    The staff did not greet us when we walked in and we waited to be helped. It was about 3pm and we are the only clients inside. While waiting I watched the girl (pictured with glasses) serve 3 vehicles at the drive thru window. She had gloves on and handled the food, the register and money, and trash can with the same pair of gloves... Why bother to wear gloves? I had a craving for the sweetfire chicken and was disappointed when they told me they did not have any ready nor was I able to wait for a fresh batch to be prepared. I give the company one star for not having it in stock. Ok, let's give the front staff a break, and All restaurant workers a break, they have a difficult job and it's Christmas Eve. I give the staff at this location a 5 star rating for their patience with me as I verbalize my dissatisfaction.They continued to be extremely nice and apologetic, even if they couldn't satisfy my craving. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! Nice job!

    Refusing to answer phone. The Panda Express App and the Door Dash app does not allow you to add sauces like extra teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce. Needed to call to add to order. They refused to answer phone. Poor tech service on apps and poor customer service at store. Always got order wrong in drive thru, I thought this would be better. Nope.

    This Panda Express has the worst service ever. It began by waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru which is understandable. I went to order my food and they told me it was a 5 minute wait for one of the items that I ordered. They told me to park my car in the front of the restaurant I did and after waiting 20 MINUTES I walked inside and was served my food with items missing. I asked to speak to a manager. Jasmin was the manager who met with me and after explaining to her that I had to wait so long and come inside that I wanted a refund. Instead of giving me the refund right away she made me wait and the counter another 12 minutes. After waiting AGAIN I got the attention of another associate and asked her to go get Jasmin. This time she came out promptly with the excuse that she had to get a supervisor approval to give me my refund. I explained to her that it was VERY unprofessional for her to have me waiting again after just explaining that I’ve been waiting for so long. This makes me not want to eat at Panda Express ever again, and I probably won’t for a while SOLELY because of this interaction. This location has very poor management and Jasmin and the supervisor who was there should be put through a training on customer service or fired. I will be calling corporate.

    We ordered online at 4pm and the order was supposed to be ready at 4:29pm we did not receive our food until 5pm. They claimed they were waiting on the spring rolls which is a ridiculous amount of time for just spring rolls. And they did not apologize for the long wait.

    The WORST Panda Express I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible and they don’t like to help the customers. They never have any food made or are always out of food. We went there and ordered food to go from inside, which again not much food made to choose from. Then they had the nerve to say drive thru guests were their priority than the guests in the lobby. They don’t even deserve a one star

    The food was excellent, as I have always found it to be in most Panda Express restaurants, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Alissa..... Kudos to the managers Miguel and Jeremiah... We will be back!

    I keep giving this restaurant chances, but tonight finalizes any other visits here. Rude staff, that seemed to go out of their way to show how uncaring and insensitive they could be. I’ll be waiting to speak with their manager Miguel Tuesday, The food was so salty that I can’t eat anymore of it.because I’m getting a headache. I should have just gone to Carl’s Jr like I started to.

    Order one hour before closing on grub hub, another garbage company I will no longer be doing business with. And without any forewarning my order was cancelled waiting expecting an order. I generally am neutral however this is bad business process during difficult times. You should make more of an effort now than ever.

    Ordered online. 4 hrs before. Got order & they forgot one complete meal, the plastic ware, cookies and all pkts of flavors. They slammed the food in the boxes and it was sloppy. Too much in a hurry. The young manager was awesome tho. A lot of pressure for one so young yet really handled the situation with kindness.

    I give it 3 stars because, I always ask for condiments such as sweet and sour sauce, and I never get it or I get 1. My order is usually 5 to 6 entrées and I ask for utensils or chopsticks and same. I order online for pick up amd specify. That never matters. Also, that teriyaki chicken was over cooked and dry. Won't order that again.

    This panda always messes up my order. I always order my teriyaki chicken and you would think I'd get the sauce on the side. NOPE LAST TIME I ALSO ORDERED SOME EGG ROLLS AND NO SAUCE. ITS ANNOYING WHEN YOU GET HOME nd they can't even give you the order right

    Went Friday, I was the 3rd car. Why it takes so long to order I don't understand? Then I was told at the speaker to wait a "sec" after a while waiting too long I drove off. Went Saturday & they were out of so many items what was the use ordering? The owner & all the managers need to pile in a car go to Taco Bell, order 3 items and see how quick it is done. From the speaker to the window & the order is ready. They should eat lunch there also so they can see & learn how fast food is served in a timely and friendly manner. Seriously Panda Express Corporate should pull this franchise or buy it back & run it themselves. If this location gets more than 3 cars everything is out of wack & they get slammed sometimes. Even when it's not busy service is extremely slow and they run out of items.

    This Panda Express needs immediate corporate attention. When I ordered my plate I was informed the "rice maker is out of order". Ok, I went with noodles but as soon as I sat to have my meal, fried rice was suddenly available. That makes sense when the cooking staff is on their phones, goofing around, and generally not caring about their task at hand. There is a clear lack of management. Also, the "Pickup Order" sign location is wrong, I sat there and watched food delivery and regular people go to the pickup sign only to be told that pickup was at opposite side, by the tea and beverage kiosk. Horrible location.

    Unfortunately this is the location Door Dash uses for my address. I don't think they've gotten my order right a single time. Either an entire item is missing, or incorrect, or they do something ridiculous like give 90% vegetables when I ordered the honey sesame CHICKEN.

    Food was fresh but dont buy the Boba milk tea it tastes like cloudy water and they charge extra for actually getting Boba in the drink? And its $3.25 for 8 ounces... skip it!

    Girl in drive thru was very rude and didn’t want to help. Food was horrible. Noodles were dry and partially uncooked, rangoons were burnt, ordered the broccoli beef and got TWO pieces of beef. Over all, you’re better off eating ramen.

    Good food as always. The staff was friendly as well. At the time we visited they were having issues with their debit card system so we had to pay via PayPal. It was a little inconvenient, but still worth it. I specifically like this location because the bathrooms have been clean the last few times I visited.

    Horrible service. I ordered two plates and one of the plates only had the sesame chicken instead of sesame chicken and orange chicken as I ordered and paid for. Never again. Too disappointing after an already long and stressful day, just to get home and see that you did not receive what you ordered and paid for

    The service was different and the food was barly edible. I was given wrong order, it was not fresh and was ludicrously, miniscule portions, especially for price. A second trial of same exact resturant was even worse and it was supposedly prepared by manager. Servers at window were very rude and food once again was just off and definitely not authentic. I do NOT recommend this particular Panda Express in northeast on corner of Dyer/Sanders.

    Too many times this place has got my order wrong. Now; it’s hair. This place needs new management and employees. If I could give no star, I would have. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 They didn’t answer the phone. 100% dissatisfied and a waste of money. Seriously; hair in the food, and you make the customers wait for horrible food. Also; they’re always out of cream cheese wontons.

    I’m guessing something must have happened between management or corporate because this place is running like a clock. Customer service is above and beyond all of a sudden. They have everything in stock and looking nice and fresh in the food options. 5/5 would recommend.

    Food was fine and building was clean and looked nice but don't order online or you'll have to sit there wait 15 minutes for someone to notice you then wait another 15 to get your food. Said food was ready for pickup on the app but that was a lie.

    I placed an order online for pick up. I went in picked up my order. We've never had issues so didn't bother to check until I got back to the office and was only given half the order. I have been trying to call restaurant since about 12:10 and it's almost 2 hours passed and still no one answers. Kind of disappointing when all you get to eat is broccoli with noodles and no entrées.

    My kiddo and I ate inside for the first time, it was enjoyable. I had never heard of their super green option until recently, so when we went in to check out our options, lo and behold, there it was! Had a plate with Super Greens and chow Mein with mushroom chicken. It was yummy and didn't have that pasty taste to it, as other times we've gotten drive-thru there. Loved the super greens with broccoli, cabbage and kale; super yummy!

    Ordered the plate with 2 entrees and fried rice. Broccoli beef and Beijing beef. There was no beef in the broccoli beef. Rice was not fried. Egg rolls tasted funny too. Extra disappointment when I didn't get mustard for said egg rolls.

    Don't trust the drive thru. The past three times I've came to this location and asked for broccoli beef I never get the beef! Just the veggies. Must go inside and watch how they prepare your plate. Ridiculous

    I love panda but had a a lil of a bad experience. I went today to get an order of teriyaki chicken exactly at the time they opened which is 10:00am, but the cashier told me I had to wait 9 minutes for the Chicken to be ready, my suggestion is to have all the food ready for customers to order it not making them wait. Please guys have the food fully ready and cooked!!! NO MORE WAITING I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS AT NOON WHEN THERE ARE CUSTOMERS BUT I FOUND UNACCEPTABLE NOT HAVING THE FOOD READY AT THE TIME THEY OPEN

    I was absolutely impressed at how long it took for a drive through order during an off peak time! There were 5 cars in front of me and it took 38 minutes (yes I used a timer) to just arrive at the menu with the speaker to take my order. Normally I wouldn’t waste this much time for any restaurant drive through however curiosity got the best of me and I was wondering how long the process would actually take. If you have to be anywhere within an hour of arriving at this location, you’d best hope your plans are flexible.

    How do I even begin to explain this... Since the lobby is closed, the main focus is just getting orders out the drive thru window. Now, with the 6 people behind the counter, I would image this could be a pretty efficient process. But, no. As I say in my truck for the last 20 minutes, I moved 3 cars worth down the line. Thankfully, I could see the holdup. I was blessed with a perfect view through the front window of 4 of the 6 employees just gathered around talking. I’m sure they were talking about how friends got removed from Netflix, or how the election is coming up, or even discussing Newton’s first law of gravity. I know it wasn’t how the hell they are going as slow as a dial up Internet connection in 1999. Go someplace else.

    Yes there lines are long but they surely make up for it with there extremely tasty and flavorful entrees. Of the many panda restaurants that I've trued this local is the best. Definitely the place to eat.
