before we left. Got stuck in traffic on interstate and arrived at 8:19 pm only to find the door LOCKED! I called the restaurant from the parking lot to ask what time they closed and was informed they closed at 8:30 pm but they lock the doors about 8:15 pm because they have to clean the kitchen and front area 😳. So if you want dinner, plan on arriving an hour or more before they close - they may ask you to leave so they can clean up!! Very disappointed - definitely not returning.

I ordered curbside and followed the instructions to text when I arrived. After 10 minutes I was left with no help and my child asleep in the car. Since I was close decided to risk it and was informed by the young man, Adrian that he had been busy in the back and unable to respond to the curbside demands. He then informed me that no one is in charge when I asked to speak to a manager. What a ridiculous way to run a business.

I order the orange chicken with vegetables. They claim to be the best orange chicken you have ever tasted, but is way to far from the truth. It was very sweet and lack of flavor. I am not order that again. I order the brown rice and it was very good.

customer service was bad, waited around 40 mins to get food and the food looked like it was microwaved from frozen. Ended up getting my money back and went to panda express which was cheaper and tasted much better. The only thing keeping this place in business is the kind heart of el pasoans.

Came for dinner. Had not been here in a long time as we do not eat out that often. Disappointed when we get pure meals at separate times and the first one was the one I ordered. Noodles with extra veggies. Warm at best. The other plate was steaming and good. Inexperienced and not well trained cooks I guess.

Worst Chinese food ever, the wontons were small, the rice had no flavor, the chicken was bland. I mean Who screws up chicken. Overall I would have rated it -3 stars if I could it was so bad. I eat everything, but this I didn’t eat....

They don't have anything for allergies. Something with chicken but everything was marinated with milk and eggs even the Teriyaki. And the person in front didn't give us any other option.

Terrible experience. Sad for the Peí Wei chain because the food is delish but the service at this location is terrible. Larkin, who said she was acting manager was not helpful or apologetic for the mistake that was made. Panda Express is cheaper, faster and their customer service is a million times better.

My family & I used to love to eat at this peiwei! Now we don’t! The chicken is always chewy and ‘chickeny’ (just like fish is fishy). Not sure what happened to them, but the quality is terrible these days. Food has no flavor and quality has really gone down!
