If it’s possible to give this location 0 stars i would. How is it possible to order a take out order for pizza and it take over an hour. The staff gave my order to another person, didn’t offer me anything in return left me waiting in the car for an additional 15 minutes. I could’ve sat down ate dinner in the restaurant faster then they can do a take our order. Of course my order included other things they didn’t offer me a discount but the lucky other people who received my order probably got a whole $20 worth of pizza more then they ordered. Do not order pizza from this location.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch and was greeted and served by the nicest gentlemen. It set the mood for a wonderful time. The 5 cheese pizza was wonderful as was my husband's prosciutto and cheese sandwich. We live in Las Cruces and we will definitely be looking for an excuse to come back soon.

Pretty decent spot. Parking is a hassle, but the service isn’t bad and the pizza and appetizer was pleasant. It was not busy when I visited so there were no delays whatsoever, but I do have a pal that told me it gets a little hectic from time to time. I’ve been to several locations, but this was hands down my favorite. Order an oily dish and wash it down with a sweet bubbly Lambrusco.

Staff couldn't be nicer and more attentive!!! The atmosphere is really nice. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for the high quality cuisine your getting!!! Their gourmet pizzas are absolutely delicious! The selection of beer and what is really good as well! We go regularly. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience and our server Maria took great care of us. We have a small child who can be a handful sometimes but she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. This is our new favorite spot in El Paso when we’re in town for business, thank you for the warm hospitality and great food!

Love Ardovinos but they really need vegan dessert & soy milk for coffee...love their vegan pizza!!

I ordered a customize pizza very bland flavor. They sprinkle oregano on top of my toppings. Yuck. I was not offer chili pepper or parmesan cheese for my takeout. The crust super thin, which I did not request. Attendees were courteous and took my takeout order quick. The entrance needs to be clean lots of debris on the entrance carpet. Overall, I would not returned the seasoning is quite off. Over price as well.

I've been out of El Paso for about 25 years. Prior to that I always enjoyed Ardovinos delicious food. I was all over the country for the past 25 years and recently relocated back to my hometown of El Paso. I of course had to go back to Adovinos and eat some of that nostalgic food from my college days. My god, what a treat, it was as delicious or more than I remembered. I had the caprese salad, meatballs, and garlic bread to start with. Afterward my friend and I split a couple small pizzas. One was green chili with ricotta and the other was meatball. What I love is their meatballs are 100% beef. Both pizzas were so delicious. For dessert we had a nice cannaloni. It has a wonderful mascorpone cheese with chocolate chips. The setting and restaurant was quaint and clean with a nice rustic feel. The service was exceptional and excellent. Highly recommend this place over and over again. Thank you Mike and crew!!! A+!!

One of my favorite local places for delicious pizza, salads, and wine. They have a great selection and amazing custom pizzas. The Four Seasons pizza from here is my favorite, and their anti pasta is excellent as well. They also have a side door pickup option which is very convenient!

Great experience. We had an issue with a piece of feta being on my vegan pizza but she immediately fixed it by comping a glass of wine for me and remaking the pizza. We appreciate you taking care of us! The pizza was phenomenal! And they have a little candle on each table so it’s a good date place. :) 10/10 recommend happy hour half price pizzas!!

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly, the food is great, and the interior is classy. My girl friends and I go have lunch here often to catch up. I think this a great place to go and have lunch and even dinner. I recommend this place!

Well thw food is good but there was a mix up in my order. Salads and pizza showed up super fast BUT appetizer never showed up as well as a sandwich i had ordered. I did let them know of the error and they did apologize and gave me a credit for it, they let me take home the missing portion as a to go but the mini calzones where burned and rock hard, the sandwich was good.

Today It was an Awful service. I got a lasagña and a beer. 45 minutes after no one comes to see if I need something else. The restaurant was pretty empty, so I dont know if they are very busy or if they have more important customers to take care of. Food is good, service its a shame. Definitely I wont come here again.

This is great pizza! Needed to add extra extra sauce, bitten, it was amazing. Had a yummy salad first. Added 🍷, and it was so nice.

Not good. Service was strange food was below par ordered the Garden greek salad & small pepperoni pizza there was a hair in the meal didn’t bring it up tried to give it a shot the pizza was not good either. Friends and I say are probably gonna go to the other ones.

I had called early in the day to make a reservation for 10 was told I couldn't to go in the store. Once I got there I was told they would not be willing to serve our party, when I asked of we could have 2 separate table the manager said. "Like I said we can not serve your party". There were several tables, Manger was extremely rude. Ended up going to the one on sunset and received amazing service!

First time dining at Ardovinos Wow! My sweetheart and I arrived early enough to run on to Robert, the owner, in the parking lot. He was congenial and welcoming. I would give the atmosphere an one hundred and eleven if I could. Farah was our server. Lovely, helpful, smart and witty. We ordered the charcuterie board. One of the most adventurous and tasty experiences. The gnocchi with short ribs was exceptional. We live in Dona Ana. An hour and a quarter drive. After last night's meal it doesn't seem that far.

We got the 4-Seasons large pizza, pretty disappointing. It wasn't hot when it arrived, the cheese and sauce looked old and dry. The sausage didn't really have any flavor, probably because it was in bits. The garlic bread was OK. I've had better pizza and garlic bread elsewhere. Server was great and the atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon was pretty chill. Small chance of coming back and trying a different pizza.

Went in on a Tuesday and got the worst service of my life. Server America got so upset when I asked for napkins and then slammed food on my table. Never got refills and then brought our check even though we wanted to order a desert. Only good thing was that she didn't charge for our wine I guess. 0/10 would not recommend.

If I ever return to the west side, this will be one of my new favorite spots. A must-try for pizza and wine, with delectable desserts!

Sooooo delicious, I had to go back the next day!! Tried the pizzas, lasagna, garlic bread with cheese on top and ceasar salad. Everything had great flavor and presentation.

I usually dine in at this location. I ordered the Antipasto Salad "to go" this evening. Beyond disappointing. Lettuce was brown. Olives were dry. Never again.

Drive thru was a fantastic experience . Very covid19 friendly. Employees wearing masks and gloves, minimal contact. The food was amazing. Best pizza pie in town.

I'm from the Midwest where there is Joe's pizzeria and Donatos, Cassano's. This is the closest thin crust pizza that is close to the taste I'm used to. It is a little pricey but worth it.

It's better than most chain pizza places for sure. Not as good as pizza joint ..but close.

The quality of the food is horrible especially for the price. My salad was a soggy mess. My friend's caprese salad had 2 little skinny tomatoes with two little circles of cheese. It should have been nice thick slices of tomato with nice thick slices of mozzarella cheese. This used to be a really good place to go. The last two or three times I've been there, I have been greatly disappointed; therefore I've made a decision never to go back.

Dining in is always fine, but the take out definitely has issues. Every time we do take out we have a problem with our orders. Then when we called Aurora the manager, she made incredibly difficult to set things right. Our pizza was burnt, and simply wanted a refund of just the pizza. She told me she was unable to refund just the pizza, and so she was unable to do anything except offer me a gift certificate or pizza on my next visit. I told her she could refund the whole order, then charge me for what I was keeping. Again, it was no, and on top of that, she refused to stop talking long enough to take a breath or to hear anything else. She ended up refunding my whole order, even though I told her to charge me for the rest. Very frustrating phone call.

My parents went like most people to buy a pizza, since they have bought from there before, and pizza was great and service too. However, today December 27/2019, as they arrived, the young man that greet them at the entrance acted in a total unprofessional way, as they told him in spanish that they would like to order a pizza, he made a weird face to them (weird not in a good way), and when they asked for the menu after that (again in spanish), the young man just rolled his eyes in an expression of being bothered by them and them speaking spanish, and went to get one for them (so it was clear he understood spanish) Unprofessional to say the least. Never had problems at the restaurant before, but this is unacceptable.

My husband and I shared the green chile and ricotta pizza, added prosciutto and garlic, and an antipasto salad. It was tasty, like the neopolitan thin style crust. Nice wine pour, friendly service, quaint atmosphere. We'll be back!
