I am 50 years old. All my life I have encountered many Jewelers trying to push and shove and hustle to make their sales. Which in business, I can understand where they're coming from. It's like car dealerships. Which they are the worst. However, me and my wife were browsing and the nice sales rep came up and greeted and talked too us with kindness. She was the opposite of what a pushy sales reps are usually are. She made a sale all because she was helpful in choosing on what we wanted and looking for. Thank you Midi. Terrible service and description of purchase. Theft indeed don’t trust it when fixing a chain. I had a sentimental first rope chain since my freshman year of college 2018 a stainless steel necklace which was dipped into acid/cleaning liquid and destroyed the pigment. Worst jeweler in El Paso I believe even smaller businesses would of done a better job or offering better prices. The workers there seem lost and confused very unprofessional. However, they made me feel it was my fault for not knowing when I am the client paying them to do a job of their expertise and skills, how unfortunate throwing away my hard earned money at fort bliss in the sun for endless hours to just get my chain tarnished and ruined.
