    Muy mal servicio atención al cliente, me compre un casco Shoei valorado en 729€, responden muy tarde y al final en lugar de realizar el cambio dentro de los 15 días como es la normativa, por culpa de ellos ahora tengo que recurrir a ejercer la garantía y estar el tiempo que el fabricante estime oportuno para realizar el cambio, penoso Motocard antes no eran así , muchas llamadas muchos correos y ellos dándome largas , no compraré más . Han perdido un cliente de toda la vida.

    Trato en tienda exquisito, no tenian la talla del casco que queria pero si me dejaron probar tallas de equivalentes y asi lo tuve claro. Pedi por la web y 3 dias antes de lo previsto me llego mi nolan todo perfecto. La verdad que ni un solo pero, ni a la web ni a la tienda de solsona. Eso si, tened en cuenta antes de ir que alli no necesariamente tienen todo el stock de la web.
