Me dijeron que a las 16h me podrían atender sin problema. Insistí en la importancia de la hora y la necesidad de puntualidad porque no tengo flexibilidad y era importante poder visitarme hoy. Pues bien, cuando llego me dicen que el doctor no llegará hasta las 17h, porque se ha bloqueado para él esa primera hora. Y por qué no me han avisado? para qué me dan esa hora si el doctor no está disponible? cruzo media ciudad para nada y lo peor, me quedo sin posibilidad de que nadie me atienda hoy. Muy poco serio.

Hemos ido a hacer una revisión para un certificado medico de la FCF y un desastre. El doctor tenía el despacho desordenado, con cajas de medicamentos amontonadas y abiertas, la mesa desordenada, una camisa por el suelo...estaba viendo la tele al llegar y no la ha apagado, una sensación muy poco profesional. La revisión muy floja, lo mismo hubiera dado no hacer revisión, 3 pruebas mal hechas y fuera. Y nos ha cobrado 35 eur cuando tenía un cartel con los precios colgado en la pared y esa revisión marcaba 30 eur. Nosotros no vamos a volver y aconsejo a quien pueda leerlo ir a hacer este tipo de revisiones a cualquier otro centro de bcn

The tests correspond to the age of my son and the medical professional who treated us was also very correct and professional. I especially stand out because I really liked it, depending on what you ask, Dr. He has addressed my son directly and not me as a mother. I think it is important and at the same time positive, to treat children as what they are, little people who also express themselves, instead of treating them as if they were not present and addressing them directly to the parents. I have read several complaints here and I do not agree; The doctor's office is that, a medical office with its order, which does not have to be the one we would have or expect. Absurd to complain about that, in my opinion. Regarding the price, it matches what they previously told me (€35) and is one of the best prices in the neighborhood. Those who complain can go to another place in the upper area of ​​the city (a place recommended by the neighborhood clubs) and pay €50 for the same tests but with less friendly treatment. Maybe it's more to your liking for the mere fact of being in that area. Upon arrival, the receptionist was teaching/training another colleague and I had to wait 2'. Something understandable. It is not a complaint, because I understand that it is something specific. I would have waited 10' if that had been the case. My experience with this clinic was terrible. The girl on the reception was absolutely unprofessional and even rude - when I approached the reception she ignored me, keeping looking into the computer, then she left and was absent for a few minutes, then she came back and started making phone calls.. All she needed to do for me was to take my insurance card and put a tick against my appointment in the computer so the doctor knows I'm here. This literally takes 15 seconds. When I told her so, she replied in a very rude way that she's working and that I have no manners and a few other things that I don't even want to repeat here. So, my opinion is: if you want to be ignored, insulted and you like people being rude to you - then this is your clinic. If you still prefer to get at least normal human treatment for your own money - then it's better to find something else. In response to your reply - in these cases it would have been polite to say "Hola, un momento por favor", but not simply ignore the patients and reply rude to them.
